Chapter 6 Six

Allison woke up in an empty room with just a male vest on She was still trying to recall what had happened the previous

She held her head and could feel the astonishing pain from her entire body

Allison limbed up

But then she heard footsteps she immediately hid behind the door

Knock knock!

Came a knock on the door

"Are you awake" Steffin

asked

Immediately he went in Allison behind the door grabbed a carving knife she found on the side drawers to pierce through him

"Stop," said Steffin am the good guy

Trying to calm Allison down

Now, please drop the knife so we can talk I saved you last night you know"

The knife came crashing on the floor and she dropped it crying

"Shh don't do that don't cry I promise you are okay nobody is going to hurt you anymore"

Steffin held her so closely calming her down

When she was settled

"So Cry, baby care to tell me your beautiful name"

Steffin teased

"Allison my name is Allison"she said

"See I knew your name would be as beautiful as you," said Steffin

Allison blushed forgetting her problems for a minute

"So tell me what were you doing all by yourself in the woods" Steffin asked

"Running away" Allison replied

I don't understand why and from whom.

Your dad?

"No not my dad my baby's father I was running away from my baby's father

And his wife" Allison said

"Oh so sorry about that So did you leave the baby there" Steffin asked without knowing she was still with the child

"No am actually still expecting" Allison replied

"I apologize I didn't even take notice" Steffin apologized

I don't know if I'll be intruding but if really happened" Steffin asked further "Well he realized I wasn't good enough for him so he chose my cousin at his mating ceremony instead humiliated me and left me to suffer at a moment I thought his love was true and real but he deceived me and made me fall in love with him then left me with my unborn baby I had to run away for my safety and that of my child" said, Allison bursting into tears "I promise nothing bad will ever happen to you or your child I'll protect you, you are safe here" Steffin said grabbing her by the arm She felt so safe in his arms could this be her second chance mate could he be her Savior he did save her from the rogue wolves But her heart was still too broken to accept anyone yet He asked to take her to a palace and to show her around his kingdom he wanted her to meet his son they took a walk to his chambers "Your chambers look fierce like you I like it" Allison jokes it matches your personality They laughed as he strolled over to the dark wooden liquor shelves Bottles of strong liquor were neatly decorated on the shelf He reached out to a bottle removing its lid He poured the strong liquid into two glasses one for himself and one for Allison He handed it over to Allison "Cheers," he said as they clashed the glasses together "Cheers" Allison replied smiling " I see you like expensive wines" Allison giggled shyly "Yes just like I like my women expensive," he said moving closer to Allison for a kiss Before she could draw back he kissed her passionately with both their eyes shut she drew back immediately He could tell that she was pissed at him she ran out of his chambers angrily even before she could meet his little boy "Wait, Allison, am sorry please I really want you to meet my son" he yelled after her but she was gone he was mad at himself for allowing his emotions to get the best of him Allison slammed the door of her chambers crying and wondering why the moon goddess had forgotten about her she felt so isolated At that moment she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen she noticed red blood flooding the marble floor she stood on "Help me, anyone, please my baby help me" Allison cried out "Allison Allison are you OK What's going on" At that moment Steffin busted in and grabbed Allison Steffin hurriedly took Allison's unconscious body to his family doctor She gained consciousness the evening of the next day "How did I Get here What happened" asked Allison Steffin held her hands "You fell unconscious The doctor said you were stressed out that's why you bleed but both the baby and are fine I was so worried I'd lose you" Allison am truly sorry for kissing you without your permission earlier That was foolish I shouldn't have done that am sorry It won't happen again Your Majesty Dr. Dews wants to see you in his office, please interrupt a nurse "Okay I'll be right with him" said steffin As he stood up to follow the nurse to see the doctor "Steffin thank you very much for everything I really appreciate I don't know what I would have done without you"said Allison "It's okay you just focus on getting better for us and the baby please," said Steffin smiling Allison drew him close for a kiss but her eyes widened in surprise as he kissed her forehead instead before leaving for the doctor's office The nurse hissed "Come on you all love birds we don't have all day Dr. Dews is waiting to hear from you" said still standing "Alright alright Am going" Steffin seethed sounding like a little child Allison bowed her head in shame she was so embarrassed she had no idea the nurse was still standing there The nurse glared at her before storming off She seemed like an unhappy mistress Night came Steffin retired to get something at his chambers She was all alone at nights like this she missed her daddy's presence his kind words his love "baby girl" he would fondly call her touching her cheeks and kissing her forehead and giving her big big hugs Her breath hitched as he bust into sobs messing up her beautiful rounded face with tears "Oh Daddy, I am so sorry for being so disobedient and sorry for not listening to you. I just wish to see you again one last time. I just want you to tell me everything's gonna be alright," Allison said Just then steffin came in it felt As if he always knew when she was in pain he was like a guidance Angel that could sense whenever she was unhappy or sad he would show up and comfort her "What if I end up unloved or unmatched my whole life" Allison voiced out with a cranky voice "Don't say that" Steffin said comforting her "I mean it might be that the moon goddess only blesses a werewolf with one mate for a lifetime Who would want me pregnant and rejected I don't stand a chance of acceptance" Allison said "Who said so look Allison I know you are hurting" Steffin offered with his voice shaking he could feel the pain she was going through and was intense But trust me it's not always going to be like this you'll smile at the very end I promise" Steffin said wiping the tears off her face with his thumb Allison finally fell asleep in Steffins Arms she felt so safe with this stranger it felt as though she'd known him for eternity Allison had woken up that morning but still refused to make a single noise in order not to wake Steffin up and cut short the sweet cuddles she was enjoying that morning She eventually got up and looked around the palace when she heard girls gossiping outside the palace gate "So did you hear that the alpha brought in a low life to live in the palace spoiling our chances" said the first girl The second replied "She's not going to last another blood moon here I mean she's so ugly to fit in the place of his mate" Before she could finish the first girl signals her on seeing Allison standing there They left hurriedly Allison felt so much pain hit her heart after she heard this from the girls She had never seen herself competing with anyone to win Steffin over "What would give the girls that impression" Allison asked herself Allison was already having a panic attack before Steffi came to rescue her An arm immediately cuddled up around her shoulders it was Steffin's manly arms "Calm down calm down," he said rubbing her back gently to calm her down "What's the matter precious" he asked gently Steffin Allison gasped out They were talking about me they said I would never be fit for you she let out They? asked steffin "Yes the girls were talking about me" "Shhhhhhhh" Steffin interrupted his index finger on her lips Nobody tells me what to do here Allison This palace is yours now I want you to do me a favor don't let anything or anyone tell you otherwise I'll take of you and you baby no harm will come to you I promise Steffin said raising his hand up Allison giggled "Stop it someone might be watching Drop your hands" But just then she remembered Carlos her douchebag of a mate used to joke around like that before her mood instantly changed as she etched with pains again "Him again," Steffin asked Yes I just remembered he does the rising hand stuff too she mumbled out "Then I'll never raise my hands again whatever would remind you of him am willing to stop and throughout" Steffin said staring into her eyes Am truly sorry for putting you up with so much stress Allison whispered "It's okay now guess what after we leave now we will go discharge you the doctor said you are free to go now isn't that great new he said as he held her we should celebrate What if we go out for dinner tonight somewhere fancy me you and my little boy"said steffin with a smile on his face What do you think Allison I really want you to meet my boy please don't say no "Alright you got me" she said Allison knew deep down she too pines for Steffin "Yesss" Steffin left a festive ply He accompanied Allison to her chambers you "need more rest that's what Dr. Dews said" Allison let out a long yawn as Steffin tucked her into bed kissing her on the forehead "I'll have the maid prepare something and bring it over for you in bed I'll See you tonight Dress up for me okay," Steffin said She brimmed with excitement she couldn't wait for tonight smiling as she curled up to her side Knock knock! Allison was awakened by a maid who brought in her lunch "So sorry for waking you up where should I put it," the maid said Holding a basket full of goodies Put it over thereAllison said pointing to the side drawers "Alright your Majesty anything else"said the maid No that will be all thank you Allison replied politely Allison was so thrilled because steffin left a note for her on the food basket His words made her blush hard "He is such a sweetheart," Allison said sarcastically Looking back at herself a few months ago she wouldn't ever believe this werewolf could ever smile again because of her Wolf was hurt and fading because of Carlos's rejection She would have faded by now but Steffin rescued her Thanks to him she could smile all over again As she ate she knew this was a new chapter of her life she must enjoy it and everyone that made her suffer pay she hopped into the shower after eating to prepare for her dinner with Steffin But Just then came a knock on the door "Who's it" Allison yelled from the bathroom.
