Chapter 6 What have I gotten myself into

Terror walked in smiling like the witch she is .

She's storms best friend so it's not surprising why she's wicked,Although at some point she's more cruel than storm,she derives pleasure in people's pain , she's a scoundrel.

"What's up girl ? Terror asked taking a seat beside her on the bed .

"Are you here to mock me ? You should know I have not been happy since that witch stepped her feet in this clan, I just feel like strangling her, She jibbered balling her fist .

"Is that why you asked if am here to mock you ?? Terror questioned standing up to walk out .

But then Storm held her preventing her from taking a step further.

"Am sorry! Am just annoyed, I dont mean to say that to you , she's just getting on my nerves and I can't seem to put myself to gether , am confused, Storm said frowning her face .

"I have good news , am sure this will cheer you up, terror said while storm spranged up curiously.

"And what could that be ? Storm,Asked curiously.

"Come over let me whisper to your ears ! Terrror said simpering.

"Wow! Such a brilliant idea, I never thought of this , But how sure are you that this plan would work ?storm asked incredulously.

"Are you doubting me ? By now you should know I dont make plans that doesnt work, it took me long to come up with this idea but it won't take me long to execute it provided I have Lauren's support,you Don't have to worry about it .

"Ain't you scared of what Lucian's reactions would be ? Storm questioned, not because she pitied Ariana but because she's scared of Lucian.

" Don't worry, I have everything under control!

A guy could be seen seated on a chair smoking aggressively, his eyes looking as dark as the night,he was shirtless showing off his abbs and tatood chest .

He was looking really scary but yet he was handsome,a demi god.

Soon a gentle knock was heard heard , someone knocked on his door .

"Boss " the female voice called .

He recognized the voice immediately.

"Come in ! His deep grouse voice said .

The door opened and a girl walked in ,she was putting on an angry expression.

"Good evening boss, She greeted with a bow .

"Did you get any information about her ? He asked puffing out smoke from his nose.

" Yes boss ! She's Ariana Genova by name , a final year student, her parents are late , she's leaving with her uncle , she's .

She wanted to say but he cut her off .

"That's okay? Where is she currently staying? He questioned not sparing her a single glare .

"NIGHT told me she's been staying with Lucian since three days ago .

"F*ck ! Seems he's already aware of our plans , how come he got hold of her before us ? He asked getting up from the chair .

"Night also said she's been causing fuse lately,so if we can get one of the mobstars to work with with us it wouldnt be hard to get him down .

" That shouldn't bother you, we have night, all we just have to do is tell him about our plans, then leave the rest for her , there's no big deal in it, TOMB ( the guy ) said .

"Okey boss , I will take my leave now, She excused herself.

He nodded before resuming his smoking.

A car pulled into the large compound, immediately the car stopped three hefty men rushed out opening the door for the guy in the car .

He stepped out adjusting his glasses with a smirk playing on his lips , he was looking super scary with his curly hair packed in a bun.

"Finally! It feels so good to be home at least" he mumbled inhaling deeply.

"Welcome master Ladder, the maids and some of the mobstars greeted .

He wasn't the boss, only few of them called him boss .

He scoffed acting like they were invisible, he ignored their greetings heading straight to Lucian's suit obviously to see the damsel everyone was talking about even when he was aware that Lucian was yet to the back, He wanted otherwise.

Chase who saw the smirk on his face knew something was up him , he was upto something and wouldnt be something good, since he hardly does good .

He picked up his phone putting a call across Lucian .

He picked up immediately.

"What's up ? His deep voice asked from the phone.

"Boss , ladder just arrived and he's heading straight to your suit , he didnt say I word , but the smirk on his face wasn't something good , guess he's going to take a look at your girlfriend,you and I knows that won't be good ! Chase explained.

"Heading to my suit ? He never informed me he would be coming back today, am on my way,try to distract him,I will be there before you know it, Lucian said and ended the call Before chase could say another word.

Chase immediately picked on his feet running after him.

Before he got there ladder already entered , he was about going in when Terror appeared from nowhere grabbing hold of his arms .

"What are you going in there to do ? Don't tell me you have an eye for the boss's girlfriend, she jibbered even after knowing ladder walked in , she did her best in preventing him from going in .

"What's the meaning of that ? How can you say that ? Anyway it's okay,not like it's a bad thing anyway, now let go of my hand and allow me do my stuff , it's non of your business" chase jibbered trying to withdraw his hands from her hold , but her grip was tight.

"Let's go of my hand before I do something stupid! He snapped glearing hatefully at her .

"I wonder where that fool has gone to, he should better come and take me outta this hell hole, Ariana jibbered walking out of the bathroom with his towel tired around her waist.

Immediately she opened the door , she met the biggest surprise of her life .

Ladder was in front of her glearing lustfully at her, she raised her brow questionally at him .

"What are you doing in here ? She asked angrily getting uncomfortable with his cheap glares .

"You should be asking you that question, Anyway that should be later, let's get to business He blurted taking slow steps towards her while she moved back until she felt her back touching the wall.

"Gawd ! What have I gotten myself into ?
