Chapter 5 Another level

I was in the living room, sitting on the sofa with my bags packed, just waiting for what was going to happen. In the end I unconsciously packed my things, I had no idea what to take with me, it seemed like an occasion to go and never come home, not that I had much with me in my apartment, just casual clothes and clothes for work, for the first time I realized how lost I was.

I didn't even know what time he would be at my house, I didn't know where we were going, I didn't know why I had accepted, everything was a mess. I looked at the clock and it was after 8pm, the doorbell rang and I felt my heart skip a beat for a moment, I walked to the door and opened it slowly, I saw Anthony standing there with a huge smile on his lips.

"I'm sorry, did I keep you waiting too long?"

"No, I've just finished packing my things. I wasn't sure what to do since you didn't explain what I should take."

"I don't care about clothes or accessories, I can buy new ones for you if you prefer."

"No need, I have something with me."

"Clothes from your old job won't fit where we're going."

"You still haven't told me where we're going. Why would I need a passport?"

Anthony didn't answer me, he just helped me carry my things to the car, before leaving I put my hand on the back of my waistband, the gun was there, I decided to take it with me most of the time, Anthony seemed to realize that I was armed but decided not to say anything. I followed him to the black sports car and sat down in the back seat after putting my bags in the trunk.

"We're going straight to the airport, please give me your passport, the tickets have already been bought."

"How did I manage to buy my tickets without my personal details?"

"I pulled strings. I also suggest that you keep your gun in your clothes, I can find a way to get it through the search, but if someone sees it during the flight it will be more difficult to deal with."

"I understand."

I took the gun and put it in the bag I had taken with me. He watched my every move very carefully, something that made me a little uncomfortable.

It wasn't long before we arrived at the airport, the man driving for us didn't say a word until we reached our destination, he seemed to have worked with Anthony for a long time. We got out of the car and walked into the airport, I decided to look up the name of the place we were going to from the boarding gate, apparently he was taking me a long way, almost seven hours away, I stared at him and he just carried on sorting out the formalities of the flight with the check-in clerk.

We traveled for seven hours in first class, I had nothing to complain about in that respect, I was a little nervous before going through the boarding gate because of the gun, but Anthony made sure I wasn't even searched, when we sat down I realized that the cabins were private, they weren't disturbed by the stewardesses unless requested, total privacy and something that seemed to be a special request of his.

"Why are we going so far?"

"It's where I live."

"And what were you doing in a small town like the one I live in?"

"I was on a business trip, even after it was over I ran away for a few weeks to visit the nightclub where I worked."

"That's very strange."

He didn't say anything else, I didn't want to annoy him with my questions, I just kept quiet until he spoke to me again.

"You should sleep, you look tired."

"I'm not in the habit of sleeping at night because of work."

"That's a bad habit for your health."

"I know that, Mom, it's not something I can control."

"We'll sort it out after we arrive then."

I thought he was going to say something else, but he just kissed me, the kiss started calmly and became extremely intense, I could hardly breathe because of the intensity of it. I thought he was going to check our kiss but he just carried on, his hands roaming all over my body, reaching my breasts, my waist and startling me when he reached my intimate area, I stopped our kiss and stared at him, he had an arrogant smile on his lips, this man was playing with me and it was clear.

"Why did you do that?" -My voice barely came out, I hated it when he left me helpless like that.

"Don't worry, as I said, I won't do anything unless you ask."

"Then why did you do it now?"

"I just felt like it, but I remembered that I had to hold back to make you feel comfortable."

"You're a strange man, you act like a womanizer, but at the same time you try to be a gentleman with me."

"If it wasn't for a woman who aroused me, I'd just want to be a gentleman, but I'm still a weak man."

I don't think he's really weak, in fact I always get the impression that he's pretending most of the time, he seems to be hiding something all the time, struggling not to let any of it show. That was another thing that bothered me a lot.

The rest of the trip went smoothly, I noticed the difference between us, the way he was used to being surrounded by luxuries and people serving him, while I was embarrassed, out of place and a little uncomfortable. It was hypocritical of me to think something like that, since I went to the nightclub because I had luxuries I could never afford, but Anthony was on a different level, his whole life was on a different level to mine.

I realized this a little too late, I was in his hands now, I had nothing left to lose, but I still bet everything on this life, I wanted to be able to keep it, I would have to adapt, but I wouldn't accept being on his level, I wanted to be above.
