Chapter five

Drew's POV

Dan has been begging me to consider what Charlie said when we came back from our break.

"Please don't kill me ,i have a niece she isn't important to me i can sell her for you she knows how to cook and clean and anything you want her to do ."Charlie said

"Why do you think i want anything to do with your family."Drew said

"Please you can also take my house."

"I don't need your house but i would think about your proposal."Drew said

"Thank you."He said

"Drew can't you see it's a sign."Dan said

I asked one of my men to call his niece .

"I don't like this idea."Drew said

"She can be your pretend bride to get your mom off your neck then run your company then when you are ready to leave London you can divorce her."Dan said

And it was actually making sense.

"What if i don't like her."I said

"You don't have to come on man grab this opportunity by the balls."Dan said

"I know you don't have to involve the balls you know."I said

"Whatever."He said

"So the car is ready let's deliver him home."Dan added checking his watch.

When i saw her she wearing a silk nightwear that made her look like a princess .

She and one of my men were talking i couldn't help but listen to her voice ,she sounded like a goddess .

Thank God Dan isn't here if not he would have made fun of me .

I already told charlie that am picking her up tomorrow night and am proud of my decision.

Charlie's POV

Am happy he didn't kill me , keeping Alicia wasn't a bad idea at all .

Alicia surprised me today , she was caring i didn't expect her to help me out she called a doctor .

She was sitting down opposite my bed reading a book she thinks am sleeping ,I need to tell her now before its too late but before then the landline rang making Alicia jump out of shock.

"I will get it ."She said but what if its Drew

"Alicia bring the phone to me."I said and she obeyed

"Hello ."I said

"Was hoping you would be the one to pick the call."Drew said

"Yes sir is there any problem."Charlie answered

"No , am on my way to your house now so get my packages ready you know what i mean right."Drew said

"Yes sir."He said

"Good ."Drew said hanging up

Now I have to tell Alicia and she would agree if she doesn't want to die.

"Alicia pack your things and get ready someone is coming to pick you up and be fast ."Charlie said

"I don't understand , who is coming to take me what about you."Alicia said

There's no need telling her lies.

"I sold you to clear my debt so do what i say."

"How is that even possible."Alicia said holding back her tears

"He doesn't like to be kept waiting ."Charlie said standing up from the bed

"You are a heartless monster first you maltreat me and you sell me i know you hated me but not to the extent of selling me off ."Alicia said

"I don't need your opinion now go and pack ."Charlie shouted making her flinch

Alicia's POV

As i pack my bags I couldn't hold the tears i picked up the gold bracelet my dad gave me and put it in my bag.

The man was already here, how can someone buy someone .

The thought alone is making my headache.

I went to the living room where my uncle and the man were signing documents when i entered the room my uncle didn't even look at me while my new owner looked at me .

He was not old as i expected ,he would be in his early Thirty's he had this brown eyes that matched with the color of his hair he looked rich but i don't Care now.

"Mr Richie it was nice doing business with you I hope we don't cross part like this again."Drew said

"Yes sir. "my uncle looked at me one last time and left and that was it.

"You are mine now."The man looked at me

I didn't know what else to do but to cry.

Drew POV

Throughout the drive home she was just crying and looking out the window .

What's the problem with her, she is supposed to be happy that am trying to hold myself from having her in this car.

"Look can you stop crying you are distracting me ."Drew shouted

She didn't answer me neither did she stop sniffing which is very annoying

"Damn ."Drew said stopping the car which made Alicia's head t hit the car window

"Look here am not going to tolerate any thing from you , I can kill you and nothing is going to change ,"

"And this crying isn't helping either so better stop or am putting a bullet through your thick skull."Drew shouted

Alicia just kept her mouth shut .

"I want you to reply me when i speak."

"Am sorry."Alicia managed to say

"Better be."Drew said starting the car

The rest of the drive was accompanied by silence.

Alicia was sacred of breathing even.

Alicia's POV

We arrived at a beautiful mansion it was more beaut than my uncles mansion.

It had flowers of different color lined up at the fence.

The lights inside the building made it looked like morning.

"You like the view right ."Drew found himself saying

Alicia just nodded.

"You can go inside , the maid is waiting for you inside I would see you tomorrow."Drew said

Alicia nodded.

"And can you stop nodding it's annoying see you tomorrow princess."with that he drove out

"Hi my name is Helen let me take you to your room your dinner would be served later."The maid said

I am still trying to take everything in , i didn't know my uncle hate me this much.
