Chapter 3 He met her

"And the award for the best kiss goes to... Sean O'Connor and Amber Leah!!! The host announced.

Sean and Amber rose from there sit, there was a huge shouts and cheer as they made it to the stage to receive there award.

"Thank you so much for this... Wow... Well what is Mr Romantic without a kissing scene like this", Sean said pointing at the big screen on the stage. I thank my fans for there continuous love and support, Thank you!! Sean added stepping aside for Amber.

"Well it was a nice privilege to work with Sean, his so matured and such a good kisser, Amber said with a smile. We can show you here if you doubt it", Amber added smiling flirtatiously at Sean.

"Oh that's not necessary at all... Sean said shaking his head and hands.

"Come on Sean show us the real deal here, the host chipped in.

Before Sean could say anything, Amber has already pounced on him and tried to kiss him forcefully. She had her arms wrapped around his neck and her legs around his waist and brought her lips very close to his in an attempt to kiss him but Sean immediately pulled her arms away and she landed her butt on the ground, there was a loud roar in the crowd.

"I'm so so....sorry... Let me help you up", Sean said trying to pick her up but the furious Amber hit his hand away. Amber tried getting up herself but she fell again half way up because of her gown. She tried smiling as she picked herself up again and this time around she removed her heels and tried leaving the stage. Sean immediately went after her calling her name from behind she refused to answer and was still walking but she immediately turned to answer and unknown to Sean he stepped on his gown.

"What is it Sean? Amber answered and turned again to leave but immediately her gown ripped. And half of the gown tore off. There was another uproar in the crowd and camera flashes. Sean immediately removed his suit to cover her up while Amber just froze on stage unable to move due to the shock.

"Please carry her out Mike...Sean said tapping Mike's shoulders.

"Yes of course, Mike answered and carried her in his arms off the stage.

"I'm so sorry about what happened now, I just acted on impulse, I take all the blame for today's incident, Thank you". Sean bowed and left the stage too. Flashback ended.

"Oh no no no , I can't stare in the same movie as her.

Sean said standing up from his sits with his drink on his hand. He gulped it down and looked at Mike.

"You and I knows she hates my guts after that incident. Sean stated as he walks around the office.

"I apologized a million times but she never accepted all my gifts and she refused to meet with me even once, I can't be with someone that hates my guts in a movie. No need. It will end badly. Sean added.

"You have been speaking man... Can't you allow me think? Mike charmed in.

"Well I don't think it's a bad idea working with her again after that incident, Mike said. After all you have been looking for a way to apologise to her, now is your chance." Mike said taking a sip of his drink.

Sean turned to Stan "can you please excuse us?"

"Sure..." Stan left and shut the door.

"Mike please be reasonable, Sean said sitting opposite him. I can't work with her, am sure she will make my life miserable on set... Trust me". Sean gulped another drink and relaxed on his sit.

"Okay since you really can't work with her I will see what u can do to change the female lead". Phone rings...

"Hello... Yes, uhmmm o...okay... Mike stammered taking a glimpse at Sean. Sure... No problem... Yea bye...

"What happened? Who was that? Sean asked curiously.

"Well it's the producer, he wanted to know if we got the script" Mike said nonchalantly.

"Oh, for a second there I thought something really happened" Sean said relieved.

"And uhmmm they insisted that Amber will remain the female lead and it will never changed" Mike added taking a sip of his drink whilelooking away from Sean.

"What?... Okay fine then I don't want it. They can give the role to someone else. Sean said angrily.

"Well they could but you wouldn't like the person they will give it to", Mike grinned.

"Who will they give it to? Sean asked staring at Mike. Don't tell me it's him. Mike nodded concurring....

"And if you reject the role, the media will not say you rejected the movie, instead they will say you were rejected, and that person will be happy you were humiliated". Mike said standing up and walking towards Sean.

"Just do it man... And moreover you gat me and I will be there every step of the way.

"Fine!! I will do it but you have to bear every responsibility that has to do with Amber, I Know she will try to frustrate me, so am leaving her to you, please deal with her... Sean said standing up.

"Shit... I need to sober up, I can feel my head spinning". He said closing his eyes tightly.

"Please ask your driver to drop me off, he said looking at Mike.

"No need for that I can drop you off, am sober", Mike said picking up his jacket.

"You drank man... Please call your driver. Sean said.

" Yea that's true, Mike said nodding as he picks up the phone. Yes Stan please get the driver to drop off Sean." Thanks. Mike dropped the phone.

"Okay am off, I really need a cup of Americano. Sean said walking towards the door.

"Sean don't forget to put on your nose mask and cap while buying the coffee". Mike said reminding him.

"What am i? Five? Sean grinned. Of course I know that'. He smiled and walked out the door.

Sean walked till he made his way to the parking lot.

"Thanks man, he said to the driver as he hopped into the car. Please take me to the closet coffee shop" Sean added as he puts on his sit belt.

The car zoomed off and made its way to the express way. Sean relaxed his back comfortably on the sit and shut his eyes while his thoughts wanders around.

"Working with Amber won't be easy but it's better than giving the role to him. I rather torerelate her than allow him win".

"We are here sir". The driver said looking at him.

His thoughts was immediately interrupted by the driver.

"Oh okay... Sean said sitting up.

"I can actually get the coffee for you sir, you seem tired. The driver said.

"No don't worry man, I gat this. Sean said putting on his cap and nose mask.

"Uhmmm...sir, I think you should put on glasses too, you know for your eyes. The driver said pointing at his eyes.

Sean glared at him for a second.." yes you are right, I'm one of the few people that can be recognized just by looking at the eyes" Sean grinned as he took out his glasses and put it on. He opened the door gently, stepped out and made his way towards the coffee shop. He got to the door and opened it gently, the doorman said hello to him and he nodded back in response.

"A cup of Americano please, Sean said as he brought out his wallet took money out and put the wallet into his back pocket of his pants.

"Here is your coffee sir, the attendant said handling him his coffee.

"Keep the change,"Sean said paying for his coffee.

Just as he was about turning to leave he heard a voice behind him.

"Hey! That doesn't belong to you, I said to the thief that took Sean's wallet from his pocket. Give it back!!

"And who will make me, you!!!. The thief replied bringing out a small knife from his pants.

Sean turned to see a pretty lady on suit looking at the man holding his wallet with anger in her eyes.

"You are only woman, what can you do. The thief smirked at me.

"I hate men like you mostly that looks down on women" I said dropping my handbag.

The thief immediately charged at me with the knife, I waited for him to come closer, as he tried stabbing me I immediately caught his arm and twisted it above my shoulders while I flipped him down on the hard floor. He groaned in pains.

I bent down to him on the floor and raised him up while I gave him a sound slap. He fell on his back again, I took the wallet from him and stood up straight. "Someone should please call 911."

I tried arranging my clothes and my eyes suddenly caught the man wearing a cap, glasses and nose mask and holding a cup of coffee staring blankly at me.

"Here is your wallet I said as I walked up to him.

He didn't move his hand, he just stood there frozen.

So I bent over and put his wallet on his hand. I left his side and went over to pick up my bad from the floor, dusted it and was about leaving, when I turned to him again.

"Aren't you leaving? The cops will pick him up soon"

I said to him but he still stood there frozen.

"Looking at the way you covered yourself up it's obvious you're a celebrity, so if you don't want a scandal I suggest you leave now". I said looking around as I heard the sound of the siren getting closer.

"Yea... Sure... He finally said. "T..thank you..." He stammered and cleared his throat.

He walked past me and went towards his car while I went to mine, entered and looked through the window and saw him standing close to his car and looking towards my car. I gave him a slight nod and a smile as i drove off.

Sean stood close to his car for a while before going inside. "I have never seen such a woman before in my life, so fierce but graceful. Sean thought. "I can't believe I froze, Mike will make fun of me if he finds out.

"To the house now sir, the driver said bringing him back from his thoughts.

"Yes please.... Sean said as he relaxed his back and shut his eyes.

"Who is that woman? Why does she seem a little familiar? Will I get to see her again?" He thought as they drove off.
