Chapter 1 Shopping Spree

A fine red car pulled to a stop in front of a shopping mall, and a 24-year-old young lady named Cindy Williams stepped down from the red car, shutting the door behind her. She then walked up to the shopping complex before her.

Cindy clicked her red high-heeled shoes, heading towards the female shopping boutique to purchase the dress she would need to attend her best friend's birthday party.

With the sun burning brightly on her beautiful golden skin, Cindy frowned as she had forgotten her umbrella in her car. She couldn't walk back to her car to get it, so she sighed and quickened her pace towards one of the shopping boutiques in front of her. As she entered, she exhaled, "Phew!"

Cindy wiped the sweat from her forehead with her white handkerchief and returned it to her red purse. She was dressed in a long white gown, as white was her favorite color and made her look charming and attractive, drawing the attention of people whenever she walked down the street. Her white gown hugged her body tightly, accentuating her simple, sexy figure and round buttocks.

Zipping her red purse closed, Cindy looked around the shopping boutique she had entered. A black-skinned saleswoman approached her.

"Welcome, ma'am. What do you want to buy?" the saleswoman asked.

"Let me see the types of dresses you have for birthday parties," Cindy replied.

"Okay, madam, this way, please," the black-skinned saleswoman said, ushering Cindy to view their collection of feminine clothes. Cindy followed her slowly, glancing at the clothes and the other ladies shopping in the boutique, but she didn't touch any of the gowns or dresses as she passed them.

The saleswoman stopped and asked, "Which length of gown do you want, ma'am, long or short?"

Cindy looked back at the saleslady and replied, "I don't know. What do you think will fit me?"

The saleswoman smiled and said, "I don't know, ma'am, but the white dress you're wearing looks very pretty on you. Would you prefer another cute white gown, either short or long?"

Cindy pouted her pink lips and said, "No. White is my favorite color, but I'm thinking of something different, like blue, yellow, or green gowns. What do you think?"

The saleswoman replied, "Let me check."

Cindy stood aside and watched as the young saleslady pulled out different types of gowns - yellow, blue, red, and green. None of them seemed to interest her, and she frowned, not liking any of the beautiful gowns the saleslady was helping her select.

Cindy sighed and finally asked the saleswoman, "Do you have any white suits? As I love white suits too, let me see the white suits you have. The party is tomorrow, and I need to look new."

"Okay," the saleslady replied, as her manager had trained her to ensure the customer's satisfaction, no matter how they may reject most of the clothes.

"Can you wait here, and let me go and bring the white suits? Or would you like to follow me to try them on?" the saleslady asked.

"Okay, let me follow you to see them," Cindy replied.

Cindy followed the black young saleslady to another collection of clothes, and her eyes fell on a beautiful white suit on a mannequin. She loved the golden collar design, with only two front buttons and a white trouser underneath.

"Wow!" gasped another lady standing beside the white suit, admiring it and negotiating the price with another fair-skinned saleswoman.

Cindy loved the white suit and wasted no time, pointing to it and saying to the first saleslady, "I want that one. Package it for me, and let me have it and go."

The fair lady who had initially been negotiating the price of the white suit stared at Cindy in irritation, as she also wanted to purchase it, but the price was too high. She breathed out and asked the second saleswoman, "Do you people still have another white suit? I want this one, and I want to purchase it too."

"No, ma'am. That's the last piece left. Are you purchasing it now, or not, as we have another customer to purchase it?" the second saleswoman asked. The fair lady narrowed her eyes at Cindy, staring back at her in anger.

She opened her black purse and calculated her money, but it wasn't enough to purchase the beautiful white suit.

Cindy stared at the first saleslady and asked, "What's taking you so long to package this white suit for me, or do you want me to leave it?"

"No, ma'am, please wait. This lady here actually wants to buy the suit first before you requested it," the first saleslady explained kindly.

Cindy narrowed her eyes and said, "Then I'm out of here, as I cannot keep standing here and wasting my time. Do you know who I am?"

The fair lady customer didn't like Cindy's arrogant behavior and asked, "Who are you? Just because you're rich doesn't mean you can oppress others. Do you also know who I am?"

Cindy stared back at the fair young lady, remaining silent before shifting her gaze to the first saleslady and saying, "Because I've wasted so much of your time here, I'll give you only ten seconds to arrange this white suit for me, or else I'll leave it and go purchase elsewhere. But first, let me see if you have any other things I'd like to purchase in addition to the white suit. I'm coming."

The fair lady who wanted to buy the white suit hissed loudly, as she could see that her money in her purse and bank balance weren't enough to purchase the expensive white suit. She asked the second saleswoman, "Can I deposit money for this white suit? Later, I'll return to pick it up and pay the full amount."

"No, ma'am, I'm sorry, but we don't allow credit or advance payments here," the second saleswoman explained kindly. The fair lady customer frowned and asked, "I hope it's not because of that lady that you don't want to sell this beautiful white suit to me?"

"No, ma'am. Why wouldn't I sell it to you if my manager accepts credit? You can ask the other saleswomen here, or look at the banner at the entrance, which clearly states 'No Credits Allowed Here,'" the second saleswoman explained.

"Hmm, okay. I'll come back another time to purchase it. Can you help me talk to your manager about buying another similar white suit with the same design?" the fair lady asked.

"Okay, ma'am, I will," the second saleswoman replied kindly.

Just then, Cindy returned and asked, "Is my suit ready or not?"

The fair lady customer hissed again and walked away angrily, pushing Cindy aside as she left the boutique.

Cindy hissed and asked the two salesladies, "How much are all the items I've bought here? The shoes, the necklace, diamond earrings, and this suit?"

The first saleslady punched the calculator, calculating the total, while the second saleswoman shook her head, knowing that money rules the world.

"$50,000," the first saleswoman said.

"Hmm, no discount?" Cindy asked as she used her debit card to pay for the items.

"No, ma'am. That's the fixed price," the saleswoman replied, smiling at Cindy.

"Okay, package all of it, let me leave," Cindy said. The saleslady immediately packaged everything in a white polythene bag and handed it to Cindy.

Cindy collected the bag and walked out of the shopping boutique, heading to her car.
