Chapter 4 Emotions

Anna eyed Harry as he walked in. " what are you doing here?" She asked, her voice stern and cold.

"Hello sweetheart, he said, walking close to her. "Stop right there! why are you here? she questioned. Harry sat on Anna's bed with his legs crossed.

"Don't I have the right to come see girlfriend? He said looking Anna straight in the eyes. Anna stepped forward,

"you have lost that right, Harry. And am a married woman now, stop barging into my room like that. "What, wow, since when did you start having interest in this marriage? I thought you didn't want to marry him. He said, his voice taking on a hard edge.

"Didn't you want me to marry him after all? She questioned harry "Yes, I wanted you to marry him. But for us to get his money And properties so that we can have our dream life. You can even kill him or pretend to love him so that we can get access to his money and properties and elope together. He said in a calm tone.

"What, are you serious right now? She took a deep breath. Look, Harry, I will never be part of this your plan, I can never kill my husband because of selflessness. I wasn't raised like that. She said, her voice shaking in anger and hurt. Harry stood up and took a step closer to Anna. "What husband? "Wait, don't tell me you have started having feelings for a Man you just married not less than 48 hours ago. Are you that cheap? He asked.

Her hurt and anger were too much for her bear, she walked closer to Harry, lifted her hand, and left it on Harry's cheek with a loud slap. "How dare you?" She said, her voice shaking with anger and hurt. "You know what, am done with you, okay, it's over between us. Get out of my room before I call the security on you. She demanded.

"You are going to regret this, Anna, I promise you that".He said while walking out of her room. She sat on her bed giving herself some minutes to calm down. She got downstairs and the driver opened the car door for her. She climbed into the back of a Rolls-Royce Boat Tail, one of her dream cars. She sat in the car, the difference though going through her head.

"Will I be happy in this marriage? "Accepting this marriage was it a bad decision? "How will I make this marriage work? The driver stopped in front of a classic lady fashion store. She got out of the car and started walking inside. A soon smartly dressed lady came to her and said, "Welcome madam, I'm Elle, what are you looking for today?", She said in a strict, business tone.

"Am Mrs Jackson. I'm here to get some few things. She said in a calm tone.

"Oh Mrs Jackson, welcome again ma'am. We have been expecting you. Here, have a seat. She smiled at her and went inside the store.

She looked at dresses first then shoes and accessories. After an hour she was done with her shopping. She was about to leave when she saw Nova, her best friend.

She was so happy to see her, they both hugged and found a place to sit for a friendly talk.

Nova's father is a businessman and she is the only child. She loves spending money on luxury things and buying classic clothes, shoes, and bags. She travels for a vacation any time she feels like. Nova has always been the Rich kid among her friends back in school.

"I missed you so much, Nova, She said, with a smile on her face

"I missed you too. So tell me about your marriage life. Nova asked , her eyes were on Anna's diamond necklace.

"Anna told Nova about everything that happened and she has broken up with Harry. She doesn't hide anything from her best friend.

"Your husband must be Rich? Nova ask "Yes, he is Rich and famous. She said in a happy tone.

After looking at Anna's necklace she asked "Is your husband's name Jackson? her expression changed.

"Yes! They both talked for about 30 minutes. "I think I need to go before my husband comes back from the office. I will call you when I get home" Anna said, standing up from her seat.

Nova was so jealous of Anna. The only thing she could concentrate on was her diamond necklace and ring. "Why must it only be her? "don't I deserve better things? Jackson is my crush, for you to take him away from me, I hate you, Anna, I hate you. If I don't get Jackson, I won't let you be happy. She said to herself while hitting her hand on the table.

Anna got home, she met Jackson sitting close to the pool with a laptop on his lap. She walked slowly not wanting to draw attention.

"I hope you got everything you need?" "because you won't be leaving this house or room till further notice. Jackson said

She walked close to Jackson, "what do you mean? She asked.

I Don't repeat myself two times. ohh, lest I forget. If you spoil or break anything in my house again you must find a way to replace them. Now get out of my sight. He said while still taping his laptop.

Tears flow down her cheeks as she walks slowly to her room. She walked into the bathroom and turned on the shower letting the cold water wash away her feelings of pain, fear, and tears.

The sound of her ringing tone interrupted her thought. She checked her phone and it was her dad calling.

"Hello, Dad. "Your mum refuses to do her surgery. She said she wants to see you first before doing her surgery. Come right now, please.

"Okay, Dad I will be right there. She quickly wore her clothes fitting the things she will need inside a small bag. She rushed down the stairs and called one of the drivers

"I need you to take me somewhere, She said while ordering the gate man to open the gate.

"Am sorry ma'am, Mr Jackson has given us an order not to allow you to leave the house. The Driver said in a low tone.
