Chapter 2 Stay Obedient

I was born without even knowing what my mother looked like. I only know her by name. Selene.

According to my late father, my mother died when she gave birth to me. And the rest is blurry. When I was five, my father married Jade-my father's best friend. Jade came from the West family-a well-known family in the business industry.

Jade has a glamorous life, but her demeanor is rubbish. When my father was alive, she treated me like a princess-because dad was there.

However, ten years ago, I was fifteen years old, exactly my birthday, I lost my father. He died in a car accident, and that's also the start of my miserable life.

Noah, Jade's son, came into the picture and started treating me like I was his toy. My once-clear world became dark, and I didn't see any light of hope from that moment. I don't know if I will be able to escape.

Sleepless nights, aching bodies, traumatic fear... Jade and Noah made me feel these.

And I am lost.

Then here comes another part of the monsters' family, Noah's fiancée, Liza.

"What the hell are you doing?!"

I got back to my senses when I heard Liza's voice. I looked up and met her gaze. "I'm sorry," I mumbled.

Liza rolled her eyes at me, then pulled me by the arm. "Fucking get your ass off the bed. Stand near us and watch!"

I did what she said and almost fell when my knees weakened. Good thing I grabbed the edge of the bed.

"Geez, you want to play with this weakling, babe?" Liza's seductive voice irritates me. I bit my lower lip and pulled myself up.

Damn, I didn't even have my lunch. And my body is still screaming in pain. What's new? I always feel pain every day-physically and emotionally.

"I thought your meeting would last until the evening. How about Mom? Aren't you with her?" Noah uttered. He darted his gaze at me, but I looked away.

I can't stand seeing those demonic eyes. My hands trembled as my mind started to think about his cruelty, but I managed to calm myself even a little bit.

I saw Liza lying on my modest bed and removed her clothes. "Mom is upstairs, and she's right."

"Right, about what?"

"That you're playing with Celeste. And if you do not take me here, I will fucking hate you," Liza replied.

My eyes widened when she turned her gaze on me. "Don't even think about closing your eyes, or you're dead," she warned.

I want to laugh at her words.

Dead?

They always told me that if I couldn't do what they wanted, they threatened me every time.

One simple mistake. Just fucking one! And they started playing with me-torturing me like a criminal.

They're even worst-they're demons.

I even wish to be with those mythical creatures rather than be with cruel humans like them. I close my eyes for a while and open them again. I'm afraid Liza will catch me.

I remember the book my father gave me when I was seven, and it was all about wolves, vampires, witches, and the like. Every time I read it, it seems like that book comforts me.

"You are out of focus again, Celeste," Liza's stern voice pierced my ears.

"I... I'm watching," I replied.

Liza smirked. "Sure, you will," she said. "Look how Noah kneads and squeezes my boobies. It's wonderful, right?" she added.

I glanced at Noah, who was grinning demonically while massaging his fiancé's breast.

"Y-Yes," I replied.

"Ahh..." Liza started to moan, which irritated my ears, but I couldn't do anything. I will stay obedient, even just for today.

My body is still weak because of Noah's slaps and punches the other day.

I forgot to iron his fucking boxer, and he made me his punching bag already.

I don't know, but I can still survive even if they throw me and beat me to death. I even blame Him. Why He's making me taste this kind of life? What did I do in my past life to experience this cruelty?

Dad always told me to be a good girl-stay humble as I could. And I did. But why?

"Oh... that's it, baby...." Liza's moan cut the fragments of my thoughts.

I frowned as I watched her close her eyes like an idiot while Noah's pleasuring her.

"Oh... suck it, baby," she said to Noah when the latter went down to her thighs.

Noah smirked, and I gasped when he glanced at me. I diverted my gaze and darted it into Liza's face. Her eyes were closed, showing how she was enjoying their thing.

I clenched my jaw when she suddenly opened her eyes. She bit her lower lip and formed a sly smirk on her lips. "This is so damn good, Celeste. Noah is getting better and better when we're doing this in front of you," she said.

I clenched my fist and glared at her.
