Chapter 8 The show is over

"You're such a scumbag, do u think I will accept your flowers?" Tasha whispered back to him.

"Please, am trying to apologize for causing you many problems," Jay said and Tasha finally accepted the flower then smiled at everyone before walking back in with a frown.

"The show is over," Jay said to everyone before following Tasha inside the restaurant.

He followed her to the closet room.

"What's the color of your problem?" Tasha asked him irritatedly.

"It's red," Jay said with a smile.

"Huhh" Tasha growled in anger, why is he following her so much since after that Lili viral video?

"What do you want Jay, can you explain your problem to me in just three words" Tasha pleaded, and Jay's eyes were lost in her face.

"I love you, please let me make you feel like a woman," Jay said without even noticing what he said.

"What?" Tasha asked angrily and walked out.

"Wait, I meant to say let me make you my woman......sh*t stupid me" Jay cursed out angrily, now she was even more angry than before.

"He wants to make me feel like a woman? Such a pervert, all men are the same" Tasha muttered to herself angrily.

She thought Jay was just lusting by her body and that's why he keeps pursuing her all around.

Jay Walked outside and Tasha just ignored him, he walked towards a waitress.

"Hello there?" He greeted and the waitress couldn't help but blush, she can't believe Jay was talking to her.

"Can you help me with your coworker, Tasha's cell number?" Jay asked and she gladly took out her phone and showed it to him, he typed the number on his cell before Smiling at the lady and then walked out.

Later at Tasha's home, she had made dinner and served Lili before going to freshen up, but since it was a Friday night... Lili decided to stay and watch some movies, she still had work tomorrow so she needs to sleep early.

"Lili tomorrow we will have dinner at your friend's place," Tasha said and Lili looked at her with a confused look.

"My friend?" She asked while pointing at herself.

"Yes Pete, his dad invited us" Tasha replied and Lili frowned.

"But why?" She asked.

"Isn't Pete your friend? I thought you will be happy" Tasha replied.

"OK," Lili said.

"Let Pete's dad not try any wrong move, because my mom is already taken, sometimes I wonder why Jay is such a slow guy....he will need my help," Lili thought before switching her attention back to the TV.

It was around 11 pm and Lili was still engrossed in the TV when she saw her mom's phone beep from an incoming message.

She picked up the phone and then checked the message, it was an unknown number.

Lili contemplated whether to reply or not, but Lili being herself decided to reply.

She opened the message.

📲" Hello princess"

"Huh, who will text Mom this way?" She thought" Maybe it's Pete's Dad? " she added.

"Who is it?" She typed then sent.

📲" its jay"

Lili beamed happily, since it was Jay then she was going to continue the discussion, she ring his number and he picked up.

📲" Hlo princess, you were dying to hear my voice? Jay asked happily and Lili just hit her forehead.

"Is this how you plan on wooing my mom? If yes then you're not going to succeed" Lili said Jay was a little shocked since it was Lili but he was more shocked when she said he will not succeed in this way.

📲" What do you mean?" Jay asked, Lili kept spying at the bedroom door before speaking.

"Am saying you won't be able to win my mom over with this pride of yours"

📲" But am not proud"

"I could help you if you want?" Lili said and Jay smiled, the kid was so smart so of course he will accept her offer.

📲" Please help me " Jay pleaded and Lili laughed out.

"But on one condition," She said

📲" Just name it"

"Hmm you can start by getting me a role in a movie," Lili said jokingly, of course, she knew that was a big favor to ask, so she was just going to ask for a bag or candy.

📲" Yes deal," Jay said and Lili gasped in shock.

"Are you serious right now?" She asked still not able to believe what she heard.

📲 " Yes you're a great actress so I can get you a role in my next movie, but you will have to keep to your word," Jay said and Lili nodded, even though she knew he can't see her nodding.

"Of course, I will help you, thanks Jay" She beamed happily.

"OK tomorrow we are going for a family dinner at my friend's pete home, and to cut the story short you have got a competition, so since you are my "dad" and he had invited our entire family....." Lili explained and Jay smiled.

He needed to attend the dinner no matter what and show the guy who owns Tasha.
