Chapter 4 Sweetheart

Mia felt her breath clog up in her throat when her head finally registered what he asked her to do. Strip? Lay on the bed with her legs apart? Just who the hell was he to tell her that?

He thinks she is a prostitute? Ok fine she slept with men for money but it was for a good cause not because she wanted to. She never allowed the men she slept with to touch her the way they liked or get her to do any dirty thing for them, she has always called the shots so just who the hell does he think he is?

Her fear was immediately replaced by an overwhelming surge of anger "in your dreams" She sneered at him

" You refuse? " To say he was surprised was an understatement

He thought that would would do as he asked just so that she could pay him for the money she stole, he thought that she would give her body to him so he would drop her at the next airport

Maybe he thought wrong because now he could see none of the fear she had in her eyes before nor could he smell her need for him again. The only thing he could smell on her was her anger but that did nothing in reducing his need for her instead it increased

He could just picture her trying to fight him off like she did to that man at the parking lot as he throws her on the bed and tear of the little clothing's she has on to have his wicked way with her

"Oh yes I refuse, what? You think I would do as you say? In your dreams"

Adrian smirked as he continue to move and back her up to the bed in the room that she must not have even realized she was walking to

Mia looked back when she felt the back of her knee touch something to see that she has been backed up to the bed and stood the risk of falling on it

"Stop moving towards me" she stretched out her hand to push him off but it was like pushing against wall because he kept advancing and when she could no longer hold on, she fell on the bed

She began to crawl backwards when he placed his knee on the bed and he kept following her with the stick of cigarette in between his lips

"What do you want? " She snapped as she was now tired of the game, she was now against the headboard and there was nowhere she could move to now. Even if she was angry she decided to tread carefully

She did not know the man but she sure knew what men like him were capable of doing. Most mafias kidnaps any women they liked and turn them into sex slaves, she did not want to end up in another man's arms after escaping from one

Adrian too the cigarette from his mouth and blew the smoke on her face and his lip turn up in a small smile when he smelt the scent of her need for him return back

"I want you to spread your legs for me sweetheart, I hate having to repeat myself"

His eyes were now intense as they watched her, he really was serious about her sleeping with him

"Am not doing anything for you, you bastard"

The small smile on his face vanished at her insult and he felt his wolf come alive at her insulting word. No one dares to throw insult at him

He could handle her disrespect to a certain level but her insults? He would take none of them

He threw the cigarette he was holding to

the floor and grab her by the neck bringing her face close to his

"I do not tolerate disrespect and insult, if you do that again you will have to face the consequences" he warns in a deep voice "Do you understand?"

When she continued to stare at him stubbornly he tightened his hold on her "do you understand?"

Mia felt like she was going to choke to death as his grip on her tighten, her face turn white and she brought her hand up to his trying to free herself all to no avail

She began to push against him trying to be free but he continue to state at her as he waits for her response

Seeing that he did not care for anything except her response and fearing that she would die if she continue being stubborn

"Yes" she managed to choke out

"Good" Adrian pushed her face away from him as he stood up to leave the room, he paused and turn to her when he got to the door "we are about to land come out" then he walked out and close the door

Mia gasped as she greedily sucks in air into her air deprived lungs, she massaged her neck as she fell on the bed her breath coming out hard and fast

This was not the first time she felt close to death but each time she was always afraid. After all, no one wanted to die.

She really did not want to die, just like other mafias Adrian Osiander was ruthless and heartless. Imagine him trying to kill her with his hands just after mere seconds of asking her to spread her legs for him

After some time she got up and walked out of the room, and it without sparing him a glance she walked past where he was sitting and headed for where his men where

She took the time they were looking at her in surprise to squeeze into their middle "sorry gentleman" her voice was soft and seductive

Adrian pinched in between his eyebrows when he heard her the way her voice sounded and he knew immediately that she must be trying to seduce his men

His wolf roared in his head for him to take their mate away from other men and that was exactly what he did

He stood up and marched to where she was and hurled her up with one hand "come here"

He dragged her and pushed her to sit beside him, he pushed her back when she struggled to get up

"Don't test my patience" he grabs her jaw and stare into her gray eyes that was shining with anger

"Am not your property you can't control me" she struggles to get up but he pushed her back on the chair

"You think so? Why don't you stand up and face the consequences?" He released her and stood up

She really wanted to stand up and see him do his worst but she remembered what he did to her some minutes ago in the room and decided to instead remain seated

He raised his brow at her sudden obedient behavior, seems like she has learn her lesson from what he did some minutes ago "good girl" he sat on the seat opposite her

Mai turn her face to look out of the window, all she had to do now was sit still and be on her best behavior so that he would let his guard around her down and then she can finally get the chance to escape

He wasn't a fool, the only reason for her to behave obedient was because she was planning something, she was cooking something up in that little mind of hers about how to escape from him. Well he would love to see her try

They put on their seat belt when an air hostess approached them and told them to as they were about to land

He watched with a smirk as she gingerly put on her seat belt and then continue to face the window refusing to look at him, yeah she was really planning on escaping

He grabbed her by the hand and dragged her along with him out of the jet to a the car waiting outside when the jet landed

"Let me go" Mia struggle to free herself from his grip bug he tighten his hand more as he thrust her into the car and followed her in

She moved to push the other door open when she realized that it was locked, she swore under her breath. She would have to wait for now then, she would just escape when they got to his house she told herself but she knew it was a lie

She knew just exactly how protected every mafia's house was with bodyguards stationed at every turn.

She gave up with a dejected sigh and rested back on the car seat. She won't accept being anyone's sex slave, she was not going to go down without a fight

She looked out of the window as they got into the highway and after sometime they made a turn and got into an estate? She was not sure what it was but it had so many houses which all looked the same so it definitely was an estate

was already becoming bored from seeing the same houses and not even one person coming out of them

"Am sorry sweetheart but your eyes have to be closed for this one" he wanted to make sure that even if she did escape just like that night she won't know her way out. He was not going to be making the same mistake twice

"What? hey" she struggle as he grab both of her hands and quickly but effectively tied it up with a rope that she didn't even know where he brought it from

"What the hell are you doing?" She backs away from him when he moved close to her with his tie in his hand

"Am sorry sweetheart" he turn her around and despite her protest and struggle he cover her eyes with his tie "you can't know where we are going to"

She wanted to curse him but in remembering what throwing insults at him cost her on the plane she wisely decided to keep quiet

He knew what she was planning' she thought' as she stopped struggling. There was nothing she could do as her eyes were already covered and she could not see a thing, she could only sit back and start thinking up another plan

They were in the car for over another forty five minutes before she finally felt the car slow down and come to a stop

She heard the car door open, she patiently sat there waiting for him to release her but he did the exact opposite, he dragged her out of the car and threw her over his shoulders

"Drop me down I can walk" she screamed

She could not hit his back because her hands were tied and she could not see anything as her eyes was also close, he must be weary of her

"Sure thing sweetheart"

She thought he was joking but he really dropped her down and she heard him walking away

"Take off the blindfold" she yelled in the direction of his footsteps but he did not return as she heard the sounds of his footsteps moving further and further away from her

"Stupid bastard" she cursed
