Aria obediently ran off to brush her teeth while Olivia got out of bed and headed to the kitchen to make pancakes. As she mixed the batter and heated up the pan, Olivia couldn't help but wonder why her daughter was so excited this morning. Once Aria finished brushing her teeth, she came bounding back into the kitchen, eager to see the pancakes. Olivia smiled at her daughter's enthusiasm as she flipped the first pancake onto a plate. As they sat down to eat, Olivia finally couldn't resist asking Aria why she was so excited this morning. Aria grinned mischievously and said, "Mommy, today is the day we get to go to the park and play on the swings!" Olivia realized that she had promised Aria a trip to the park during the , but had completely forgotten in the rush of preparing for her shoot She felt a pang of guilt, but also relief that it wasn't anything serious that had Aria so excited. After breakfast, Olivia quickly got dressed since she also had some errands to run for the house and take Aria to the park. They spent the morning playing on the swings, going down the slide, and having a picnic lunch. It was a simple day, but one filled with laughter and joy. As they headed out from the park ,Olivia wanted to pick up a few things from the mall,so they made a stop at the mall . When the picked up a basket and started going around the mall,Aria suddenly started sulking, What's wrong baby?Olivia asked her Mommy there's this new Cinderella doll I want ,can I get it.I'll be a good girl forever, she pleaded. Olivia thought about it,it's been a while she got a new doll. She replied " since you promised mommy to be a good girl forever,I think you can have it. Aria was so excited and ran off to pick it up that she didn't look where she was going properly and bumped into a someone. I am so sorry ,Olivia started apologizing on her behalf before recognizing the person and said "Xavier!, What a surprise to see you here"she said. Yeah he replied , Wow what are the odds of meeting you randomly three times, smiling at Olivia. "I guess it's fate". He said After the two times they met ,Olivia didn't think she was going to see him soon again. As they chatted for a few minutes, Xavier couldn't help but notice how beautiful Olivua looked in the sunlight. He felt a flutter in his stomach and wondered if he should take a chance and ask for her number Just then, Aria ran back to her mother with the new doll in her hand. "Mommy, can we go play with my new doll now?" she asked excitedly. Olivia smiled at her daughter. "Of course, sweetie. Let's go home and play with your new doll," she said, turning back to Xavier. "It was great seeing you again, Xavier. Maybe we can catch up again soon?" Xavier smiled and nodded. "Definitely," he said. "Take care, Olivia." As they walked away, Olivia couldn't help but wonder if there was more to these randomly meeting. But then she looked down at her daughter and realized that spending time with Aria was more important to her right now. As they walked back to the car and Aria chatted happily about her new doll, Olivia heard her name and turned around to see Xavier walking towards them ,Any problem she asked him as he got close. No I was just wondering if I could get your number ,if you don't mind me asking ? Olivia was hesitant but couldn't deny that she felt some sort of pull towards Xavier,so she gave him, what's the worst that could happen, she thought. "Bye Olivia ,I'll be in touch". Xavier said as he walked away. Xavier walked away, feeling elated. He couldn't believe he had just gathered the courage to ask for Olivia's number. He had been admiring her from afar for a while now, and seeing her with Aria only made him more attracted to her. As he got into his car, he couldn't resist the urge to text her right away. "Hey Olivia, it's Xavier. Just wanted to say it was nice running into you today. Can't wait to talk more." he typed, hoping he didn't come off as too forward. He hit send and waited for a response. After a few minutes, Olivia responded, "Hi Xavier, I enjoyed running into you too. How have you been?" Xavier grinned at his phone, feeling relieved that she had responded positively. They continued texting each other for a while, exchanging stories about their lives and interests. Xavier found that he had a lot in common with Olivia and was surprised at how comfortable he felt around her. Olivia couldn't stop thinking about Xavier and his request for her number. She was both excited and nervous about the prospect of him calling or texting her. A part of her was worried that she had made a mistake giving him her number, but another part of her hoped that it would lead to something more. They did exchange texts for a few days after exchanging number and suddenly, she didn't hear anything from him again, she wondered what could have happened. Days went by and Olivia didn't hear from Xavier. She began to doubt whether he would actually follow through and contact her. But just when she was about to give up hope, her phone buzzed. It was a message from Xavier. "Hey Olivia, it's Xavier. Just wanted to say hi and see how you're doing, sorry ,I haven't texted you in a while,I was out of the country and just got back last night". Olivia's heart skipped a beat as she read the message. She quickly responded, trying to play it cool but also showing her interest. "Hi Xavier, I'm doing well. Thanks for asking. How was your trip?" They continued to text back and forth, learning more about each other. Olivia found herself enjoying their conversations, and she looked forward. As the day turned into night, Xavier mustered the courage to ask Olivia out on a date. "Hey Olivia, would you like to grab dinner with me sometime this week?" he typed, his heart racing. Olivia quickly responded, "I would love to, Xavier! How about we meet at the Italian restaurant downtown on Wednesday at 7 pm?" Xavier couldn't believe his luck. He had never felt this excited to go on a date before. "Sounds great, Olivia! I'll see you then," he responded. That afternoon, Olivia was starting to rethink her decision to have dinner with Xavier ,what was she thinking going out to dinner with him, she was definitely way in over her head. She checked the time and declared red to leave the office she was having lunch with Maya. Maya was already at the restaurant when she got there. She waved to her as she walked in. "Hey best friend" Maya said as she sat down "How are you girl?" Olivia asked her "I already ordered a cup of iced tea , like you like it. So what's new?" Maya asked "Well nothing much, except I have a date next Wednesday and I am starting to regret agreeing to it" Olivia casually said even though she knew Maya would make a big deal of it Wait a second what did you just say? Maya asked her again. I said I have a date on Wednesday with Xavier from the shoot on Friday you know , Julia's brother Olivia said to Maya. Maya was excited for her best friend after Martin, Olivia hadn't really given anyone a chance at all, her agreeing to go out meant there was something there and Maya was going to convince her. "Well what do you mean you regret agreeing to it, you've not been out in the longest time , and what's the worst that could, you'll find out he is annoying and you don't have to see him again, or you could find out he is a great person . Either way,it's still just one date, and you can decide not to see him again after that". Maya said. You know you're right, what's the worst that could happen . Olivia said a little convinced by what Maya said . Exactly, Livy, Which means you need to come in to the salon, so I can style your hair, you can come in on Tuesday, or better still .I'll come help you at home on Wednesday . After they agreed to meet Wednesday at Olivia place, so Maya could help her get ready. They said there goodbyes. ********************************************* The rest of the week went by in a blur as Xavier looked forward to his date with Olivia. When Wednesday finally arrived, he spent hours getting ready, trying to make sure he looked his best. As he drove to the restaurant, he couldn't help but feel nervous. He took a deep breath and reminded himself to be confident and just enjoy the evening. As he walked into the restaurant, he saw Olivia sitting at a table, looking stunning He couldn't help but smile as he made his way over to her. "You look amazing, Olivia," he said as he sat down. "Thank you, Xavier. You look very handsome tonight as well," she replied, with a smile. They ordered their meals and engaged in easy conversation. They talked about their interests, passions and goals in life. Before they knew it, the night had flown by and it was time to leave. As they walked outside, Xavier turned to Olivia and said, "I had such a great time tonight, Olivia. Would you like to do this again sometime?" Olivia smiled coyly. "I would love to, Xavier. How about we plan something for next weekend?" "Sounds perfect,"he said, feeling elated. They exchanged a goodbye hug and parted ways. Xavier couldn't believe how well the evening had gone. He couldn't wait to see her again.
