Chapter 3 Second time is luck

Olivia's alarm sounded telling her it was time to get up,she always wakes up 30 minutes before Aria,to get a few minutes for her yoga and also get lunch ready for Aria,after doing everything and made coffee for herself. As Olivia sipped on her coffee and listened to some calming morning music, trying to stay focused and productive. She was excited to see her latest collection come to life in the upcoming photo shoot and was determined to make sure everything was perfect. She then asked proceeded to wake Aria up.

Baby wake up ,it's time to get ready for school, Mommy I want to sleep a little more,just a little.They always do this almost every morning,Aria asking for more time to sleep,and she having to refuse, Come on baby girl, you have to get ready for school, and mommy has to get ready for work too. We don't want to be late, do we? Aria reluctantly got out of bed and went to the bathroom to brush her teeth and wash her face. Olivia helped Aria get dressed for school and then headed to the kitchen to make breakfast and lunch for Aria. While Aria ate her breakfast, Olivia made sure that her own breakfast was ready and also packed some snacks for herself to take to work. She finished her breakfast and got dressed for work, double-checking that she had everything she needed for the day. Olivia then packed Aria's lunch and got her backpack ready. She took a few minutes to do some yoga, which helped her stay centered and focused for the day ahead. It was time to leave for school and work. Olivia and Aria gave each other a hug and a kiss, and then Olivia headed out to start her day. She was looking forward to the photo shoot later in the day and was determined to make the most of her day and be productive. On her way ,she called a couple of people the photographer and the modeling agency,to make sure they were still set for the time. She put a call through to Maya , Hi Maya, Are you on your way "I just wanted to confirm that every is on track?" "Yes, everything is still good to go," replied Maya. "The location is set up, the wardrobe is ready, and the team is prepped for the shoot. Are you still on schedule to arrive on time?" "Yes, I should be there in about an hour or so," said Olivia . "I just wanted to touch base and make sure everything was still in order. I'm really excited about this shoot, and I want to make sure it goes smoothly." "Don't worry Livy ,I got you ," said Maya. "That's why I am always here to make sure everything is perfect. Just focus on getting here safely, and we'll take care of the rest." "Thanks, Maya," I really can't appreciate you enough , I love you always said the Olivia. "I'll see you soon." As she hung up the phone, Olivia felt a sense of relief. It was always important to confirm the details. ************************************* Xavier woke up to his blaring alarm and decide to work out at home instead of going to the gym today.So he did his 1hr workout session,had a shower and had breakfast . He then called Julia to confirm the address for her photoshoot,he needed to see so he could tell her all about meeting Olivia . After confirming the address and time to pick her up ,he dropped the call and drove to work. Xavier arrived at his office and started to review his schedule for the day. He had several meetings with clients and some of his staff ,the investment part of the business was his idea ,so he had some catching up to do with his staff on some new businesses that submitted their pitch He spent some time going over the pitches and making sure he had all the necessary information for each meeting. As the day progressed, He listened carefully to his staff's input and offered solutions that were both practical and effective. After his final meeting of the day, Xavier checked his phone and saw that it was time to pick up Julia from her photo shoot,so they could have lunch together . He quickly gathered his things and headed out to his car. He drove to Julia's location and had to find a spot to park , after parking he proceeded inside the building,but when he saw the set up,he wondered in his ,"this is Olivia's brand name Divas &Dreams, was his sister a model for her clothing line.If the stars weren't aligning , he saw a lady and told her he was here to see Julia and she was a model on set. He was directed to the hair section .He went their and saw his sister getting her hair done "Hey Julia, You definitely are not done?" Xavier asked as he hugged her. Hey Xavier , she replied happily. Yeah I know,you know how these sets can be I had to do some extra set for them, and since it's a brand I love why not ," Julia replied with a smile. Just find some where to sit to wait for me ,while I finish ,or you can wait in the coffee shop across the road. No I'll just hang around ,nothing to miss seeing my baby sister in her zone ,Xavier said Whatever she replied........ Unknowingly to her ,he just needed an excuse to see if Olivia was around the set. After sitting for about 45minutes,he decided to find where they were taking the pictures, and lo and behold,there was Olivia in her full boss mode trying to get the models to do ,different poses,get the best angle for each outfits,she was really owning it. After a few more pictures they wrapped up the shoot ,Olivia thanked everyone for their time and effort. As she turned to leave,she saw a familiar face ,and wondered,Isn't this the stranger from yesterday,what was he doing here. She walked up to him, I know you , she said. Of course you do,I bumped into you yesterday,Olivia right ?Xavier replied. Yes, what are you doing here? Olivia asked him Oh, I am supposed to pick my sister up her shoot turns out it was yours ,Eh Julia , She's my sister .Xavier told her Wow,what a small world,Julia is actually my favorite model,she's a natural, she makes my designs come to life in a very beautiful way. Olivia said. I heard my name ,Julia said.Hey Olivia,your pieces are beautiful,you have to get me back here for your future shoots, and I see you've met my brother. Yeah, he actually bumped into me yesterday, Olivia told her . Hmm ,I see he did,didn't he. Julia knew ,there was more to the story ,than just bumping into her,but she'll get the details from her brother later. Xavier ,decide to cut before his sister gave him away,it was nice to see you again Olivia. Hope to actually see you again.Olivia replied same here Xavier. As Xavier and Julia walked away,she couldn't help but wonder,what the universe had in store.Out of nowhere, Hmmm Livvy ,who is that handsome man,I see you guys getting comfortable.Maya asked. Oh,that's Julia's brother, we kinda bumped into each other yesterday and found out he was Julia's brother today,Olivia replied. Hmm,seems like the beginning of a love story Livvy, Maya said. Olivia laughed at Maya ,and said ,Maya you just never give up. But Olivia couldn't deny the fact that he had creeped into her a couple of times that day,and she was actually excited to see him again. As Xavier and Julia drove to the restaurant for their lunch,chatting along the way. Xavier told Julia about meeting Olivia the day before.Julia listened intently and told her brother ,she was happy for him ,but he should also not overwhelm Olivia , considering everything she went through in her relationship. Olivia rushed home,so she could release the baby sitter ,she got for Aria,she was able to escape going out with Maya today,but she knew the next time won't be so easy. She called her mom,as she hadn't spoken to her in the past few days ,she had been extremely busy prepaid for her shoot. Hello Mom,she said,she spoke to her mother for a few minutes ,before hanging up. She was extremely tired and needed rest. Thank God the next day was a weekend.
