Chapter 4 Blame

The police answered her question: "This morning the library lost power for about 30 minutes, then the camera system throughout the library was paralyzed. So we couldn't find anything from the camera."

"Julia Rogers, please come with us quickly. We have to find this book soon, can't waste time here explaining it to you."

Suddenly, from the bushes, several men rushed forward.

They put a black sack over his head.

Luis Campos didn't have time to see who rushed out but was controlled by them, kicking and punching him in the body.

Luis Campos has been a construction worker for several years, his strength is not weak. However, in the situation of not seeing anything, and being controlled by several men in turn, Luis Campos could not resist.

Each strong punch made Luis Campos numb with pain, his whole body strength was almost exhausted. He felt like he couldn't take it anymore, perhaps he would have to die on this desolate, uninhabited sidewalk.

At that moment, suddenly there was a very loud noise. Luis Campos did not know what happened, because shortly after, he fell into a coma.

When Luis Campos woke up, seeing the white wall around him, he still had a needle in his hand, Luis Campos knew he was in the hospital.

The wound on his body has been treated, but his whole body is still like a car that has been disassembled, the pain is unbearable.

Luis Campos turned his head to the side and saw a man about fifty years old, with light brown hair, he was wearing a black suit, and sitting on the only sofa in the room.

Seeing him regain consciousness, the man stood up and walked closer: "Master, you have worked hard for many years. I should have found you sooner. Sorry, I didn't find you until now."

Luis Campos frowned, he didn't understand what this man just said, he asked again: "Who are you? What did you just say, I don't understand."

The man introduced himself: "I am the Noether's butler, Toro Lopez. You may not believe it, but you are the young master of the House of Noether, your father is John Noether, the chairman of the Hacers corporation."

"Hacers Corporation?"

Although Luis Campos didn't know much about large enterprises in the country, he worked in the construction industry for a while, he used to be a worker for a building of Hacers Corporation. It is said to be the largest corporation in the country.
