Emerging from the darkness, Helena and Marcel appeared, laughing. "Hahaha... you're still too weak, you need to train more," Marcel said as he approached, extending his hand. Ariel and Luna grabbed Marcel's hand and stood up.
That night, they engaged in endurance, speed, and strength training. Helena and Marcel were not only their friends but also the best mentors for Luna and Ariel, as they were older and more experienced.
"Ariel, you need to focus more during training," Marcel provided feedback to Ariel.
Helena added, "Luna has made rapid progress. Are you, as a male, going to let a female surpass you?" Helena attempted to compare Luna and Ariel's abilities.
"Do we need to train like this? Do we need to hurt each other?" Ariel, it seemed, possessed a higher level of humanity compared to the other werewolves.
"This isn't about waging war against humans. Don't you want to rebel against this situation? Then we must prepare ourselves. Varel is incredibly strong, and you need to put in extra effort to defeat him," Marcel explained his reasoning to Ariel.
They took a break and shared stories with each other. Then, Helena and Marcel left Luna and Ariel behind, lying down in the grass. Suddenly, Ariel uttered a sentence that made Luna startle and stand up.
"Luna, will you accompany me to the city and mingle with humans?" Ariel said with utmost seriousness.
"Are you trying to commit suicide?" Luna replied, her voice filled with shock.
"No, I have faith that they will accept us as friends, and that we can live side by side with them," Ariel expressed his conviction.
"No, Ariel. Don't act foolishly!" Luna tried to warn Ariel.
They engaged in a heated debate, each presenting their own opinions. Luna took a logical approach, while Ariel held firm to his intuition.
**At the secret headquarters**
Everyone seemed busy assembling new weapons, combining them with Arva's discoveries. These weapons were believed to subdue the ferocity of werewolves and control their animalistic nature.
"Arva, what do you know about werewolves?" Chelsea asked, seeking answers about werewolves.
"Essentially, they are humans, but within them flows the blood of wolves, although I'm unsure of its origin," Arva replied.
"Do you know anyone knowledgeable about the history of werewolf origins?" Chelsea inquired again.
"I'm sorry, Chelsea. I haven't come across any factual information about werewolves. Everything is merely opinions, with no guarantee of their authenticity," Arva responded confidently.
During their conversation, Leonardo appeared and asked Chelsea, "Why are you so curious?"
Chelsea responded enthusiastically, "I'm curious about the origins of werewolves and how they can control their animalistic nature. I want to know if there's a way to help them live harmoniously with humans."
Leonardo nodded and replied, "That's indeed an interesting question. Maybe we can search for more information about myths and legends related to werewolves. There are many folktales that could provide clues."
Arva added, "Additionally, we can look for historical evidence or ancient records related to the werewolf phenomenon. There might be ancient writings that document events related to them."
Arva grew even more excited, "We can form a research team and delve deeper into this. Who knows, we might uncover answers that have remained hidden so far."
Leo smiled, "I like that idea. We can combine our knowledge and involve others who share the same interest. Together, we can explore the mysteries behind werewolves and find ways to help them."
They further discussed their research plan and how to involve others. They all agreed that this research could be the first step towards understanding and unraveling the enigma surrounding werewolves.
Meanwhile, Ariel and Luna were still engaged in their debate. Ariel tried to convince Luna with her arguments, while Luna remained concerned about the dangers they might face among human society.
"Ariel, I understand your dream of living alongside humans, but you have to consider the possible consequences," Luna said softly.
"I know the risks, Luna, but I believe there are good people out there who will accept us as we are. We can't keep hiding and isolating ourselves forever," Ariel replied with determination.
Luna tightly held Ariel's hand, "I'm worried this decision will put us and our loved ones in danger. But if this is truly your decision, then I will support you."
Ariel smiled, "Thank you, Luna. We'll face this challenge together."
They felt empowered by their unity, and despite their worries and doubts, they were ready to embark on a challenging journey to pursue their dreams.
Back at the secret headquarters, Leonardo continued his conversation with Arva, "Perhaps it's time for us to establish direct connections with the werewolf community. If we can build understanding and cooperation, we might achieve harmony between humans and werewolves."
Arva agreed, "We should start with small steps. Establishing contact with werewolves who are willing to share their experiences and knowledge. They may have different perspectives that can help us understand the situation better."
Leonardo nodded, "We'll form a communication and diplomacy team to initiate this step. If we can build trust and broaden our insights, who knows, we might achieve peace between humans and werewolves."
With strong determination, Arva and Leonardo continued their planning to find solutions that could promote coexistence between humans and werewolves. They knew that this journey wouldn't be easy, but they were prepared to face it for the sake of creating a better world.
Suddenly, Chelsea shouted, "No! I won't befriend anyone until I meet the werewolf who killed my parents." Chelsea spoke with a firm tone.
Chelsea's shout interrupted their conversation at the secret headquarters. Leonardo and Arva were surprised to hear Chelsea's emotional statement. They immediately approached her to try and calm her down.
"Chelsea, calm down," Leonardo said gently. "What happened? Tell me."
Chelsea held back tears that had welled up in her eyes. "Both my parents were killed in a savage werewolf attack. I witnessed it with my own eyes. Since then, vengeance has filled my heart. I can never befriend or coexist with creatures that took the lives of my loved ones."
Leonardo understood the sorrow and anger Chelsea felt. He embraced her empathetically. "Chelsea, I deeply regret your loss. But anger and hatred won't bring peace. We have to find a way to understand and change the situation. Maybe by talking and understanding the werewolves' perspective, we can uncover deeper truths."
Arva approached Chelsea with sympathy. "Chelsea, I've also lost family due to werewolf attacks. But I've learned that not all werewolves are evil. Some try to restrain their animalistic nature and live peacefully. We can't generalize and blame all werewolves."
Chelsea looked at her two friends, her face still filled with sadness and anger. She felt torn between the burning vengeance and the desire to seek understanding
"Perhaps you're both right," Chelsea said with a trembling voice. "But I need time to process everything. I can't promise anything right now. I'm sorry, I need some time alone."
Leonardo and Arva understood that Chelsea needed space and time to process her emotions. They offered support and promised to be by her side, no matter her decision.
As Chelsea walked away from them, Leonardo and Arva exchanged glances. They knew that their journey to find harmony between humans and werewolves would become more complicated with Chelsea's personal vendetta.
"We have to give her time," Leonardo said cautiously. "Maybe someday, she'll be ready to face it and start the healing process."
