"Ding ding... *continuous message sounds

" Hazel take a look... someone is keeping on messaging you." Zanat told her while correcting her hair.

"Just get ready fast. So we can have a date. You made me wake up early but you are late. How long am I supposed to wait for you?" Hazel asked her while muting Kylian's chat.

"Don't dare to mute me you little rat. " His message popped up.

" Aish... he is quicker than I thought. " She mumbled to herself.

"Who? " Zanat asked quickly, turning around towards her.

" What? When are you even planning to get ready for shopping,zanat?" She asked her while pressing her phone down.

*ding.

" Finally!! I know you were looking at the notifications and ignoring me. " He texted her confidently.

When she finished talking with zanat, Hazel took her phone and slammed her face. "Seriously?! Now he won't let me live peacefully for the next two hours. Dear god. Just kill me. " She said loudly.

"Ohoooo... . So it's him! " Zanat mumbled.

"Tsk... " She started to text back.

" How cold!! " She left the chat on read as zanat was all good to go for shopping

"Damn it. She really left my text onseen. How can a girl do that to a guy like me? Rachel never did such things to me. " He mumbled but shamelessly texted her again.

" Who are you talking about brother? Anything spicy? " His fellow worker asked him.

"No... it's nothing " He took the delivery parcel and left. That was a sunny day, everyone was busy doing their work. Sunday is still busy without any vacation to the stores.

Meanwhile~

Zanat and Hazel were shopping together ~

" Hey, don't you wanna say something? " Zanat asked hazel with a mild husky tone.

" What exactly do you wanna know? Just ask away! " Hazel told her while looking at her with smiling eyes.

" So the famous couple Ralian broke up. And what would be the real reason? " Zanat asked her while grabbing one mid top, lavender in shade and showing it to Hazel.

" Some other pastel colors and I am also curious. Is that because of that guy? " She asked her while looking at the dresses hanging on the upper racks.

" He returned back from India after two years. His face, his style, everything looks different. " She told Hazel following all the behind her?

"Wait zanat!! You met him already? " She stopped and look at zanat with a surprising look.

" Yes. To be honest, he asked about you a couple of times too. " She told her.

" What about Rachel? Did he mention anything? " Hazel was really curious as she completely forgot about the shopping.

" People are looking at us weirdly. Let's go to the nearby coffee shop and take a rest. We can shop later. Okay? " Zanat told her.

They both came to the coffee shop and ordered two hot chocolates.

" So the other day I met him when he was having a chat with Rachel! I didn't tell you because you always support Rachel. " She mumbled mildly.

"What? You should have told me?! So when was it exactly? Did he just meet him or... " She stopped her question midway.

" Well what I heard is and what it seems to be was like... a general chat between those who flirt. Like I missed you and I didn't expect you to forget me so soon and move on. Something like that. When I encounter them. I tried to avoid it...but.... " Zanat was trying to tell her something so she moved towards Hazel to tell the remaining story.

" So yeah.. Tell me completely zan! " She told her while pouting her lips.

" Seems like I caught some baby bear in this peak hour. " He told himself.

" You are talking about that girl in white bodycon right !? " His friend asked him with a playful snicker.

" Bro !! Can you help for one hour? Let me enjoy this treat which God showed me. " They both started to negotiate.

" I wanna escape but that guy Raven caught me and asked me about my health and he gave me some information about you. He even asked for your contact but Rachel suddenly changed the topic and I escaped. " Zanat telling her everything.

" I see. So that's what happened? I bet that poker face guy doesn't even know about Raven's existence! " Hazel said and shook her head to pity him.

" So you also think that it was suspicious right?! " Zanat asked her.

" So what suspicious things you both are discussing about? " A known voice came and sat near Hazel.

"What the fuck?! Why? I mean what are you doing here? " Hazel's eyes widened and she was surprised to see him in person.

" Hey zanat! It's been awhile. How are you doing? " He asked her while sitting comfortably beside Hazel.

Zanat was looking at his actions and eyeing Hazel . She was also caught up by the sudden entry.

" Well it's really been a while Kylian. Am alright and how is your life and other matters. " She asked him while giving a gaze to Hazel

" As this nut told. I am not in a good state these days I guess. But I am alright. " He said while eating from her plate.

"Nut? And what the hell are you doing? We are not that close to sharing my food. Get up and leave. " She shouted while grabbing his spoon from him.

" Hazel. That's so cruel of you. After making me like this and ignoring all my texts you are so stone hearted to treat me like this. " He told her with an innocent face.

All other customers were looking at him pitifully. Suddenly zanat laughed loudly.

"You didn't even change at all. Same as then and now. Wish you good luck Kylian. Next time, wait and catch good prey. " She chuckled.

" Prey..you say?! " He asked while looking at Hazel with a teasing look.

"What? Why are you looking at me? " She asked him.

"So you won't text me? I have to send you a message and wait for you all day to get your single word , scolding message? Is it? " He asked while placing his hand over his cheeks.

"Then don't send a message to me! " She said and started to eat .

"What a devil! This is why you are still single. " He told her.
