Chapter 2 cunning baits

Yes... This is how he is. He is a cunning, rude and judgemental person you have ever met. No I have ever met in my entire life. Still... He is a loyal guy you can't find anywhere in this world. He can throw everyone out of his world, just to make his girlfriend feel secure. But as for me, an unknown long distant friend of his girlfriend Rachel, all he do is pestering my past and rumors. " She is doing great of course. What about you? Doing good? " He asked her while asking her to sit beside him. She gave an annoying look and sat opposite to him.

" Oh man... it's raining, I can't hear you properly. Don't worry! I won't eat you alive. " While saying that he went and sat in her chair with two three metre distance.

" What do you wanna know? Just ask directly. It's annoying to hear you beating around the bushes. " She said while taking out her phone to see the time.

" By calling me brother, you are drawing the line? Hahahahaha..... But we are not siblings, I don't adopt random stray cats as they wish. " He told her with his sharpest tongue.

He stood up and looked at his phone. Multiple notifications from his workplace. He got annoyed. He got back to his home, washed his face and looked at the mirror.

" Why? I mean why exactly? I look good enough right? I have been popular since high school. But why suddenly everyone lost interest in me. Even a girl who seduced another lady's boyfriend gave me an obnoxious look." Kylian looked at face and the picture frame below the mirror. He took the frame in his hand and gave a frustrated look. He opened the drawer and placed the photo frame of him and his girlfriend Rachel inside the locker.

" Sigh... ... ... . " He went inside the bathroom to take a peaceful bath and dry his hair. He came out just flop on his bed with his towel on.

Meanwhile ~

" Dad mom... am back! " She told them while sitting on the couch all wet.

" Why are you all wet? He didn't even give you a ride back? " His dad asked her with concern.

" No... we didn't meet at all dad. I got up and ruined my clothes and he was so understanding and he himself asked to postpone the meeting date. " She told him with a painful smile.

" Are you alright? " He asked her while getting her a towel.

" Yes... I am. " She told while losing her hair band

" Why are you like this honey?! " Her mother came from the room and started to dry her hair.

"First let's have dinner okay? She needs to rest. " Her father told them. They all had their dinner and went to sleep early.

Hazel came back to her room. She sat on her bed and covered herself with a blanket.
