Chapter 5 End of Flashback

~~ ZAMIEL'S POV ~~

I have been studying the behavior of my so-called bride and something seemed off .

Right from the moment I kissed her on the altar and returned her veil I could feel something was off

Although I have only spent a little time with both the twins I can sure difference between them both

And the person sitting right next to me has been playing with the hemming of her veil which Carlene never does even If she's scared she would rather punch you in the face or curse the damn life out of you

" Driver ! " I screamed and he rushed into the car and drove off

I felt like a fool as the Ken sisters played me and Carmela is dearly going to pay for this betrayal.

When we arrived home I stormed off,not letting the driver park the car properly.

~~ CARMELA'S POV~~

Zamiel Dean left me alone in the car and I couldn't help but feel relief but that didn't last long as something told me I just walked into my own grave

" Ma I'll show you to your room " One of the maids came forward helping me hold my gown

We suddenly came to a stopped at a huge door and I could see pity written all over her face

"This is the masters room " She said

" Thanks " I said and she left

I didn't want to create any more troubles for myself and I didn't mind sleeping outside his room

What on earth did Carlene do to have her make a deal with this monster?

I couldn't stop imagining what Mum and Dad would do if they found out about this .

" Carlene no the water is too deep " I complained feeling the water getting into my nostrils

" Mum ! " I screamed sitting up to find my hair dripping water and my body soaked

I looked up to find zamiel Dean holding a jug and looking as handsome as ever

WHAT !!!

I'm right in the lion's den and I'm admiring that same lion that's going to tear me to pieces someone please slap me

" You seem to have enjoyed your first night here " he said with an expressionless face

I looked into his eyes and I could see disgust but it was suddenly replaced with anger .

If I was still sleepy then I would have said it was my imagination but it really wasn't

" And your night seemed to be comfortable " He said sizing me

I quickly stood up gathering my wedding gown

" G... Good morning " I greeted

" Keep your greetings to yourself and what's good about the morning? Seeing your horrible face just ruined my entire day " he pushed me into the room slamming the door right behind him

" Since you married me instead of your sister then I am sure you are well aware of our deal " he said more in a questioning manner and I just nodded

although I could feel his gaze on me I didn't dare look up

" Good and you must be aware I don't like repeating myself so listen carefully.

Although the world knows you as Mrs Dean you are a nothing but a slave to me as you don't even deserve to bear my surname " I gripped my gown tight as I felt my blood boil even though I can get angry I can't do anything

" Rule number one , you aren't allowed to leave this house without my permission and even if I permit you , you should be back here before twilight " He took a sit on the bed

" Rule number two , you aren't permitted to question or go against my orders as you are my slave .

rule number three since we are married we are supposed to share a room which we would do but don't even think of lying on my bed " He said and I really had to look up to check if he's joking or he was just high on drugs, where else do I sleep if not the bed the couch ?

" You would have to sleep on the couch or the ground whichever you want and also I like my things organized so don't go around touching them.

Failure to do as I have said would lead to severe punishment.

You have ten minutes to freshen up and come downstairs for breakfast " He said and left the room

Carlene I'm going to fucking kill you if you don't tell me the main reason you married this devil in excuse of a man.

The devil did I just say this evil man the devil ?

I must be mistakenly because even the devil is better than him

Although I do not know a lot about my grandfather, everyone addressed him as the devil and Mum would always say he cared for us so yes I'm proud to say the devil who is my grandfather is ten times better than this excuse of a man standing right in front of me.

I can only pray that the remaining three hundred and sixty-four days go by quickly.

I arrived at the dining table wearing a loose t-shirt and pants with my hair loose

" Have your meal you only have eight minutes " He said not even looking at me

I quickly rushed took my seat beside him where my food was served and dived into dinner

The sandwich tasted a little different from the one mum normally makes maybe because i'm hungry and have been starving

" Time is up go pack your bags we are going to Texas " He stood up signaled the maids to clear the dishes and left

I felt like crying cause I wasn't even halfway done with my meal, I tried speaking up or even screaming but it was stuck in my throat

I looked up to the maids and pity was visible on her face

Now I see why Carlene backed out.

My life is now a living hell.

We arrived at the airport and I couldn't believe I was going to be traveling on a plane for the very first time in my life

Dad and mum, especially mum never lets us travel on our own or even out of the states

she claims it's for our safety as if we are going to be eaten up by monsters if we leave her side even for a second

I could feel my heart race fast as the pilot announce that we were about to take off

Zamiel had booked the entire flight so we were all alone

What a show off

I held my pump close to my chest in case I get an attack because of my anxiety
