"Can't you just leave me alone today," grumbled Weeby, who was still half-conscious. It took her a little longer to regain her senses.
"Why do you keep sleeping? How can I not be annoyed, wake you up," Marcell was annoyed, he took his notebook, after which he slapped Weeby's cheek with the square object.
"It hurts, Marcell, yes I'm awake!" grumbled Weeby, annoyed, her eyes still glaring at Marcell sharply.
Not long after that, Weeby glanced in another direction, and her eyes caught her classmates, who were simultaneously advancing to the front of the teacher's desk.
"What are you doing?" Weeby asked Marcell.
Grumbling, Marcell looked at Weeby lazily and said, "That's why you don't want to sleep, want to collect the assignment. Feel you, you haven't filled it in at all," Marcell scolded, accompanied by a light chuckle.
"I cheated on yours, what do you think?" Weeby fidgeted, she twisted her lower lip vigorously. She was panicking now.
"How what?"
"I can be punished, where's yours, I want to copy it." Weeby thrust out her hand, intending to ask for Marcell's answer sheet.
"It's your own fault, it's hard to wake up. Remember By. Dare to act, and you dare to take responsibility. Bye, I want to collect my assignment first," Marcell said, then he shifted his chair back and started lifting his butt.
Weeby pursed her lips as she stomped her foot irritably on the floor. Damn Marcell, he didn't care at all. Weeby was really annoyed with his classmate, who had an annoying nature like Marcell. Weeby felt like swallowing that guy alive.
Never mind, there was no hope for Weeby to copy the assignment. Weeby thought of copying Netta's assignment. However, she quickly dismissed it from her mind. Netta was sometimes very careless when filling in answers to questions, and Weeby didn't want to participate in getting a blank grade.
Ah Kenya! Weeby's smile immediately brightened at the thought. Kenya was still reliable. Weeby swept her gaze towards Kenya's seat. Instead, she saw her best friend walking from the direction of the teacher's bench, and that meant Kenya had already collected the assignment.
Weeby exhaled furiously, maybe she was the only one who hadn't submitted the assignment.
"Here, hurry up and copy, five minutes, all assignments must be submitted immediately!"
"Eh?" Weeby immediately looked up and found Marcell, who handed him the assignment paper. Weeby was still confused about what to make of it all.
"Weeby, why are you staring? Hurry up and write," Marcell scolded.
Without waiting any longer, Weeby hurriedly tore open the center of her book and started copying Marcell's assignment. For some reason, Weeby still couldn't believe the sudden change in Marcell's attitude towards her.
"Shit! Where's my pen?" Weeby's eyeballs explored every corner of her desk, but to no avail. Weeby did not find it, she repeatedly reached under the table, but the result was the same. The pen was lost somewhere.
"Let's just use my pen first." Marcell thrust his pen in front of Weeby.
Without thinking, Weeby immediately grabbed it because she didn't have more time. It was still lucky that Marcell was willing to lend his assignment and pen.
Exhaling deeply, Weeby stomped Marcell's pen on the table, finally finishing her assignment on time.
Marcell immediately took his paper, not only that, he also took Weeby's assignment paper. A second later, he walked quickly to the teacher's bench.
"What's wrong with you, why are you suddenly so nice to me?" asked Weeby while grinning innocently after Marcell sat next to her again.
Marcell turned his head, "I've been good since I was a baby, you're the one who just realized," he boasted.
"Should I believe that?" Weeby folded her arms in front of her chest.
"Yeah, I'm really good, here's my pen!" Marcell thrust out his palm, demanding the pen that Weeby had borrowed earlier.
"Here, thanks. Where's my pen, anyway? I just bought it yesterday. Here's what makes me upset, my pen is always missing. I pray that the one who stole my pen will have his hand cut off like a maggot," Weeby grumbled. Her mouth pursed forward.
"So you don't lose it, try following my method By." Weeby spontaneously turned to Marcell, who was showing her the pen.
Weeby's eyes narrowed, trying to read a line of writing on Marcell's pen.
"God is all-seeing" was the writing that was displayed on the small paper in Marcell's pen. Weeby immediately laughed at Marcell's silly behavior.
"Won't you be burgled if you write it like that?" Weeby said it lightly, but she couldn't hide the curl of her lips.
"Yes, those who want to commit theft will definitely not when they read this, you have to use your brain, you can only get angry," Marcell scolded sarcastically. Without realizing it, Weeby took offense to Marcell's words just now. Very piercing!
"Yeah, I'll follow your dime advice, so help me find my pen."
"No, just look for your own pen, you have to look for it yourself."
Weeby rolled her eyes at Marcell's answer. "You're always so annoying, how hard can it be to help me?"
"No, who are you to tell me what to do?"
"But I'm not telling you, I'm asking for your help." Weeby said firmly.
"Are you sure you're asking me for a favor, if you find your pen, what will you give me as a present?" Marcell raised one eyebrow while showing his neatly arranged row of white teeth.
"There's no way I'm giving you a present, it's only a pen that's missing. If I lose my motorcycle, then I'll give you a present," Weeby grumbled, shaking her head several times, confused by the behavior of the guy next to her.
"By!"
There was no answer from Weeby.
"Weeby!"
Marcell repeated his call again. However, Weeby was still busy looking for the lost pen that she said she had just bought yesterday.
"WEEBY, ARE YOU LISTENING TO ME TALK?!"
Deftly, Weeby immediately plugged her ears with her fingers, Marcell's scream really exceeded the lightning that struck the sky. It was truly devastating!
"What the hell? Instead of helping, you're shouting incoherently, it's really not important, you know?" scolded Weeby while throwing her sharp eyes.
"You didn't even look at me, how can I be patient!" Marcell slammed Weeby's head hard, and a second later, Weeby cried out in pain.
"What's wrong?" asked Weeby lazily, she was still busy stroking her head from Marcell's hard blow.
"What's in your pocket?"
Weeby immediately checked the small pocket in her uniform, and as soon as her eyes looked there, she immediately glared. Not long after, Weeby looked back at Marcell with a confused expression.
"Why is my pen here anyway?"
The next day.
Weeby immediately reached into her bag in such a way, her eyes widened completely. She was so shocked because she didn't find the medicine. What should she do now? It was certain that her father would be furious.
All her belongings had been taken out of her bag, but the medicine was still nowhere to be found.
Weeby bit her lower lip, instantly feeling very scared, afraid that Andika would be very angry with her.
"What if dad gets angry?" Weeby's hands were shaking, her mind kept on the medicine, and she couldn't miss taking the medicine. This was for her father's sake.
Weeby tried to recall the last time she held and took the medicine. After a few minutes of thinking, Weeby was immediately dumbfounded. Weeby remembered something, she put the medicine on the nightstand beside her bed.
Damn, why was she being careless like this? How would her father react if he saw the medicine in her room?
Exhaling slowly, Weeby spontaneously closed her eyes tightly. The supply of air entering her lungs was minimal.
"By, what are you thinking about?"
"Ha?" Netta broke Weeby's reverie, with a lightning movement, Weeby immediately looked at Netta while bulging her eyes, she was really surprised to get a question from her friend.
"It's fine." Weeby smiled sweetly. Then after that, her mind raced again.
Now Weeby could only pray that her father would not enter her room and find the medicine. If that happened, Weeby wouldn't know what else to do. Andika's anger could not be fought.
"What about By? Are you coming?" Kenya asked.
Weeby looked back, she was confused. Weeby had not been listening to Netta and Kenya's conversation. Instead, Weeby was busy struggling with her own thoughts.
"Where are you going?" Weeby turned the question around, and Kenya immediately rolled her eyes.
"To my house, I'm home alone today. You agree, right?"
"I can't, I have an urgent matter. Bye! See you tomorrow," Weeby said goodbye, she waved her hand, and then, as fast as lightning, Weeby had darted away.
Simultaneously, Netta and Kenya wore confused expressions. A frown was etched on their foreheads. Weeby's behavior just now made them wonder. Strange, one word that represented both of their thoughts.
