Chapter 5 Fitness assessment

The news of the Alpha King's daughter going to Luca for training quickly spread outside. Luca was sure David was the one to spread the word. So Luca runs off to find him.

Selena and Luca studied the lesson plan. The first is a fitness assessment. Luca gave it to Selena, but she didn't know her physical level either. She needs to try it out.

Everyone was even more excited by Serena's presence. They had to know that in Luca's 1st Team training area, no Omega had set foot yet.

After a day of practice, the three of them turned pale. Luca looked at the three, and he made an initial assessment.

"I'm reluctant to assess your fitness well. Three people can temporarily stay. But tomorrow has to show me more progress than today."

"Yes! Captain."

Luca turned to look at Selena. She wasn't much better. Luca wanted her to put all her energy into the overall assessment. She gave Luca a better result than expected. Serena is an Omega. Her fitness is already higher than that of regular Omegas.

"Your fitness is up to standard."

Serena heard Luca compliment, and she was tired but still smiled brightly. Luca takes her home. Luca watched as Serena's legs trembled from overtraining. He felt a little guilty.

Luca sat down in front of Serena. She didn't understand what Luca meant. She just stood there looking at Luca.

"I carried you home."

Her legs were shaking like that, and she didn't know how long it would take to get home. Luca didn't have time to walk every step with her either. She looked embarrassed, but she stepped forward for him to pick her up.

"Tomorrow, you don't need to practice. You should rest for 48 hours."

"Yes, I will follow your instructions."

"You're so obedient."

Luca heard her slight laughter behind him. She didn't even have the strength to train for tomorrow.

He laughs.

"Since you are very docile, I will reward you with a nutritious meal."
