Chapter 5 Struggle

Demi's POV:

Ares opened the car door and got out. I followed him obediently without saying anything.

A doctor in a white gown greeted us in the hospital lobby. Then he and Ares started talking in a low voice.

I followed them inside, feeling a little scared. I had no idea why we were here, so I was confused and worried.

We entered an examination room. Then the doctor turned to me and smiled.

Miss, please take off your clothes and lie down. We need to do some examinations.

He pointed to a small bed beside him and motioned for me to lie down.

I lay on the bed. The doctor gave me a reassuring smile and parted my legs.

The doctor scanned my abdomen, then looked at the screen. After he finished the examination, the nurse helped me clean my body. They also drew some blood from me before putting my clothes back.

The doctor turned to Ares and said, "Sir, the examination shows that this lady is in good health. But I still need to wait for the blood test result to confirm. If everything goes well, we can expect her to get pregnant soon."

I just stood there, listening to their conversation. And when I realized what was going on, my knees went limp and numb.

Did Ares want me to be pregnant?

The doctor turned to me and smiled warmly.

We went back to the car and drove to a heavily guarded mansion. Ares took me upstairs and led the way into one of the rooms.

I just let him drag me, but my mind was in the flower shop. At this moment, I should be taking orders and arranging flowers there. I was not supposed to be in such a damned place.

The door slammed shut behind us, making me go back to my senses. Ares let go of my hand and fixed his eyes on me.

Then he approached me step by step. I was so scared that I crossed my arms over my chest and staggered back, not knowing what to do.

He grabbed me and threw me on the bed. I felt dizzy, and I couldn't help screaming, "Ahhh!"

Ares lowered his body and pressed on me tightly, burying his nose in my hair and sniffing my smell hard.

He stuck one of his legs between mine and pressed his knee against my private part.

I was too shocked to move. I felt like my whole body froze. Was he going to rape me? He only made sure from the doctor that I was healthy and easy to get pregnant. Then he already couldn't wait to rape me?
