Third Person's P.O.V.
~ (School's playground) ~
"It was torture to come to school while you weren't here. I missed you so much. All these days had been depressing as hell without you."- Mia has been nagging and pouting like a bimbo ever since she successfully crashed her tatas on Aiden's rock-hard abs.
Poor Aiden is consoling his 'self-promoted' girlfriend by patting her gently on the back and listening to whatever the bullshit she has to speak.
While his fan girls are basking on this hot scene, Aiden finds an ultra-steamy scenario where his cousin is playing the lead role.
Aiden's perfectly shaped brows have now frowned at the sight of Liam whose lips are glued to a doll-face as if his life depends on that kiss.
'Gross! Why does he have to be this gooey in broad daylight! This is just revolting!' Aiden speaks inwardly.
The last few weeks had been exhausting for Aiden. First, those tiresome practice sessions and then a week-long tournament. On top of that, he was assigned to babysit this ballsy cousin of his.
The brat is a new student in junior class and was not supposed to be a part of our official team. But his continuous nagging and pleading were about to rupture Aiden's eardrums for good. So, before his ears became an innocent victim of Liam's inhuman vocal torture, his mouth interfered.
All he had to do was told the coach how amazing his baby brother was and how great it would be to have Liam on their team. And voila! That troublesome creature is now on their official team!
Actually, this was way too easy than the way he had made Liam's entry in 'Hellions'.
~ (In Principal's office) ~
Aiden's P.O.V.
"So, here comes the player of the tournament."
As soon as I enter the principal's room, my coach's words are the first thing that comes into my ears. My eyes meet the bright ones.
My coach, Mr. Martin, always caresses me as his own son. To be honest, the only person getting deceived by my fake personality is him. Cause he truly loves me.
However, at the present, thinking about deceiving and betraying is just as useless as overthinking for me. I'm long gone to a never returning path.
The Principal's elegant laugh brings me to reality. My coach, Mr. Martin, is telling him how the opponents targeted me and tried every possible nasty thing to provoke me and trap me.
Suddenly, Mr. Martin changes his tone, while frowning at the door.
Following him, I look in the direction of the door and control my laughter by pursing my lips together.
Liam and his friends aka bootlickers, have come to the Princi's office.
I always find it funny how Liam can make pissed off Mr. Martin just by his mere presence. The way his mood changes with Liam's presence is hilarious!
"How is our young prince doing?"- smiling at Liam, the Princi asks Mr. Martin.
"I'm afraid unlike his elder brother, he is a beast both on and off the field."- Mr. Martin's mocking tone earns him a glare from Liam.
"No, no, Mr. Martin." Ethan speaks. "Our high school Liam is harmless to everyone."
Well, I'm not dumb enough to buy this bullshit. Especially that cheeky smile Ethan's showing now is getting me kinda tensed up.
Hope they are not cooking up something first day at school. I narrow my eyes at Liam.
Seeing the inspective look on my face, Liam makes the most innocent face possible and shrugs as if he has no idea what I'm thinking about.
I need someone to keep an eye on this brat and his lap dogs before he finds himself out of the frying pan into the fire.
I've no interest to make another high-voltage drama to save my lil bro's scrawny ass, like the last time.
"So, just like other times, you are going to give a winning speech at the break", the Principal says those words as he looks up to see my expression.
Guess what. I'm not a fan of giving a speech. So, pursing my lips, I batter my eyelashes at him. Watching my action, he breaks out in loud laughter.
Getting out of the Principal's room, I yank Ethan by his collar.
"What's with that mocking expression you gave in Princi's room?"- I'm deadpan with my words.
Liam and Colton also stopped on their way after hearing my voice.
"No, bro. Ughh.... I was thinking about nothing in particular. And Liam i-is just doing f-fine."- Ethan's lame stammering is making my head hurt.
I let go of that vile thing and walked toward Liam.
"I'm busy enough with the work already in my hand. Don't ever dare to unleash your vicious mind here. This time I won't break a sweat to save your rotten ass, you assHAT."- my voice comes as low as possible.
Without giving them another look I just walk toward the auditorium.
~In the Auditorium~
(Third Person's P.O.V.)
A proud Principal is giving his speech in front of thousands of students. Everyone is enchantingly hearing the epic records of their school soccer team and of course about the heart of the team, Aiden.
As the Principal has finished his speech, the team captain is now requested to give his speech.
Mentioning the name of Aiden, the whole auditorium gets filled with loud applause and cheers. And hearing the scream, Aiden stops on the way to squeezing Lylah's thick butt cheeks.
Though all this screaming is for appreciating Aiden, the top dog himself sees this as nothing but a hindrance to his backstage making-out session!
After getting irritated with Liam, he needed to relieve some stress. He also has to visit the base to meet Jose and attend a meeting with Faro, the leader of Hellion, after school. Thus, he needs to relax a bit before facing that nerve-wracking atmosphere.
Since a small relaxation session had become mandatory before facing the upcoming stress, he just threw an opportunity to one of his fan girls to seduce him. But their passionate smooching session is now interrupted as Aiden is requested to deliver his speech.
Carrying the trophy, he leaves backstage, but not before giving a light peck on Lylah's hand. This sweet sensation on her hand leaves Lylah all tingled up.
The screaming seems to get louder as Aiden gets on the podium. Placing the trophy on the dais, he takes the microphone. He never gives formal speeches, cause he thinks this tacky thing is boring as hell.
Though he knows students prefer a long speech just to see him for a longer time. But as usual, he sticks to his rule.
"We wild souls are always hungry to win. We are wolves. We win and,"- he holds the microphone toward the direction of the students to get their response. And as expected, all the students howl imitating real wolves. Wall cracking howl!
Being satisfied with the response from the students, he is about to leave the podium, but something catches his eye.
Among those howling wolves, there is a hermit-looking whoodle staring at him with her black puppy eyes.
Their eyes meet and the poor thing immediately moves her gaze from him. Aiden doesn't remember any of the girls has ever shifted their gaze from him.
He really wants to look at her expression. But that damn mask on her face!
All he can see are the raven hair and those black orbs.
Though half of her face is covered, he easily can tell that no sound is escaping from her mouth. Not even a 'woof', let alone a howl.
However, his thought gets interrupted as his phone vibrates. It's a text, from Jose, about the meeting he's gonna attend.
~In the Parking Lot~
(Aiden's P.O.V.)
I drag another puff of smoke as I check the time on my wrist watch.
The last period was my physics class. The physics teacher Mr. Mark is the grumpy one among all the teachers. But being a topper, I'm on his good book list. So, I just skipped the class to do my own business.
Being outdoors for the last two weeks has increased my work pressure. I checked all the data Jose sent me. The area, I'm in charge of, is getting bigger.
Aghhhh!!!! Being Faro's favorite one is just pathetic as hell. That monster is working me to death.
The time, I finished checking all the files, was already too late. So I decided not to go home and visit the base early.
As I reached my car, the tranquility of the parking lot made me urge for having a smoke.
So, here I'm, enjoying my Sobranie Black Russians. But just like the auditorium incident, my train of thoughts gets halted by someone's tiny presence.
But this time the interruption seems kinda interesting as I see those same pair of eyes. And this time she is not wearing that stupid mask.
Pretty or not, her face is screaming 'innocence'! But in a blink of an eye, fear takes over that place.
NO F*CKING WAAYYY!
Is she being afraid of me?
Well, maybe am the scariest person she would ever meet in her life. But she shouldn't get scared about that. Cause, first of all, she is never gonna know how scary I can be, and secondly, I won't have to scare her out of all people.
After hesitating for some time, she is finally making moves. As she is getting closer, I can feel how terrified she is. She looks too tiny even for a high school student.
And believe me, looking at her pathetic moves is just pissing me off.
'Am I not the polite one?'- my brain is all worked up on this harmless question.
But when she is about to cross me, the red mark on her cheek catches my eye.
What the! Did she get hurt or did someone intentionally do this! High schools are sure a storehouse of secret bullies.
However, this is my chance to lengthen the list of my admirers and help out this baby whoodle.
"What happened to your cheek?"
Oh, no. I wasn't ready for this expression.
