CHAPTER 8.

I'M ON MY WAY.

Bryan did not know what to do anymore, he call her countless time but she refused to pick. "He can not possibly tell his parent he had something to do at home again". Can he?

"Michelle could not believe he could travel without him telling her, and he call himself her best friend ". What a big joke, she sigh frustrated.

Clara watch as she pace up and down, Michelle! What is the problem?. Mom could you believe Bryan traveled without informing me about it?"who told you he traveled? He told me himself mom".

"Michelle! Sit down, do you like Bryan? ". Ofcourse I do mom, he is my best friend, why won't I like him? Michelle! You know what I'm talking about, I want you to be sincere. " I mean as a guy not as a friend ,leave me alone Mom".

He is just my friend mom, she walked out on Clara. Clara is just 36 years old but she know when two people are in love, she won't force her daughter to tell her what the problem is. She will wait for her to voice out herself.

"The only mistake she made was not having Bryan's number, She could have called him to know what really happened ". Michelle!!! She called repeatedly, she decided to let her be.

"What happened son? Dad it about Michelle ". What about her? She keeps getting angry over any small thing, now she is not picking my calls.

"Why do you think she is not picking your calls? I don't know dad". Simply because she loves you, she is just trying to hide her feelings for you. Give her time, stay away from her for a while and see what happens.

"You think so? No I know so". Give her some time, she will surely come around. Okay dad.

"Follow me, let play some mature game". Dad! It not what you think, I'm not taking you out to see any lady. When I say mature, I mean what adult like us do. He wink at him.

Presh stare at Bryan and his father as they talked and laughed, she had just lost something great. She exchange something little to the greatest gift, what was she looking for when she left Joshua with the child?.

She regret all her actions, it becomes a thing of sadness to her. The more she see them, the more she remember the day she left the child when he was just three days old.

Bryan saw her staring at them, dad! Let move closer to your wife. She had been staring at you since, you mean your mom? Stop dad. "She is also your wife, stop trying to wave it away".

"He looked in her direction, he smiled and wave at her ". Bryan !! You know i have never lied to you before? I don't know if you have dad. He smiled as he stare at his mirror(Bryan) I no longer have interest in your mom. Thanks

I understand dad, I don't expect you to take her back. She will never have our time, exactly what I thought son. They both laughed and walked back to where she is.

Guy's! Why do I feel like this trip is for only you and your son? Why did you say that? Well we are sorry if we made you feel left out. Joshua said.

I'm sorry Mom, he hugged his mother. The day went smoothly except he was unable to talk to Michelle throughout the day.

Michelle visit her boyfriend the following week, she try to forget about Bryan. "She should not be worried about him, he is just her friend ". Nothing more.

She was having a nice time with him when he made to kiss her, she gently push him away. "What is it Michelle? Nothing ". I just don't feel like it. You don't feel like kissing me? Let do that some other time.

Michelle! This not my first time of kissing you, why will today be different? Stop asking me questions , she made to stand up but he held her hands. "He kissed her forcefully, she pushed him away and slapped him".

"Did you just slap me? I will do that again and again if you dare stop me again". She angrily walked out of his place.

John was surprised, he thought she liked him ,why will she suddenly change towards her.

Bryan got back the following week, he was extremely happy to be home. He went to Michelle's place immediately, he only met her mother at home. "Clara narrated what happened when Bryan traveled, Bryan understand better ".

"Where is she? She went to visit her friend ". I know her friend's place, let me trace her there. He left in a hurry.
