Chapter 3 Kidnapped

After 10 minutes of waiting two girls walked in and as soon as they saw Isabel one of them just walked straight inside the room towards her bed sat down and took out a headset from her bag and put it on.

" Hello am Eva, don't mind Carla she always behaves not to care but she's a very wonderful and caring person, what's your name?" the other girl who was standing at the door said smiling at Isabel.

" Am Isabel, am new here and also new to this school I guess you both are my roommates!" Isabel replied

" Yes, and welcome to the National Autonomous University of Mexico I hope you enjoy your stay here!" Eva said.

After getting to know more about her new roommates and the school, they set out for lectures. Isabel was looked down on by some of the students because she looked middle class but she didn't mind since her new roommate and new friend Eva was nice to her and also Carla was also coming around asking her some questions then and now.

All lectures ended at 6:00 and they all left to go back to their room the road to the school hostel was a bit far so Eva insisted they go in Carla's car but Isabel insisted on going by herself she said she wanted to look at more places around the school.

Isabel's POV

I wanted to see around the school and know more places in the school I also wanted to first visit the school garden I saw in the morning.

I loved the garden because it had so many flowers. When I got there I started walking around it then I brought out my phone to call my parents, we were on the line then I started hearing footsteps from the bushes around the garden I began panicking and started running and rushing out of the garden, but before I could move out two blacked cloaked men came out of the bushes and stood in front of me.

I began sweating profoundly and became scared.

" Honey, what's going on there why are we hearing different sounds from the phone and why is it like you panicking?"

" Mom I don't know what's going on, there are two black-dressed men and they both surrounded me!" Isabel replied with a panicked voice.

" Isa, get out of there immediately try as hard as you can!" Isabel's dad shouted through the phone.

Immediately Isabel came out of her shocked state turned around and started running but was blocked by two other men who caught her immediately and started dragging her towards a black packed van.

" Let me go, let me go who are you? Where you taking me to?, Somebody helps me!" She started shouting but they immediately gagged her mouth and cover her eyes, one of them took her phone from her and threw it on the floor.

They dragged her into the van and stormed off immediately.

" Isa, are you there? Hello! Let my daughter go, what do you want from her?" Isabel's mom kept shouting at the other end of the phone she also began crying but was stopped by her husband.

" Don't cry again, I have to go see my father immediately he must know what is going on".

Alejandro's Empire

The forests of Mexico cover a surface area of about 64 million hectares or 34.5% of the country. These forests are categorized by the type of tree and biome: tropical forests, temperate forests, cloud forests, riparian forests, deciduous, evergreen, dry, and moist.

Alejandro's mansion is located deep within the Lacandon forest, so Manuel took the fastest route which was also the safest route. He was driving at an incredibly fast speed as he moves close to a tree, the trees were moving aside creating parts for him to pass safely, it was as if the trees were alive.

The Lacandon Jungle is an area of rainforest which stretches from Chiapas into Guatemala and the southern part of the Yucatán Peninsula. The heart of this rainforest is located in the Montes Azules Biosphere Reserve in Chiapas near the border with Guatemala in the Montañas del Oriente region of the state. Although most of the jungle outside the reserve has been partially or destroyed and damage continues inside the reserve, the Lacandon is still the largest montane rainforest in North America and one of the last ones left large enough to support jaguars. It contains 1,500 tree species, 33% of all Mexican bird species, 25% of all Mexican animal species, 44% of all Mexican diurnal butterflies, and 10% of all Mexico's fish species.

It is practically a dreadful forest filled with wild beasts, but they all seem to pay the car passing through any attention, it was as if they knew what was in it.

After a long 20 minutes drive which Manuel felt like forever, he stopped because every passing minute was like his daughter was moving further apart from him.

In front of the place, he stopped an elegant giant mansion stood with high walls surrounding it and all the other houses within it.

" I hope father knows something about Isa's abduction!"
