Chapter 5 Episode 5

The morning sun shone brightly as the birds chirps while flapping their wings.

Derek and his daughter seated in the car, as Derek ignited the car and drove off.

"My little princess, daddy have an important meeting today so i might not be the one to come fetch you after school," Derek said to Kira his eyes fixed on the road.

Kira pursed her lips and frowned

"But Daddy who's gonna bring me back home? Hope it's not lady violent?

At this moment, Derek couldn't help but wonder why his daughter doesn't like violent one bit.

Derek said frantically. "The driver will and if you need anything, you can ask your nanny...

"Hmm," kira hummed and leaned back on the seat and closed her eyes, though she wasn't sleeping.

After a twenty minutes drive, Derek stopped his car outside the school parking lot.

"Thank you daddy," Kira kissed Derek slightly on the cheek and opened the door alighting from the car.

"Have a nice a day princess .

"Bye daddy and have a days too," kira beamed waving at Derek as he drove off and until he's drove out of the school parking lot.

Kira headed straight in to the school premises. Her school is one of the famous and expensive school in City N, technically its a school for the rich.

She got to her class and took her usual seat ignoring the stare she got from other student.

Couple of minutes later, Kira noticed the class room was getting noisy forcing her to raise her head up.

To her surprise, she saw Jax, one of the kids bullying Finn.

Finn is a stammerer and his seat is close to Kira.

Kira couldn't help but made a little calculation in her tiny brain. " If i help Finn today he will return the favour by teaching me some prank tricks and then i will use them on lady violent," Kira smirk nefariously.

"The stammerer is here," Jax's voice snapped Kira out of her world of fantasy.

She shook her head and stood up sauntering towards them. "So what if he's a stammerer? At least he hasn't repeated any class but you, you have repeated one class twice," Kira said to him with a nonchalant attitude.

Jax's brows furrowed instantly as he squinted his eyes and gritted his teeth as kira said that. "What are you? His superwoman or what?" Jax said glaring daggers at Kira.

Kira hissed loudly. "Jax you're dumb,"She smirked victoriously and the students bursted in to a hilarious laughter.

What Kira said rendered Jax speechless, he stared at her with his reddened face. Not knowing what to say, he scoffed and left the class.

"Thank... you .... Kira but... is.. it... my... fault.. I'm.. a.. stammerer," Finn said to kira with a hint of sadness as they went to their seat.

Kira stared at his face for couple of minutes. "No is not your fault but you know what? You should feel good about yourself. You're not undeserving of anything but you are more than worthy of it all," Kira muttered to finn trying to cheer him up.

Finn nodded as if he understood every word kira said, even kira doesn't understand what she just said but she always heard her grandmother said that to her daddy sometimes.

Finn whispered to Kira " does that means people will agree to be friends with me if i feel good about myself?

"Hmmm," kira nodded and pinch his cheek. "Yes silly you and you already got one friend here. Here i don't mind sharing my snacks with you," she added and brought out her snacks.

Finn beamed with excitement. This was the first time someone has offered to be his friend. " Are you gonna share your snacks with me everyday?" He asked. His voice filled with hopes.

"Yes but you have to return the favour by teaching me how to prank people agree?

"Sure, agreed," finn nodded excitedly.

Derek was sitting silently in his office, his attention focused on the file in his right hand.

Meanwhile, Violet was in Derek's office.

"I'm sorry ma'am but you can't go in......

"Derek is my finace will stop me from seeing him? Now outta the way," Violet glared at the chubby man who looked like he was going to burst in to tears any moment now.

"Didn't you hear? Out of my way," she scolded and the man instantly backed away swallowing his saliva.

Violet walked elegantly in to Derek's office, her heels clicking on the tile floor.

"Violet don't disturb me I'm busy right now," Derek snapped seeing Violet.

"Don't speak to me with that tone next time Derek. I am your fiancee anyways i brought you food," she said extending the box to him.

Derek's eyes switched between Violet's face and the box and he frowned.

"Don't frown at me Derek

Derek sigh and shook his head and Violet rolled her eyeballs mentally.

Violet smiled iniquitously and said inwardly. " All i have to do is get Mrs Watson on my side and Derek will be all mine forever.

She chuckled and carefully put the box on the table in front of the sofa set.

Couple minutes later, Derek's phone rang and he picked the call connecting the call.

"What? Derek shuttered.

And just like that, the call was disconnected. He said to violent "Go home. I'm going to the hospital Shawn is there," And with that, he closed the file and ran out of his office.

The bell for closing rang and the students started packing there bags including Kira and finn.

After they were done, the class was already empty and the both of them were alone in the class.

"Hey finn, don't forget about the prank stuff," Kira said and Finn smiled before nodding his head. "Don't forget that you will share your snacks with me too," finn said as they walked out of the class.

"Sure," Kira said and went towards her driver and finn walked up to his driver too.

"Where is Shawn," Derek said to the nurse who was at the receptionist desk.

"And you are?

"Just tell me where he is,", Derek said almost yelling at her.

"Thi is an hospital sir, I'll kindly tell you not to cause a scene and also i can't give out a patient information to a stranger," the nurse said.

"Stranger?" Derek scoffed mentally. It's very obvious the lady doesn't know who he is if not she'll probably be bowing to his feet by now.

"Fine then! I'm Derek Watson and he is my assistant," Derek said frantically showing his card to the nurse.

"I'm so sorry sir! I had no idea that you're Derek Watson.. pls come with me , i will personally take you to his ward," The nurse said, her voice trembling in fear.

Well only few know Derek Watson in person.

"There will be no need for that. Just tell me what his ward number is," Derek said

"It's room 201. It's down the hall," the nurse said staring at Derek dreamily.

Derek didn't bother to thank her or to notice the sexy glance she was giving him. That's how powerful his name can be.

DEREK WATSON

A name which makes ladies want to get in to bed with him, a name full of power and riches! DEREK WATSON.

He got to the ward only for him to see Shawn laying with oxygen mask attached to him.

"Shawn?" He called as he moved toward him but Shawn didn't answer. He wasn't moving either.

"Shawn did you almost get yourself killed because i said you're fired huh? Derek knelt in front of him but still he wasn't moving.
