Chapter 2 PERSONAL NURSE

STACEY P.O.V

I sigh as the ray of the sun pierced my eyes through my window.

I use my pillow to cover my face to prevent the ray of the sun from penetrating my eyes but the the noise from outside could not make me fall asleep again.

My eyes opened. I Sighed looking up and there my reflection was ' geez so mess up ' I hissed while getting up and quickly arranged my bed immediately.

As walked out of the kitchen wiping my hand with a towel, I bumped into a something hard. I raised my head to see my best friend, gwen with her phone on her hand with her mouth widely open.

It seems she was concentrating on her phone than where she is going.

"Gwen!!!, " I called out " watch where you are going next time " I rolled my eyes at her.

" I'm sorry bestie " she apologised and shoved her phone to her pocket " I was just so rivet in this morning news " she added.

" uh, what news? " I puzzled.

" you haven't hear " she widened her eyes surprisely.

I shrugged my shoulders " heard what?? " I mouthed

She stared at me for sometimes unbelievable before she pulled out her phone which she has shoved in before.

" here!! " she showed me the headline of today news.

" I can't really believe that he got into an accident. Just few day he was rumoured to be a gay. What a bad news for his family " Gwen said sadly.

" he's trying to run away from his problems.he should have jumped into a river rather than getting a poor truck driver involved " I deadpanned, rolling my eyes.

I feel sad for those girls that crush on him. They heart has been broken and shattered by the news of him being a gay.

" but why don't you believe? " Gwen asked.

" I don't know either. He don't actually look like a gay to me. " I answered her

" you know I once have a crush on him " she said sadly and continued " but not any more " She pouted.

" but who is He's lover " she stared at me trying to get answers from me.

" why don't you should Google....... "

( PHONE RING )

Before I could complete my statement I was interrupted by my phone.

" Stacey speaking " I said to the caller

" Stacey Jones, there is an emergency in the hospital and your attention is needed " the voice said.

" okay, I will be there " I replied.

" what's up bae " Gwen asked look confused.

" there is an emergency at the hospital and I need to be there " I replied her

" but I thought today was your day off " she said looking more confused than before.

" I thought so too " I said and walked into my room to get myself ready.

ST MARK HOSPITAL

KELLY P.O.V

I haven't been my self since I heard the news of Alex being involved in an accident. I wish I was a minutes early to stop him from entering his car but I was too last.

He most be lonely there. Alex has been my best friend since we were kids and he has always protected me but now that he's my turned I could not.

" excuse us miss, which ward is Alexander Davis In? " Miles asked the Nurse at the reception.

When the nurse see us she keep staring at us and throwing flirty glare at us. Miles got angry at the way she stared at us.

" Miss are you there!! " Miles hit his hand on the table.

" sorry sirs " She apologised

She opened the file in her front.

" he's in ward 4, room 5 " she said

" Okay, thanks you " I said and we dash out in a speed of light.

( WARD 4, ROOM 5 )

When we got to Alex room, he was lying helplessly on the bed with different machines attached to his body.

Tears run down from my cheek seeing him in that condition.

" Alex!!! " I called out as I reach out for his hands " please don't die "

" Kelly, Alex is not going to die " Miles consoled.

" You know, I should not have say those words to him " Miles said trying to fight the tears streaming down. " if I didn't say to words to him. He wouldn't be here lying helplessly "

" Miles, don't fight yourself for what happens. Everything is going to be Okay " I consoled him.

Minutes later the door swing opened and a doctor walked in followed by two nurses, one was carrying a tray.

" ohh, Mr. Kelly, Mr. Miles, I was not aware you guy are here " he called acknowledging our presence.

He did a little check up on Alex.

" doctor, is he going to be alright? " I asked.

" sure, he's going to be fine. But for now he need intensive care so I will assigned a personal nurse to him " he said.

" Okay, do your work doctor "

" I will take my leave now. I come back later to check on him " he said and exit the room with the two nurses.

STACEY P.O.V

( ST MARK HOSPITAL )

" Stacey, you are here. Dr. Ben have been looking everywhere for you " the receptionist said as soon as I step into the hospital.

" uh, it my day off, I just got a call that there is an emergency " I answered and went on " oh, where is Dr. Ben? " I asked.

" he's in his office " she answered

" okay, thanks " I said and run along.
