( DR. BEN OFFICE )

I walked into Dr. Ben office and saw his pen dancing furiously on a sheet of paper.

* cough * " Good morning doc " I greeted after a while

" oh, nurse stacey you are here " he said " have your seat " He pointing at the chair opposite him.

" doc, you sends for me "

" Nurse Stacey, I most admitted of your diligence towards your work. The few years you have being with us you have prove to be one of our best nurse " he confessed.

" thanks doc " I blushed making my cheeks turned red.

" we want to give you a task to be the personal nurse to someone " He said to me making my face full with smiles and excitement.

" to who sir, to who sir " babbled with joy.

" to Alexander Davis " he burst the bomb shell.

PERSONAL NURSE TO ALEXANDER DAVIS!!!!!!!!

My one's happy and excited face turned to sadness and discomfort.

" what!!!!!!!!! " I screamed.

" yes, and there will be a increase in your salary " he smiled at me.

" I'm sorry sir, I can't do this "

" I'm sorry to say this; but there is no other way " he shakes his head and walked

ALEX P.O.V

I heard machine beeping. I try to open my eyes but my vision was blurred.

I opened my eyes to see myself in a different place. Sustaining machines were attached to my body.

And that was when it finally hit me; I was involved in an accident.

I see Kelly holding my hand as he sleep at my bed side. It seems he has been crying. I try to called him but I too weak.

When I try to stand up I fall back to my bed.

" Ahhhhhhhhh " I grunted in pain.

" Alex " a voice called out.

I turned to see my best friend, Kelly.

" you are awake, I thought I lost you " he weeps and hugs me tightly.

I was too weak to say a word but instead tears streamed down my cheeks. I hate seeing my best friend in tears. I wish I could wipe those tears.

" you should have hit a tree instead of making a poor truck driver hit you " A voice say from the other side of the room.

I turned to where the place the voice came from and see Miles sitting at the end of the room.

" c'mon, Miles it was a mistake " Kelly defended me.

" Miles, is right about everything he said. I only care about myself, I don't consider about other people feeling " I said sadly " I'm sorry guys for everything " I apologised.

" wait, did Alexander Davis just say ' sorry ' " Miles laughed.

" can you say sorry again so I can record it? " he asked and pulled out his phone.

" take that shit out of my face " I playfully hit his arm.

" I'm sorry for everything I said " Miles cried out and hugged me.

" it okay " I patted his back.

" hey, you guys hug without calling me " Kelly said as he came to join the hug.

" guys, I'm dying " I said trying to disengaged from the hug.

" oh, we are sorry " they both apologised as they disengaged in the hug.

Just then the door swung open and the doctor walked in.

" oh, Mr. Alex you are awake? " he said seeing me and I nodded my head " I assigned a personal nurse to you. So you will be discharged tomorrow " he stated.

" okay, thanks doc "

" do have a nice day, Mr. Alex " he said and walked out.

" I can't believe you will be home soon " Kelly beamed with smiles

" yes, I'm happy " I smiled back.

STACEY P.O.V

" seriously, a personal nurse to that rude, spoilt brat " I mumbled to myself

* My day has been ruined *

I haven't been myself ever since I heard I was assigned as the personal nurse to that jerk.

This is one of the worst day of my life.

" I can't believe doc give me that moron as a patient " I said aloud.

" Stacey, are you okay? " Lucy, my friend at the hospital asked seeing the look on my face. " which moron did Dr. Ben give you as a patient? " she added.

" it just that, Dr. Ben assigned me to be the personal nurse to Alexander Davis " I said sadly.

" wait, Alex the gay? " She asked and I nodded my head.

" he's not a gay. " I defended

" but Wait, why are you defending him. I thought you sad He's a moron " Lucy asked in an inquisitive manner.

" y-yes, I don't like him, he's too rude but I don't believe he's a gay " I explained.

" why are you are defending him? " she asked curiously.

" i'm not defending him. Am just stating the obvious " I stated.

She stared at me for sometimes before she continued.

" oh my geez!!!!!! " she screamed which make me flinch.

" girl, keep you voice down. Someone might hear us " I said and turned around to see if anyone was paying attention to us.

" I can't believe you will get the privilege to touch my idol. I'm so jealous of you. I just which Dr. Ben could give me this opportunity I will be grateful. Girl, I'm so happy for you " yakked Lucy, who hasn't even noticed that I had stopped listening and was walking away.

" stacey!!!!!!!! " she yelled when she noticed I have walked away. " wait for me " She run after me.
