It is almost there week Adeola got to get cousin in Lagos but she is not happy because she hasn't spoken to her mum and again she curious about her result because she wants to make her mum proud not up to that, she also wants to go to the best school! And as they are new student in the school, they will be having a orientation where the head of staff Mrs Arinola, will take then them around the school, and also the school Liberian also Mr john. After the whole oreintation the new student were address and they show them their class teacher Mrs williams. Adeola fall on (JSS1A), Every one all settle in their different classes including, their class teacher. Adeola class teachet address the whole class, why she told them all to stand one after the other to introduced themselves in class, They all 42 in numbers. While this went on and on. Mrs Williams inform the

And she said faliure to bring will award a penalty of punishment in class.There new time table was posted, They have sum total of 10 subject to offer a whole week, Adeola sat down with her new aet of friends, Bade, Tope, damola. four of them have things in common; They go out for break both long and short that very day. Bade is very confident girl which can face any one. She dosent like cheating she is always there for her friends. Adeola us simple girl who can speak and friendly one, Tope id coolest among them, while Deola is bravest brilliant and caring in among them.Afteg their frist day in school.They all leave the class arena ti the schol bus to go home.

when Adola got home she told her num about her frist time school, get nee friends and gow they begave. so who is class teacher get mum ask she us mesz William mum, she is strict wow rhat iz good, het mum says. Another brand new day in school, Adeola and friends always whisper and their mathematics teacher separate them for disturbing during her and the whole class The school activities were to involve the jss1 students. each pupil in each class are join a school which they can function wel in school, They have the literacy debate club, dance drama club, cultural club etc. Adeola and Damola and Damola deided to join a dance drama club. where they showcase their talent and skill. At every Thursday in school, Adeola and Damola will always go for dance and drama while bade and tope for cultural Club.

its almost 5th week to resumption and theie class teacher anounces tgeur anual short test by each lesson teachers which hold for a week, The all class shout alound as the information, came Adeola and her friends plan to stay away after closing hour to read for the test. in agreement to that! they all inform their class teacher and their parent which cost them take transport money of which the school bus won't be avaliable after they finished. They read and this went on

in a two days. The test started early morning on monday after assembly with the subject English language. They all smile while they saw the question.Adeola is a slow leaner, she immediately forgot everthing she was thought in class abd the one she read. she was sad, and her Damola who is more brilliant came through for her. she whispered the answer to her, another comic in with Adeola she dosent know how to spell correctly. well she did what she know and leave the rest to God. After the test the pupil all went oustside and they start to re-associate among themselves. Adeola and friends went outside under the tree and she look detress, whike her friends were consoling her not to feel bad about it. that she will pass.

After test, in class one day Adeola started crying feeling uneasy with her stomach.Her friends all surrounds ber asking what happened to you? she couldnt talk, she said her stomach.They immediately carried her to the school clinic. The nurse attended to ger and she realise, she stated get menstrual cycle already, The nurse ask how old her you. jm in JSS1 and you have stated mensturating she said yes. That is good your immune systerm is sharp, in her friends look curious to know what is happening but they didn't understand, The nurse smile its okay very soon you will all understand, The nurse order the student to call their class teacher, To see her.As soon as she get to the school clinic; The nurse informed her about one of her student health and why she is sick; she marvel at it and shout o my Gid its strange to me. why its not the nurse reply her apparently, her immune systerm is more active than other, is either a girl child start at age of 10-15 years dont be surprise, i have make a call to her mum she is informed, she will come and pick her now. i will inform the school to involve clinic activities as part of their curriculum, where they wilm ve thought personal hygiene during menstrual period. ok that a good ideal Mrs Williams said lets see what the school will incorporate it.

Adeola's mum arrived oxford college to pick her, she was speaking with the class teacher and she said, It baffled me mg daugther started early l, i was expecting at 15 years old , just like her sister.

on geting home her mum branch a super market to to get sanitary pads, and varities of black and red panties, she can use to during her period. she felt relieved and thank her mum for taking good care of her. Every morning, she us preparing going out to school, her slder sister give her a helping hand to place her sanitary pad to wear. Adeola was shy in the mist of her friend because its feel odd to be the only lady among them. Her friend hug her and ask about how she us feeling she couidnt talk much, they wont understand her well. she was extra careful not to stain taking to the step, her mum told her to follow.

Result for their text came out and each teachers gave them their script to check their scores. All her friend did well, its was only her who have low marks. Damilola console her, she was emotional getting home; she lie to her mum, she couldnt not tell the truth at home. in the morning assembly annoucment for frist term, examination was announce, the school issue out their time table.

Everone get prepared, for the exam. All there subject teacher came to their various class to revise with them. im sure Adeola, was always on silent prayer not fuck up just like it was in her test.

Examination started early enough with two papers everday. Each early morning she reads and revise with her friend before the bell rings.For every student to come into the exam.Adeola and damola

seperately read together in class. immediately the bell rang, every student all find there way into the class. Their class re- arrange them, which makes it a distance for Adeola and her friend. to get in touch. The frist exam was Mathematics, which lapse for an hour and 45 minutes. Adeola was tottering, thinking any one cam look around yo ask, but since the inveglation was tight, she accumulates what she can do and leave the rest on to her self and the subject.
