"What do you mean!!" I asked him about the newly found information and he nodded. He nodded.

Is this something so petite for him?

"Why? You don't want to go. We can leave you back at your home if you want?" He threatened me.

what can I say to this now?

"What exactly are you trying to do?" I asked him and he sighed in irritation.

Bastard. Even I am not enjoying this.

"I can't leave you at your house with your brother. Because you know everything now. So. You are under probation and observation for now. And I will release you later. Nobody else was ready to take you to their houses it had to be me. Don't get astounded my family will be there too okay? " He said and then suddenly his face dropped.

FAMILY??

What is that?

I wondered inside of me. I never got to live in one.

" How many people do you have in your family? " I asked him and he sighed in frustration again.

" Why does it matters? You will not get involved with any of them to maintain your distance. I hate it when people get involved in my personal life and my people. Or if they touch my things. Maintain yourself. Or the jail will be a second place I will consider putting you in. Understand? " He threatened me.

For a simple question like how many people he has in his family. Isn't he being too harsh on me?

" If you wanna treat me like a dog. You better leave me at my house. I'd rather be my brother's pet then yours," I said to his rudeness and he nodded.

"Don't worry about that one more question and that's what I will do."

After a long long long ride, the car entered a long driveway. With huge Mansions in front visible. At least hundreds of designer cars standing in the garage area.

Is he this rich?

I wondered to myself.

As the driveway stopped. We both came out of the car.

He started to walk ahead without caring that I was behind him and I don't know shit about his house.

I followed him behind.

Suddenly a guy popped up out of nowhere as he was shocked to look at me.

"Bro, did you fill Lily 's wish?" He asked her and I was confused. While he eyes him and instantly the guy shuts his mouth.

We walked much inside as I saw so many workers working here and there.

And then suddenly some small figure hugged my legs. I was shocked at this. I looked at the embrace. And it was a cute little girl with a pretty smile stuck on her face.

"Dad you bought a new mom for me??!!"She said, screaming with enthusiasm.

Mom? Dad?

Who is she calling dad?? Wait Greyson is Dad??!

" Lily - " Before he could say. A pair of couples in their 60s came smiling.

"Good thinking Greyson. You are finally making our living worth it. " They said to him and I realised the misunderstanding but before they can lead much more, he did it.

"Mom she is not what you all are thinking. It just happened like this during work that's why she will stay with us for a time being." He said to them and their face dropped. The smile in their eyes now turned black as they looked at me with teary ones now.

As well as the little girl was now sad and feeling broken.

Oh! She must feel alone alot. That's what I wanted to say.

"So you are not my new mom?" She asked me, her eyes teary now.

"No Lily !! Go in your room." He yelled at a little precious girl. And I was shocked. Why is he getting so hyped up it's just a misunderstanding? Does he have to go to that extent to yell at a little girl?

"GO!!" He again did when she didn't but this time I couldn't hold it in.

"Shut the fu-, I mean please stop yelling at her. She is just a kid." I faltered at my words and then sat on my knees to reach her level. And I took her wet cheeks in my hand and was about to sweep the tears but in that he suddenly grabbed my hand and made me stand and started to drag me inside his house.

" What the hell?? What are you doing???" I yelled in my defence but he didn't hear me. And kept dragging me.

"Greyson please stop it!!" I screamed again he took me to the elevator. And threw me in the mirror.

Grabbed my shoulders and shooked me. "Didn't I tell you to not get involved and from the beginning, you started to make your place in the house?" He asked me greeting on his teeth. His eyes released fire from them as I felt like he will explode any minute now. "So don't! Because the incoming things will not be that pleasing for you. Understand it well" He threaten me and the door opened. He again started to drag me and opened a door and threw me inside the room.

"I wanted to make sure I don't lock you up. But I don't trust you. Big houses the greedy devil inside." He accused me and locked the door.

While for me I was just lost in here.

What the hell? And hey the hell is everything happening?

I just wanted to meet the girl but what made him so angry?

" Are you okay? " Some voice came from outside.

Some guy asked me a question even I didn't know the answer for.

"No!" I said after a while I took to looking at a blank space. As the door opened and the man walked inside.

He smiled at me and squatted in from of me. And swiped the tear I didn't even know slipped from me.

"It's okay. He comes out tough and angry sometimes but he doesn't have any bad intentions. He is just a little touchy about Lily and her family. After his wife's death."

Wife? Death?
