Chapter 9 In coma

"Good day, Miss Mitchell. How are you feeling?" Izabel chuckled, as she sat beside Amanda.

"What am I doing here so early. I thought you were only supposed to appear to me at night. Why the sudden change?" Amanda asked confused.

"Can you at least take a seat, Miss Mitchell's?" Izabel ignored Amanda's question and ask a question of her own.

"No problem. Now can you tell me why I'm here so early?" Amanda asked once again.

"When Erick hugged you, you fainted. It is forbidden for a werewolf to hug a unshift wolf, so when Erick hugged you, you went unconscious. And I have allowed you to fall into a coma for a month, you need a break from your parents, the kids at school, and especially Erick Westmore. The only thing that is important now, is your rest, you need to find your true self, you need to gain some self-confidence, and for you to build your confidence your gonna have to trust me and just listen to everything I say," Izabel explained, as she tapped her fingers on the book she reads to Amanda every night.

"I really needed a break, thanks for this. So since I will be unconscious for a whole month, what are we going to do to pass the time?" Amanda smirked before sitting down beside Izabel.

"I say we continue this book, and see what happens with Star Pack, and our favorite characters Helen and Samson," Izabel winked, as she pointed to the hardcover book.

"Great idea, take the floor Iza, I'm listening," Amanda snorted playfully.

Later that day, Luna Helen and Alpha Clark asked the Star Pack members to gather in the middle of the forest. While the Pack members feared what the Luna had to say, as she had never smiled in a meeting with them before, Luna Helen sat beside her mate feeling bliss. The silence was too sickening for the Gamma, so he was the first to speak... "Your highest, what is it that you wanted to tell us?"

"I brought you all here to announce the good news to you, but before I tell you what the good news is, I want us to sing our theme song. Don't worry about anyone attacking, no one has been in the middle of the forest for a few decades now, and when I say no one I mean humans," Luna Helen smiled as she reassured her pack members...

"Here I was thinking that war was coming," Beta Shawn sighed in relief.

"About that, Beta. We all are going to start training tomorrow, I need all the pack members to get in shape. We never know when war is coming, so the least we can do is prepare. You all are strong, speedy, but I want you all to remain that way, so training will help with that," Alpha Clark spoke up, startling everyone.

"As you wish, your highest," Beta Shawn bowed his head as he answered in respect.

"My darling, you may continue your speech," Alpha Clark winked at Luna Helen.

"Are you guys ready to hear the announcement?" Luna Helen teased.

"Yes, your highest," All of the pack members growl...

"I'm pregnant," Luna Helen shouted before she tilted her head to look at Samson, watching to see how he would react.

"Your preg..........nant?" Alpha Clark stuttered, as his eyes lit up, as soon as his mate uttered the word 'pregnant... "This calls for a celebration! Bring the wine! let us toss to new life! New hope! new future!"

As Helen announced that she was pregnant, within a week word spread through the whole line of Werewolves. Everyone knew that the child Helen was carrying in her womb was going to change the future. Helen is from a bloodline mix of Werewolf and Vampire blood but she also carries the title of an Alpha, since both her parents were both Alphas. It is said that every 10 decades, the Moon Goddess chooses a female wolf to become the leader of any pack she so desires, this is the only female that will be born from two Alphas from the entire thousands of werewolves that ever exist.

This child will not shift like the rest of the werewolves, she will be weak at first but as soon as her 16th or her 18th or even her 19th birthday, she will be unstoppable, her wolf is going to be of a different kind, she will have abilities that are unknown and unlikely. This wolf can defeat any amount of werewolf and not get tired, this wolf will be 20 times more powerful than her mother. The wolf is undefeatable!!

"So that's why you were sleeping?" Alpha Clark smirked at Helen, as he wrapped his arms around Helen's torso.

"I wanted to keep our baby as a surprise and I also didn't know how you'd react," Luna Helen smiled gently, as she caress her mate's face.

"Come on babe, you know I've always wanted to be a father. And I'm not surprised that your pregnant, we went really hard and long the last time," Alpha Clark chuckled, as he rub his hand across Helen's flat tummy.

As Helen and Samson were fast asleep after chatting for hours, their Beta and Gamma wandered off into the forest to meet someone. These two men sneaked off right into the middle of the forest to meet a man named Mark Mitchell...

"Did you do as I asked, Steven?" Mark Mitchell questioned.

"Yes, your highest. We both did as you asked, Alpha Mitchell. I drugged the Luna with the poison tonight, so she should be dead in the morning," Steven mumbled as he bow before Mark Mitchell.

"The fetus cannot come into this world, this child will be too powerful and I don't want anyone to overpower me or try to take over what is mine. If the poison doesn't work, we're going to have to go with Plan B," Alpha Mitchell assured both men in front of him.

"Yes your highest, where is our reward?" Beta Shawn asked confused.

"You will get your reward when the baby is dead," Alpha Mitchell hissed before he disappeared into thin air...

As soon as Mark Mitchell disappear, Shawn and Steven went back to their territory but little did they know, that Luna Helen had heard everything.
