Chapter 5 Will not go home

Catherine sat on the sofa and waited patiently for Uncle Ben to finish his call and let her know the outcome.

Although it's normal for Flash marriage husband and wife to sleep in different room but she doesn't want to let some people have their way after all that she has gone through today.

Uncle Ben hung up the call and turned to Catherine who was also looking at him, waiting patiently for him to speak.

"The young master granted you permission to move to his room" Uncle Ben reported the gains of the call.

"Huh? So fast." She raised her eyes surprised, she really didn't expect him to agree so fast.

"But Madame would have to be wronged by sitting here so that your things would be transferred over" Uncle Ben reminded as Catherine nodded.

Seeing that she understood he turned to leave but Catherine called him causing him to stop on his tracks.

"Uncle Ben"

" Does Madame need anything?" He asked.

"I'm a bit hungry" She touched her tummy and smiled awkwardly.

"I will let the Chef prepare something for you" He spoke as he left

But it turned out that Catherine was not only hungry but also sleepy, that before the dishes arrived she fell asleep on the sofa.

Mr. Ben returned with the maids carrying different dishes on their hands to the dinning room and placed it on the dinning table

No. 24 walked to the Living room to call her but found her sleeping

"Madame is asleep" She returned abd reported to Uncle Ben who nodded and walked to the living room where Catherine is

"Madame" He called out as Catherine hummed

"Your food is ready"

"I'm sleepy come back later" Charlotte turned trying to find a more comfortable position to continue her sleep

"Ok Madame" He replied.

"Return it" Uncle Ben ordered as they all took the dishes in an orderly form and left the dinning room.

Seeing that they've all left he returned to the living room and glanced at Catherine with an unpredictable expression.

He really looks forward to how the life in the castle would be like in the future.

The Lord has always lived alone and he doesn't seem to care about this things but he suddenly didn't know why he found her for a __

If Catherine finds out that she has been named already, then she might really end up running mad and dealing with her so called husband directly

Catherine slept peacefully oblivious of her surroundings, When she finally opened her eyes it was already 8 pm

She stretched her body as she sat up slowly from the sofa.

"Are you awake" Uncle Ben walked over abd asked

"How long did I sleep" She asked."

"What!!" She exclamed and jumped up from the sofa

"And I did not eat" She asked

"Madame, you've been sleeping and have not yet eaten" Uncle Ben looked at her confused.

"Or should I bring the food over" He asked as Charlotte rubbed her eyes tiredly

"Don't worry, whenever your young master comes back make sure to let me know" She muttered and walked out of the living room

"Seems like the coming days would be very lively"

No 3 and No 24 led Catherine to the hallway leading to the master's bedroom but then they stopped without going forward

"Madame, The Master's room is the only room here so you can find it easily"

"Huh, aren't you guys supposed to follow me" She turned and looked at them

"Nobody is allowed to come in here unless Master approves" No 3 explained

"So many unreasonable rules" Catherine muttered and started walking down the hallway which seemed endless

No.3 and No.24 retreated immediately.

Catherine walked a long way but didn't seen to find any room

"Have i finally met my nemesis today" She felt like she shot herself on the foot by her request.

'Maybe I would have just stayed in the other room'

But her momentary thought did not stop her from going forward. Fortunately after a long walk she found the room at the extreme end

"How can just one room be so far" She took a deep breath and input the password given by Uncle Ben.

She opened the door and walked into the room that is extremely dark.

Catherine: ??

She felt that she was Blind because she couldn't see a thing, with that she fumbled around the room as she finally found the switch and turned on the light.

Seeing the bright light she sighed relieved, fortunately she still has her sight but the style of the room gave her another round of headache

"I really don't know if I married a human, which man stays in this kind of room with dark decorations" She was stunned.

Everywhere was black from the wallpaper, to the mattress, everything.

Even the light wasn't so bright

"Seems like a married a weirdo" She kicked her shoes away and lay on the mattress exhausted and within a few minutes she fell asleep

In the Office,

"Master it's late" Williams reminded his boss who seem to not have it in his plan to leave for the day.

"Busy!" Alexander said coldly without looking up

"But, Madame?" Williams couldn't help but feel sorry of the new Madame.

On her first night, her husband decided to work overtime.

"Since you care about her, why don't you redo the Land acquiring proposal" Alex shot him a cold glare making him shiver.
