Chapter 6 ~Entry of New Boss~

"Do you think-" Melissa stares right at Sizu's agony gaze "I have such rights to be okay when I have committed an unforgivable sin in my life?"

"M-Melissa-"

"Do you think-" She took her precious book on her arm "I have rights to be happy when I have committed such unforgivable sin? Even my soul refuses to be by my side ever since I was born."

She recalled the day when she was just eight years old.

As long as she could remember about her childhood, all she could remember is, her parents always arguing on her topic. Her father loathed her ever since she was born.

Why? Just cause she was born as a daughter. wanted to have a son. She disappointed her father right after the birth for not being born as a son who had always wished for a son who can lead his upcoming generation.

He always used to blame her mother for having birth to a daughter. In her blurry memory, all she could remember is her mother crying because of her.

As a little girl, Melissa always just used to sit in the corner being quiet and looking at her mother and father's quarreling.

On that day, her father leave the house and never came back. Her mother always used to cry over this. Melissa was already used to such an agony environment.

"Mom... Are you okay?" She asked her mother who was crying in a low voice.

Her mother slapped right on her face "Go away! The only cause of you... your father left me... if it weren't for you, your father would have still been with me. You've always been a curse ever since you took birth. Just go away and die!!! Don't show me your face." She started to scream like a mad man and even slapped her two, three times.

This manner of slap, scold, scream... she was already used to it. Honestly, at such a moment, she didn't have any idea whether she should cry or laugh. She was just a living corpse who couldn't feel anything.

It was always the same but she knew what her mother told her isn't what she really mean, she knew that her mother loves her.

She had always believed, her mother loved her dearly no matter what.

Her emotion was slowly fading away, she didn't had any idea *When should she laugh? In which condition should she cry? In which condition should she be angry?* She had no such idea.

She was like a living puppet who had no emotion left in it.

Her mother slowly started to have the same sickness as Melissa is suffering now. She started to take the medicine to reduce the pain in her body.

For six years she continued to take medicine, eventually, she even started to take high dose medicine and she was really addicted to those medicines.

After some month, she died due to taking a high dose of medicine. In those six years, there has not been even such a single day when she didn't need medicine until the day she died.

Melissa put her book on the table and walked towards the window with her slender body. Her apartment was at the top of the tenth building. She opened the window and cold and fresh air, touch her body gently as if it were trying to embrace her warmly.

She took a deep breath and turn back at Sizu who was quite unable to utter a sole word.

"Sizu... I need to take a rest for now." She sat at the edge of her bed "I want to be alone for now."

Sizu opened her thin lips trying to console her but- she gave up. She felt like, a huge rock was pressing her heart mercilessly.

She clenched her fist and forced a smile on her face "Umm... Take a good rest, Melissa."

Melissa nodded her head and falls into her bed as Sizu left quietly.

Starting at the ceiling, she falls into a sound sleep cause of medicine.

~ At company.~

One beautiful woman came into the employee's office one by one step elegantly. Everyone's gaze fall on her who was working in the office.

Her beautiful face was attracting everyone's attention, both male and female employees. Eventually, all of them started to talk about her.

"Who is she?"

"She is really beautiful."

"Why is she here? Is she a new employee here?"

All of the employees started to have discussions about her topic in a low voice.

That beautiful woman stood at the front of the office and looked straight with a smile.

Suddenly the sound of clapping came from behind which attracted everyone's attention.

It was Jenny. In this company, she was a senior manager.

"Everyone, listen to me." Jenny's voice came from behind and she walked forward with that beautiful lady and she introduced her with a smile.

Sizu was also looking at that beautiful lady who was standing at the front.

"She is our new boss secretary... Miss Alex, who has been working with our new boss for three years since our new boss started to work." Jenny introduced Alex "Now, Our new boss is taking over his father's company from today onwards. He will be coming within five minutes so let's welcome him warmly, Okay?"

Sizu mused staring at Alex ~Today? I thought our new boss is coming in three, four days. Anyway... it doesn't matter. I want to see our new boss's face and I'm feeling really excited after all it's been really many years since I last saw him. I wonder if he can recognize me? Honestly- even I can't recognize him at first glance since it's been many years.~

Sizu called jenny "So... Today is our new boss coming? I didn't had any idea. Did you bring flowers?"

"Yeah of course... How could I forget that." Jenny said with a smile.

Sizu gave relief of sigh in her heart "Can I give a flower to him... please?"

"No... Only senior is allowed to give a flower. I'm sorry." Jenny apologized to her with a mocking smile.

Sizu felt down "It's okay but- what is with that mocking smile?"

"Just teasing you!" Jenny looked back hearing the footstep "Looks like the boss is here. I'll go and welcome him. You stay here okay."

After saying that she hurriedly went to welcome their new boss.

The new boss entry made every woman's eyes and mouth wide open.

The new boss was wearing a white suit with a blue tie which made him look really handsome and dashing. He was more like a model and famous celebrity.

His walking style was the same like those of those top model, even his body gesture was so hot.

Every female employee were staring at him with a smile and excitement. They wanted to give to hug and shake hands with him.

They all were feeling so jealous of Alex cause she was his personal secretary.

A handsome guy is a boss and a beautiful lady is his secretary. How could anyone not be so jealous?

Every woman were gazing at him with excitement leaving only one woman behind who was staring at him on horrified as if she had seen a living ghost. She was Sizu.

She rubbed her eyes and pinched her skin painfully to confirm whether it was a dream or reality. Unfortunately - it was reality.

"Ouch, it hurts!! Anyways... Why does it have to be him out of many people?" Sizu was speechless staring at her new boss with full of anxiety.
