Chapter 7 Trapped under the full moon

**Nala's P.O.V**

Hot tears found their way through my closed eyes, creeping slowly down to my cheeks. My eyes tighten and my face grimaces in pain as I felt the thick, cold, rusty chain against the skin of my right hand giving me an uncomfortable burning itchy feeling. I felt it even more against my other hand wrapped tightly around my wrist.

"Ha...," I growl in pain as I open my eyes widely allowing more tears to elude, flooding my face.

"I know it hurt, Nala, but I have to tie you down tightly," my mamma said while she sobs.

I lower my head seeing her on her knees, staring within my eyes while tears too pooled from her eyes like a waterfall. Her hands shake like a leaf frighteningly; afraid to complete placing the chains against my ankles.

"It's okay, mamma, you have to do this to save me," I told her; trying hard to be strong while the chains hurt badly around my wrist.

My mamma nodded while she sobbed and wiped away her runny nose. Soon she started to place the chain around the ankle of my right foot tightly and then the other. I clench my teeth in pain and squeezed my toes hard against the rough ground in bearing the awful pain. Complete in chaining me, my mamma quickly moved from the ground glancing behind her. Her eyes widen shockingly seeing the moon was about to reveal itself. My heart raced within my chest scared of what other terrible pain I was going to feel now. My mamma hurriedly places the chains of my two hands and feet around the sharp circle she had made ensuring I will never escape. My heart pumped heavily within my chest as if it were going to burst and my eyes widen as I stare within the sky seeing the large bright moon appearing from behind the clouds.

"Ha!....." I heard my mamma cried out behind me as the moonlight shines brightly within the forest, touching everything below it includes my face. I close my eyes scared as hell blocking the light from my eyes and there, I did not hear my mom crying anymore. I quickly turned my head glancing at her while my eyes continued to widen. She was still crying, but something strange was happening. I could not hear any sound escaping from her mouth. I could see her veins stiffens as she cried and widening her mouth as if she were yelling out my name but there was nothing I could hear. Suddenly I felt my eyes shifted into my wolf's form. What is happening? I thought terrifyingly as I tried to push my body towards my mamma wanting to be next to her feeling safe. I stood still as I felt a strong, unusual feeling across my body from my head to toe like standing under running water and allowing it to fall against my body, giving me a soft smoothing feeling. I raised my head uncontrollably enjoying the beautiful, strange feeling. My body shivers not scared but not being able to bear such a wonderful feeling. It was too much. I fell onto my knees staring at the moon and my body continues to shiver even more. The feeling had gotten even more allowing me to feel it only within my heart. It was no longer the same. I now felt a strong love that did not compare to what my mamma and I shared. It was different.

"Hmmm..." I felt my wolf moaning inside of me; too enjoying the feeling.

I suddenly felt my body being pulled from the ground wanting more of the wonderful feeling.

"Nala!" I heard my mamma shouted behind me. "Please take full control and do not let your wolf leads you," I again could hear her.

I turned quickly back at the moon as the feeling grew stronger and stronger. I could not control my wolf within me anymore. My wolf wanted to run towards the beautiful feeling. She wanted her mate.

"I can't mamma!" I said out loud as I tried extremely hard to fight away the feeling.

"Yes, you can," my mamma said as she ran in front of me, while I try to pull the chain away from my hands and feet in escaping towards my mate.

"I can't," I kept on telling her. The feeling was too strong for me and my wolf to control.

"You have to take control for your safety and for me, for I love you Nala," my mamma said.

Tears streak down my cheek hearing her; knowing how terrifying she is of losing me. The only person that matters within her life. I did not want that to happen. I did not want her to have another unbearable terrible pain within her heart of losing another person she loved deeply. I closed my eyes tightly blocking any tears escaping my eyes and try extremely hard to fight away the feeling. Suddenly I felt my body burst on into its brown wolf form. My human form was trying to fight back but my wolf form did not want me to. I had no longer had control of my body.

"Mamma run!" I shouted at her, feeling great anger. I no longer had any control of my beast and I did not want to hurt her.

"Nala please fight this!" I heard my mom shouting at me; until I heard her no more. My wolf blocked away my human side taking full control.
