Chapter 4 I FOUND A GIRL

CHAPTER FOUR

It was Monday we all sat in class as Mr. Henry came in with a new girl, the whole class was amazed looking forward to knowing her.

"Good morning class this is your new friend her name is beauty kindly offer her a sit". He said while he directed her to look for her choice of seat.

Everyone was panicking creating noise as they tried offering her a seat but the whole seat was fully occupied.

I look to the left and right of the class I discovered I was the only one left with a vacant seat.

" Oh!!! Your partner is not in school today possibly she can seat with you". Mr. Henry said as he directed her to me.

All eyes were on me as I begin to feel nervous, some were even whispering at my back.

"Finally he has gotten a new wife".

The more I hear this the more I feel nervous although I needed a girlfriend since my brother has his own Gabriella I believe this should be mine, this was my thought.

After the class she asked for my pen which I gave her wholeheartedly, her voice was calm, sweet, and soft she is light in complexion, slender, and average tall.

She has deep black long hair with a beautiful smile on her face, absolutely she is extremely beautiful I can't take my look at her.

"I am Nelly by name nice meeting you". I introduced myself even without her asking.

She looked at me and she said: " Thank you".

I was so confused because I dont know why she is thanking me, so I curiously asked.

"What have I done that I deserve such compliment?".

She smiled and said, " Thank you for the seat".

I felt fulfilled staring at her without uttering a word then she left to get some lunch.

My friends surrounded me, with different compliments.

"You are the boss, you got a big fish here don't let her swim to another ocean". One of them said as the others burst Into laughter.

" Well, I think I love her but I dont know how to tell her hope is not too early to express my feelings to her because we just newly met?". I asked waiting for an answer.

They both stare at each other with a smile.

"Love has no time frame, It is better you tell her on time so she will know that someone is thinking about her". Patrick said patting my shoulder

I have just three friends in school they are Patrick, James, and Clark. These guys are fun to be with sharing a problem with them is half solved because they always have solutions to problems.

So they gave me some advice to always keep her company, be the caring guy to her, then she will understand where you are driving at.

This gave me some courage and motivation which I chased after her,

to where she's having her lunch.

CAFETERIA

" Hello, Beauty I was in class waiting for your arrival I never knew you will take so long". I said while adjusting the seat beside her.

"You sound funny and I wasn't aware I have a babysitter in school". She grins, munching her food.

I laughed wiggling my head, as I tried creating more conversations. Unfortunately, I was short of words looking at her for over a minute.

" Why do you always stare at me? you made me look as if have done something bad indeed those your eyes are scary". She mumbled leaving her seat.

"Don't tell me you are done eating when you have much food on your table". I asked

" Well, you can have them all, I've sorted out the bills, to be candid, I just lost my appetite".

Meanwhile, she left leaving her sustenance on the table, only to figure out what was wrong my friends came in scrambling the food.

"She even bought you some food, she must be rich, these are reasons I don't flock with penniless girls". Clark said as the others giggled, irritatingly surging the food.

I left because I couldn't contemplate such a disgusting scenario.

BACK FROM SCHOOL

I came home looking exhausted, mum was in the kitchen cooking my favorite grub, I greeted her and she replied.

" Welcome boy! hope there is no problem you look dizzy I guess you are hungry?".

I couldn't reply that much as I staggered to my cabin to have a nap.

When I entered the room lo and behold I saw Eric playing his video game.

"So this is the reason why you are not in school today pretending to be sick". I asked putting my two hands on my waist.

"Well, most times a hunter needed some rest in other not to be hunted by some strange animals in the forest". He said concentrating on his game.

" I don't blame you". I smile as I chop down to my bed.

"What's up bro so tell me what happened in school today. He asked.

"Nothing much we just have a new girl in class today".

" A new girl! absolutely a new fish has entered an ocean". He said while he paused his game to have some conversations.

"And what do you mean by that?". I asked looking confused.

" As a hunter, we need to access the forest to know where to hide and seek".

"You better stop this your nonsense adage". I said while swiveling on my bed.

He laughs out so loud pointing at me with these his scary looks, I was a little bit tense.

Thank God you aren't a monster because you almost look like one". I said glancing at him.

"You should be reminded that even though am a monster you will also look like one, have you forgotten we are identical twins so whatever happens to me happens to you".

We both laughed looking at ourselves, suddenly mum calls out from the dining table.

"Food is ready".

We both ran to the dining to fill up our stomachs.
