Chapter 5 Confessing my feelings

Luke's POV:

I saw her crossing the street with out looking where she was going. I stop with all the speed I had. I stopped The car and got out. "Katherine!! Are you ok! I am so sorry." I told her. She looked at me and hugged me. She was in my arms crying like a little girl.

I didn't say a thing I just responded to the hug. She took a step back. "I am so sorry, I just got scared."she said. I lift her chin and saw her red cheek. "What happened you you? Who did this to you?"

I said holding her chin. She just looked and me and started to cry again. "Here get in the car I will give you a ride."

I wiped her tears and opened the door. In the whole car ride she didn't say a word so I took her home. I know I can't take her, but I need to tell her about my feelings. She looked up at me,

"Where are you taking me" she asked "I am taking you to my house my sister is a nurse I will tell her to check you".

Kathy looked at my eyes and said "there is no need I am ok. I need to go to school or I will be late and my dad will be mad. I lift her chin and asked. "Did he do this? Did you tell him we met?" She nodded I just felt the need to hug her and keep her in my arms for ever.

Kathy's POV:

I felt safe in his arms. I don't know what I am feeling because I have never felt like this before. There was something about him that I liked, but he had a mysterious life. He disappears in seconds and his red eyes that I love. I don't know what it was but I feel protected by him. We got to his house I looked out the window and saw a big beautiful house. With a lot of windows. I just had to ask. Luke "why does your house have a lot of windows."?

He looks at me "this is for sunlight." He said

He helped me out of the car and lead me to the door. He opened the door in the spot I saw a girl running down the stairs and hugged me. I was shocked as I felt a tight grip. I hear Luke say "Rose you are going to suficiente her". She let go of me "sorry I just got so excited to meet her." Rose said.

I looked at her I was impressed by how strong she is. "rose you are strong." "Thank you I work out" she said.

"I just got so excited to meet my new sister-in-law". She said with a smile. I heard Luke "Rose that's enough."

I felt my face getting red from blushing. He whispered in my ear. "You look adorable blushing" I felt my face getting more red. Goodness I just wanted to disappear. "Rose this is Katherine please I need you to check her I almost run her over with my Car." He said. Rose nodded.

"Come I will take you to my room to check you." She said. She grabbed my hand before I could say anything and took me to her room. "Take a seat, I will check you" she said. "No there is no need I'm ok." I told her she looked up at me. "You want to know something" I looked at her. "You are perfect for him. He needs you by his side." She said.

I looked at her "Rose are you crazy I just met him yesterday. I don't even know if he feels something for me or if I have feelings for him." Rose looks at me and giggles. "Yes you do, the way you look at him and the way he looks at you he does".

When I was about to say something I heard a knock at the door. "Can I come in? Rose are you done." Luke said. Rose opened the door and nodded.

"I will be right back. I am going to get a drink." Rose said shutting the door, I was alone in the room with him. He sat down next to me on the bed. He hold my hand and look at my eyes. "Katherine I need to tell you something. I... I.. I h..ave feelings for you". He said rubbing my cheek (goodness I don't know what is wrong with me but I was nervous). I felt chills down my whole body.

"What are you saying, we just met. You can't have feelings for me." I said with shivers. "Katherine he said getting close. "I know you feel it too."

Luke POV:

I could hear her heart beating faster every time I get close, but I can't get my thirst under control around her I wanted to bite her so bad, and tear her clothes off but if I tell her the truth she will be scared and leave.

I had to face her and tell her the truth but I was scared of her reaction. So I just had to kiss her so I lift her chin and kissed her.

I felt how her hands were going to my head. She responded to the kiss.

Kathy's POV:

I saw Luke getting closer but I didn't know what to do. I have never done these things. He lift my chin and kiss me. His kiss was gentle and his touch made me feel safe. I responded to the kiss because it felt good.

"Katherine" he said "before you say anything I need to tell you something. I hope you will not be afraid of me after I tell you." I looked at him and smiled. "What is it Luke"

"Katherine I..... I ... am ..." A knock at the door stoped him. It was Luke's mom. She was back from the café.

"Luke I nee..... ohhh!! Sorry I didn't know you were busy. I will be back."

Luke's mom close the door and left. "Sorry about that." He said

"Luke, you were saying". I asked "sorry I was going to say that I....I ammm... aaa. Vampire..... (God I hope I don't lose her)
