Chapter 4 Honeymoon

In the room , Alicia was thinking about Kyle while looking at the decorated bed with her heart beating fast . She asked Mrs. Ferguson

"Who decorated this bed ?"

"I decorated it ." Mrs. Ferguson said and smiled.

"Did Kyle asked you to do this ?" Alicia asked .

"No , the Master hasn't asked me about anything. It's your nuptial night so I decorated your bed and room . I hope you don't mind ."

Mrs. Ferguson explained .

"It's okay . You can go . Good night ."

"Good night ." Mrs. Ferguson said and left . Alicia went inside the walk-in closet and found her bag which she brought with her . She was about to open it to change her gown but stopped when she remembered Kyle's words as he told her to wait for him to come before changing the gown . She was nervous and asked herself " What does he want to do with me ?"

She sat on the bed taking off her heels as her feets were aching and started waiting for Kyle . After a few minutes , Kyle opened the door and entered the room . She got up from the bed and looked at him as he was walking towards her .

"Sorry , for making you wait ." Kyle said and held her waist .

"It .... It's o... okay ." She said , stammering .

"Did you like our room ?" Kyle asked while caressing her bare back with his hand .

Alicia was feeling happy from inside when he said our room but the thought of forced marriage also knocked at the same time in her mind making her happiness short lived .

"Yes , it's nice ." She said without any expression on her face .

"I had it renovated so that it can give the feel of a room of a married couple ." Kyle said and smiled looking at her but she was lost in her own thoughts .

Kyle held her chin and she looked into his brown eyes . She tried to remove his hands from her body and asked "Can I change my gown now ?"

Kyle lowered his head and kissed her on the lips. He moved his other hand on her bare back too and pulled her closer . Her breast collided against his chest as he held her closer to him not even allowing air to pass between them. The kiss was passionate and hot but it was sudden and she was not ready for it . She was about to hold his shoulders but stopped and closed her eyes .

She was angry at him for kissing her suddenly but she was also lost in the feeling of the touch of his hands on her back and the touch of his lips against hers . After kissing her for a few minutes , Kyle finally let her go and looked into her eyes . They both were panting . His hands were still touching her back and Alicia was still feeling the touch of his lips .

"You are looking gorgeous in this gown but I want to take it off from you ." Kyle whispered in her ears biting her earlobe and placed his hand on her gown's shoulder straps , but before he could slide her shoulder straps down , she stopped him and said "I can change it on my own ."

"Come on , Alicia . I am your husband ." There was anger in his voice and that was also visible in his eyes .

"I know you are my husband but you said you will not force me for this unless I am ready and now you ...

She didn't complete her sentence . There were tears in her beautiful deep ocean eyes like tiny drops of water . Kyle realized that he had said those words and felt bad for making her cry .

He wiped her tears from the corner of her eyes and said " I am sorry that I forgot this . You can change your gown and let's go to bed then ."

He went to the walk-in closet to change his clothes and Alicia sat on the bed . After Kyle was done changing his clothes , Alicia went inside the closet and opened her bag . She picked up her night dress and went inside the bathroom to change.

After fifteen minutes, Alicia came out of the bathroom and sat beside him on the bed . She smiled at him and Kyle switched off the lights . She laid and closed her eyes . Room was dark but Kyle was able to see her face as her face was shining in the moonlight which was entering their room from the balcony . Kyle slept peacefully placing his hand on her waist .

Next morning , she woke up and turned to look at her side. She expected to see Kyle's face first when she woke up but he was not beside her . She got up from the bed and knocked on the bathroom door but no voice came from inside . She opened the door but there was no one inside . She was getting anxious . She decided to go downstairs and ask Mrs. Ferguson about him . She went downstairs and her heart felt relieved when she saw Kyle sitting on the dining table chair . He was busy typing something on his phone . Alicia walked towards him and greeted him "Good morning ."

He looked up from his phone and saw Alicia standing next to him .

"Good morning , my love ." He got up from the chair and kissed her forehead .

"Have you had your breakfast ?" Alicia asked him but he didn't give her any reply . He was just smiling looking at her .

Seeing him silent , Alicia said "Give me fifteen minutes , I will cook something for you ."

He held her wrist to stop her and said "Alicia , I am done with my breakfast but It feels nice that you're caring about me like this ."

He liked that she was caring about him but Alicia was having different thoughts . She was feeling everything strange about her . She should be angry at him but she got anxious when she didn't find him by her side when she woke up and now she wanted to cook breakfast for him .

"Has he really changed me in just a short period of time?" Alicia thought .

Kyle noticed that she was still in her night dress and hadn't taken a shower .

"You haven't taken shower yet and came downstairs ."

"I thought you left for your work when I didn't find you anywhere in the room ." She said looking down .

"Are you in love with me ?" He said and Alicia looked at him . He held her hands and took a step closer to her. They both were looking into each other's eyes . Mrs. Ferguson came there and saw them lost in each other unaware of their surroundings .

"No , I only like you and the way you treat me ."

Kyle chuckled and said "Relax , I am kidding and I can't leave without giving a goodbye kiss to you ."

He kissed her lips and said "I have to leave now or else , I will be late . You also take your shower and have breakfast ."

Alicia felt special with this kiss but didn't show her expressions . They both turned to find Mrs. Ferguson standing there looking at them with a huge smile on her face . Alicia felt embarrassed thinking that Mrs. Ferguson must have seen them kissing .

"Bye , My Love ."

"Bye ."

Kyle touched her cheek with his palm and said "I will be back by your side soon ."

He said and left the Villa .

She was still lost in the touch of his hand against her cheek . Mrs. Ferguson's voice got her out of the trance when she asked her

"Mrs. Smith , what should I cook for you for breakfast ?"

"Anything you want ." Alicia replied and Mrs. Ferguson went to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for her ."

Alicia went upstairs to her room to take a shower . While having her breakfast , worry was visible on Alicia's face . She was still getting worried thinking about her upcoming life with Kyle . He was nice to her and also loves her but there was always some insecurity in her heart regarding their relationship and marriage. She also wanted to ask Kyle about the reasons that made her father agree for her marriage with Kyle but the way Samuel shouted at her and told her not to ask Kyle about anything was stopping her. These thoughts kept her mind surrounded the entire day.

In the evening , Alicia was inside her room when she heard the sound of the car stopping outside the villa . She knew it was Kyle but didn't go downstairs to meet him . Kyle entered the living room and sat on the sofa . He called Mrs. Ferguson and asked about Alicia .

"Mrs. Smith is in the room . Should I call her ?" Mrs. Ferguson asked .

"First , go and prepare some snacks and tea, then call her downstairs ." Kyle said and got busy with his work files .

After preparing snacks and tea , Mrs. Ferguson went upstairs to call Alicia . She knocked on the door and Alicia opened it .

"Mrs. Smith , I prepared some tea and snacks . Please , come downstairs ." Mrs. Ferguson said and was about to go but Alicia held her hand to stop her .

"Mrs. Ferguson , Is Kyle downstairs ?" She asked while biting her lips nervously .

"Yes , He is waiting for you . Come downstairs soon ." Mrs. Ferguson answered and left .

Alicia went downstairs and entered the living room . She found Kyle busy reading the files . Kyle closed the file and looked up . Their eyes met with each other and Kyle got lost in her deep ocean blue eyes . He looked at her and was not able to move his eyes from her . She was wearing a long floral dress with her hair tied in a ponytail . A small strand of her hair was kissing her cheeks .

"You are looking gorgeous ." Kyle complimented her when she walked closer to him .

Alicia smiled at him and sat beside him . Mrs. Ferguson left them alone and went to the kitchen after placing the tea and snacks on the table . Kyle removed the strand of hair from her face with his fingers and tucked it behind her ear .

"We will go on our honeymoon after a few days as I have to take care of some work first ." Kyle said and Alicia's heart skipped a beat hearing the word honeymoon .
