Chapter 8 You are mine

Two people, a middle-aged woman who is dressed in palace robes and a black robe man were standing at the foot of the Magic mountain.

The middle-aged woman said,

“Daniel, how long will it take for the mist to pass?”

Daniel replied, “There is still half-an-hour left for the mist to disappear, Royal Mother.”

They continued to wait at the foot of the magical mountain for the mist to disappear.

After 30 minutes,

The mist gradually disappeared and Royal Mother walks towards a stone door and cuts her finger and drips her blood. The door swallows the blood and opens it’s entrance for Royal mother.

Royal walks through the jungle like a queen of the dark who isn’t afraid of the horrible creatures in this jungle.

Daniel is following behind her closely like an obedient pet.

After sometime, they reached to a thatched hut present at the peak of the mountain.

A 150-year-old monk, also the priest of werewolf’s was sitting on the ground in a meditative manner.

Without opening his eyes, the monk said, “Royal Mother, It’s you…”

Royal mother bows down her head respectfully and said,

“Yes priest. We need to talk.”

Then she gestured for Daniel to leave.

Daniel nodded his head politely and walked away from there.

The old priest said, “You have really managed to make her the Luna.”

Royal Mother: “I can do anything for the sake of the werewolf empire. But priest, are you sure that she is girl we need?

Pardon me, priest. I still have some doubts. She does not have a human scent on her.

Is she one of us? How can she save the empire if she does not have power?”

The priest smiled and replied,

“The most powerful weapon in this world is love and will power, child.

She is not a human, whether she is a werewolf or not time will tell.

Just make sure to keep her by your side until the right time comes.”

“Yes, I know, priest” said Royal Mother.

The priest replied, “One more thing, treat her well. She is most innocent person in this. We need her and not the other way round.

Also protect her from the vampires, she has already become their enemy by marrying your son.

And if they know that she is that person then the danger will be more. She might even lose her life before she knows. Be careful.”

“Sure priest. I am well aware of it.

Whatever may be the reason, now that she is the Luna of the empire, I will treat her as my own daughter and protect her with my life.

Don’t worry priest” replied Royal Mother.

The monk replied, “I trust in your abilities. Just wait patiently for the right time.”

She nodded and bowed down her head again respectfully and left the place with Daniel without turning back.

Inside Emily’s room,

A dark shadow appeared without making a sound.

They both were in deep sleep.

The shadow finally stopped near the bed and it’s gaze darkened.

It scanned her body and said,

“You will choose me!! I will never let him win.

You are mine and only mine!!”
