Chapter 6 A night of heavy rain

From that time onwards, the father started to dislike her, but he took care of Lucy. Originally there was still Bill by her side, but now he had changed when she came back from studying abroad.

"Mom, Brother Bill doesn't want me anymore either," Emma said helplessly and a teardrop fell from the corner of her eye.

"Haha, good, then I'll have to hold you close, Master Miller."

"Haha, okay, you should go to sleep! It's hard to find a three-legged toad, but isn't it hard to find a two-legged man? Be good ~ go get some sleep and I'll take you out tomorrow night.
