Chapter 3 The lost

The stink from his body forced me to get off my bed, he stinked like a spoilt fresh fish. I was forced to tell him that he stinks and we both got kicked out of the house.

"Hey James what did you learn today??"

" Don't speak when the house is not yours."

The two guys walked down the road hoping to get a place to pass the night. Peter was getting tired of James but he can't just drop him off by the road, the last time he tried that, the world almost fell. It was on a sunny day in summer, the sun was glowing like a giant big ball that was ready to burn anything in it's way.

I walked out of the school hall dragging James with me, he was the reason I was the talk of the school and the worst part was that he was also talking about me and spoiling things, the worst was that he told my crush and showed her the video, I was humiliated then we parted ways. Just for two hours that I parted ways with James, the whole school was under attack, Peter has this anger issues that he can't control it, am the only one that can calm him, and he also protect me. Peter broke his teacher neck just because he got him angry and he almost showed the whole school that he was one of the creatures that are destroying Earth. I am always saving his ass and his always saving mine but my saving are more than the one he had done for me, sometimes we just agruee about who has the highest save, that's the main reason he is always with me.

The shadows had the ability to shapeshift which made it difficult for them to be defeated, only time the shadows have been defeated was during the time of Lord Agus, legend says he trade his soul for the freedom of his city but some said he defeated the shadows with the diamond of Avalon but there are so many diamonds in Avalon, they did not specify which type of diamond, most type of diamond in Avalon are guided by some very dangerous creatures that are ready to bring down and destroy anything that comes their way.

Back in the city of Pogopia, Kate was having a hard time keeping things together, the demons made their way into the castle, taken every thing that belonged to the people and the castle, she lead a team is soldier to protect the King and Queen, the soldiers escorted them out through the secret passage. Later that day, the demons had taken over the whole city, when the royal families saw this, they returned back to die with their town. This made Kate scared and confused but she could not show it because everyone was counting on her decision,she sent three soldiers to warn the rest of the kingdom and ask for help and she sent some others to the far north to check if the crystal house was still safe and if the monks there would not mind if some of the villagers stay with them.

Mary, James and Peter continued their journey to the unknown land, they were not sure of where the were going but James told them that there is a city at the end of the Earth and their welcome party await them if they can make it to the city alive. We would have been so happy if we knew where the end of the Earth was but instead we had a very annoyingly old map that the writing were faded already and most of all it was very dusty. Our problem got to the pick when none of us could read the map or have any idea of what was in the map. We all got very frustrated and decide to take a nap right in the middle of the desert, few minutes of been lost in our sleep, we heard a voice, " hey guys get up the sand storm is on it way here, if you want to live follow me but if it's the other way around enjoy your sleep." The whole crew got up as fast as they could and ran following the guy, when they got to the safe house, they noticed that Mary was in the storm struggling to find a way out, James jumped out and ran back there without a plan and he got stuck in the storm.

As he jumped in, she came out of the sand storm and again he was now the one who needs rescuing. The whole team figured out a way to save his little ass again, he was shy and disappointed in himself, he started to ask his self this question, who am I? Normally, he was last of his clan and he was meant to be the strongest but he was the most dull and stupid of his friends.

As they were still recovering from the unexpected sand storm, they heard the unknown guy reading the map,he was so fluent that he did not notice the words were already faded, we could tell that he was not mistaken because he sounded so good. They were so lost in the fact that the unknown guy read the map that they forgot the important question which was Where did he come from? How could he be in the middle of a desert without a donkey or a camel.

Back in the Home of fish, Kate was shocked when the demons shape shifted into the king and the queen and they were given some very crazy order that most of the people in the city could not do it, Kate and some group of people that refused to do it were imprisoned and they were to dig until they get 20 bags of diamond in a day or they will be killed by sacrificing them to the beast of the kingdom, Zong.

We continued our journey according to the map. According to the map, there was a massive castle in where we were standing but all we could see were hot sands. Even a blind man would have seen that there was nothing there, we decided to look around yet we saw nothing, I looked around where standing and there was nothing there not even a pin, Kia the unknown guy looked around were I have looked and under 3secs he noticed a door was under the sand, I spent almost 4hours looking around that area and I did not see it, I would have said he was the one that put it there but he was not carrying any door when we got there or could he be trying to get me of the team? I asked my self, I was lost in my mind that I missed the part where they were actually complaining about me.

Just within 2days, the unknown was able to win my life time friends over, how and why, my friends were blinded with his good part that they did not see that he wanted me off the team. Just when we got down the stairs under ground, I was asked to put on the lights and I could not find the switch because it was in the dark but he just walked directly to where it was,it was like he has been here, my friends were not seeing this, all they could see was how he was saving there ass, when he switch the light on, my friends felt disappointed and they started questioning why I was part of the quest. There was a little agruement that I should be off the team but Peter saved my ass and later, we decided to camp at a under ground city that looked peaceful, my question was how can there be a city under ground, only city under ground was the hell bridge, that's the town you get to before getting to hell. Before entering a town there is always a sign board that carry the name of the city, there was H E / / B R ; D ] E written on the sign board, my friends told me I was to dramatic that there was no way the map could lead us to hell. As we walked through the city, some set of people came to welcome us and we were accepted into the city, as we were walking I tripped on a stone, as I landed on the floor, it was very hot and the people help me up very fast and I saw a man with a water spray, he was spraying the town with water, WHY ??.
