Chapter 5 CHAINED AND TORTURED BY HER MATE

LILY'S POV

It has only been a few hours since I was brought into the dungeon and was chained with not just ordinary chains but silver chains. The silver chains weekend me and seeped me of my strength. As minutes passed, I continued to lose my strength and powers.

The silver chain has been known to weaken werewolves and we have been told to avoid it but it is now being used to punish me.

My two hands were tied behind my back with the silver chain and my legs too although I was tied while sitting. My hair was scattered and poured down my face covering my eyes at intervals but above all my heart aches the most.

My father hated me and just when I thought and hoped that my mate would come and save me on my eighteenth birthday, everything turned worse and now he hates me even more than my father and now he has kept me here tied up with a chain that is taking away all my strength.

Just maybe I shouldn't have wished for my eighteenth birthday to ever come. I have been excited and expectant all my life for this day but it ended up turning into my worst day.

I was excited that I would meet my mate that would save me but now he is responsible for my pain and suffering. He not only rejected me but he is also hurting me physically after hurting me emotionally and humiliating me. He truly wants me dead and has shown it. Can he not hide his hatred for me a bit? He chose to believe Helen's lies over my word and wouldn't even give me a chance to prove my innocence.

Why can't no one believe me?

I didn't mean to hurt Helen, I couldn't control myself as it was my first transformation and I didn't kill my mother but no one would listen to me. It really hurts.

The dungeon room I was kept in was dim and poorly lit and my throat was completely dried and screaming that I would give it even if it's just a drop of liquid. At that point, I could even take anything just to satisfy my thirst and hunger.

Suddenly the door to the dungeon opened revealing two guards who looked able bodied and didn't look friendly at all.

I was untied and dragged to the torture room where different gadgets known for torturing was kept and staring at me with scary teeths ready to devour me.

I Whimpered in fear and tried to free myself from their grip and flee but I was held tight by the men.

Suddenly Alpha Liam came out and his eyes stared daggers at me.

I was getting angry all over again and I felt like shifting shape and attacking me now. Good thing I can now transform now. I could have just scratched him instead of Helen.

"Torture her until Helen get better! Show her no mercy!" Liam ordered in a commanding voice that made my whole weak body shake in fear.

I wanted to flee by all means, I wanted to escape from there because I can't go through so much pain anymore.

"Why are you doing this to me?" I snarled in anger and clenched my fist ready to pounce on Liam but as I tried to shift shape, the men squeezed my hands behind me and tied it with the silver chain that suppressed me immediately.

I whimpered in pain and struggled to free myself from their grip.

"I didn't do anything! Let me go!" I protested as I was being placed on an electrocuting machine where I was electrocuted.

Alpha Liam marched forward towards me and held my jaw up with force, his big palms held my face and he forced me to look at him. His eyes were blazing hot with anger. It was painful and I tried to move my face out of his grasp but he was way stronger than me. No doubt he is the Alpha and should be that strong but how dare he treat me that bad even when I'm his rightful mate and future Luna. His Alpha aura filled the entire room.

"Stop it! You are hurting me!" I cried out in pain and once again tried to force my jaw out of his palm but he chuckled wickedly and took his hand away.

I was forced to spat in his face but I stopped myself.

I couldn't help but to liken him to a devil and a beast at that moment because he behaves like one.

Ruthless. Uncaring. Heartless and cold to his bones. I felt so heartbroken knowing that he was supposed to be my mate, he was supposed to be possessive of me, he was supposed to love and protect me but he was doing just the opposite of it all.

Alpha Liam glared at me and left me to my death in the hands of his guards.

My whole body was weaker than before and I was barely holding myself from completely shutting down. I moaned in pain as they introduced different torturing machines to my body.

I remembered my mother's words the night she died while in my arms. She said I would become the strongest Luna. I chuckled painfully as the words sounded funny to me. How can that be when I have been rejected by my Alpha mate and now he is punishing me over the same person he chose over me.

My heart was aching with so much pain for many reasons. All my life I have known only pain, from losing my mother on my sixteenth birthday and having my father curse and punish me for two years and now my Alpha rejects me and is torturing me after my best friend betrayed me. How much more pain can I experience before I give up my last breath?

I wanted death that moment as I was fed up with my cursed life, tired of everything, tired of the loneliness and tired of the hatred I am experiencing from every angle.

When they were done torturing me as much as they wanted, they threw me back into the dungeon room but this time they left me untied. They promised to come back again, that is if they don't meet me dead already. I guess they already figured out that I was going to die soon anyway and decided to not bother themselves with tying me up.

I hoped to regain my strength soon and flee from there that's if I am able to regain my strength before they comes back to grab me for another round of torture. I was never wanted anyway, my absence would be a relief to them; either I disappeared or I would die, I'm sure any of the options will please them so long as they don't get to see my face anymore.
