Chapter 5 King Ridulf and king Vlademir part ways.

King Ridulf and king Vlademir part ways. They can now move normally as human beings do or travel with the wind as spirits are subject to. They are now in the Philippines in this year 1990. They both go to the southern part of the Philippines but to different provinces. Travel is not a problem for them for they can ride on a jet stream, a compressed air, a long narrow meandering current of high speed winds near the tropopause blowing from a generally westerly direction and often exceeding a speed of 250 miles per hour or 402 kilometers per hour. They enjoy island hopping.

One goes to Boracay and the other goes to Oslob, Cebu, famous for "Butanding" whale watching. King Ridulf goes to Boracay, he just floats by willing it. He floats higher and gets carried by a wind and then carried by a tropical depression. When he arrives in Boracay, it is still raining there. He floats again higher than before. He floats over the clouds. He finds that there is no rain there. He floats lower under the clouds. He finds that it is raining there. It is his first time to learn that fact and to witness the actual truth. He goes back again to the higher altitude above the clouds. He enjoys watching the beauty of nature from a higher altitude. Suddenly a compressed air with a very great speed at 402 kilometers per hour passes by. He is thrown away by the impact of the blown volume of wind, the compressed air has created in traveling at that very great speed. A jet stream has passed by. He looks at the jet stream which is already very far away in just 3 seconds. He goes down again and by this time, the weather is already very fair. Boracay is now showing its paradise beauty. The white sands and the clear sea water with tiny gentle waves in the seashore together with the beautiful sunrise, invite the sexy Japanese lady tourists in black bikini to join them and form a union of spectacular attraction of human and nature beauties. Upon watching these beauties, king Ridulf loses control of himself, "Wow ! White skin and sexy bodies ! I haven't seen these sexy bodies in my kingdom before and these white sands in the seashore and clear sea waters with beating waves. This must be the paradise our soothsayers have been predicting long time ago in our kingdom !" Disco music starts to play and everybody dances. "Wow ! What a kind of music ! I have never heard this in my whole life !" says king Ridulf with so much excitement. He joins dancing and does a floating dance. "Yeheey ! Yeheeey !" the boatriders shout with joy. "How big !" "Looks very terrifying but harmless !" "Wow !" "Awesome !" The boatriders and the tourists : foreigners and Cebuanos are amazed by the amazing huge creature from the deep ocean which comes to the shallow sea to mingle with human beings for mutual benefits. Whale shark or "Butanding" , a very large fish having a length of 60 feet, swims gently approaching the very excited boatriders and tourists. The tourist guides, the boatriders, and the tourists give foods to the giant fish, a gentle giant whale shark called "Butanding". In return, "Butanding" entertains them by its gentle, friendly, and awesome presence. This presence of whale sharks in the town of Oslob, Cebu, has become the tourists attraction in that town and neighboring towns. "Oh wow ! I can't believe what I have seen ! A giant and terrifying fish gently mingles with human beings and all of them are having fun ! This place must be heaven on earth !" says king Vlademir with amazement. Meanwhile, king Ridulf after enjoying in Boracay, thinks of going to another enjoyable place. He floats high above the clouds. He waits for a jet stream to pass by. He turns around looking for a coming jet stream. "Whooosshhh !" "Aaaaahhhh !" The jet stream is so fast, it suddenly and quickly comes before he sees it. He tries to hold on to it and manages to ride properly on top of the jet stream. "Oooohhhh ! Wow ! What a fast and wonderful ride ! Yeheeey !" king Ridulf says with so much fun of the joy ride. He can see from above the beautiful Philippine islands and see the clear and clean sea waters with tiny gentle waves. When he notices a structure below that seems like a bridge on the sea, he becomes curious and immediately jumps out of the jet stream and goes down decreases altitude until he goes down very near to "San Juanico bridge." "Wow ! In our kingdom, only rivers need bridges but here, it seems impossible ! Bridge over the sea ? Wow ! How did they do this ?" king Ridulf says with wonders. On the other hand, king Vlademir tries a comfortable way of travel. He just floats higher at an altitude of around one thousand feet above sea level and allow himself to be carried by a gentle wind. He sings ancient songs which are popular during his time in his kingdom. A few hours after a relaxing travel with the gentle wind, he realizes that the wind brings him to this unique place. "Oh wow ! I have never seen this before ! In our kingdom I can only see very large areas of lands, plains, hills, valleys, and rugged mountains ! It's my first time to see these hundred islands ! Amazing !" says king Vlademir with wonders. He tries to float lower to be near the islands. A gentle whirlwind with a diameter of around one kilometer starts to form near him. So he decides to ride at the tip side of the whirlwind so that he can view the islands in a circular motion as the whirlwind turns. "Ohooh ! How beautiful these islands are ! And the sea waters are so clear and clean and this gentle whirlwind and the schools of fish in the water create these tiny gentle waves ! What a relaxing scenery ! At last I have discovered the paradise !" exclaims king Vlademir. Both king Ridulf and king Vlademir seem to master the ways of travel by air because they can shift anytime to choose forces in the air for travel. They can use wind, whirlwind, jet stream, and even hurricane. They are no longer afraid of them.
