Chapter 2 Crashed into each other

Ahaana's Pov-

"I'm super duper late for my shift Pankh ( I call Pankhuri my best friend as Pankh which means wings), where is my ID i cannot find it" I was shouting while finding my ID in the living room.

Pankhuri came out from the room and looked at me I signalled her 'what she's looking at?'

She came near me and showed me my ID which was hanging in my neck since when i don't know and hit me on my forehead,

i showed her my tongue and pouted and left the house in a hurry because my cab driver was waiting for me since half and hour.

I hopped onto the cab. The airport is just 25 mins drive for my home but we reached the airport after 45 minutes all thanks to Mumbai traffic.

After reaching the airport I ran hurriedly because I've to login within 10 minutes or else ill be marked absent and when i entered the airport my phone started ringing, it was from my mum I picked it up and told her "I'm in a hurry maa I'm already late for my shift will call you later mum!" and then out of nowhere I crashed into something hard and that hit my head super hard because of which my bag slipped of my hand I groaned to myself 'ohh please not again, why do I always keep on bumping or crashing while walking' soon I picked my bag in a hurry while rubbing my head while pouting because of the pain on my forehead and there came a pair of sneakers in front of my vision and then it hit me that i bumped into someone while running.

While i was picking up my bag the man also squatted down to help me and i just told him " sorry i was in a hurry" without even looking at him i know that is rude but I'm super late now and then I got up and started for office again.

I logged in only before 4 minutes and I hushed and gulped down cold water and sat on the sofa in the waiting area for the pilots.

I still have 30 minutes to board the flight so I can grab my cup of coffee till then so went to my usual coffee shop and order my cold coffee with icecream (I just love it) and I called back my mum and like every other mum my mum too started asking each and everything how am I doing , did I have my lunch blah blah etc etc..after answering all of her questions I hung up her call.

I enjoyed sipping my coffee for 5-10 mins and started to move towards the flight.
