Ivy Finlay's POV

Making my way downstairs after dressing my shoe, I was greeted by the last person I wanted to see right now.

"Morning ivy." I heard right before me which makes me cringe especially when he opened that stupid teeth of his to smile at me.

Looking at him, I couldn't help but feel those useless butterflies swamping around my stomach dancing with joy and happiness.

Most especially, my heart was beating do fast and loudly as I stare back at him. I don't even know why my heart still beat for him after knowing what he did to me.

Even after he betrayed our love and affection, I still care about his sorry ass.

This same feelings makes me hate myself for feeling this way towards him again, my stupid mind, heart and body won't stop craving for him, neither would they listen to me.

With the little pride and strength in me, I fought back the need of smiling and running into his arms for comfort while breaking down in tears before him.

"What is he doing here?" I asked still looking at him with anger and hatred visible in my features.

" I was invited for breakfast." He said like it's not a big deal to him while taking slow stride towards where I was standing.

"Who invited this alien into the house that I sleep in?" I asked angrily.

" I did,"dad said making me chuckle but that's of a sadden one.

"Why? Why would you even after knowing what this would cost me?"I asked heart broken already.

" Me and your mom thought you guys need to clear things out like two mature adult would do, you both aren't children anymore so you don't need to hold anything against each other at this age. "

Dad said making me throw him a dirty look but he wasn't even look at me to see how uncomfortable he had made me in my house.

"I clearly told you guys I don't want to talk about this not even with a betrayal like him. "I lashed out.

"I didn't betray you, we both didn't even have a bond which bind us together do we? "He asked with pride making me chuckle again.

He could even open his mouth and tell me we didn't have a bond together after twelve years? I thought keeping my tears from spilling out of my eyes especially when he is right before me.

"Of course, we didn't have a bond which bind us together, I wish you a successful relationship with her. "I said then pick my back and turn around to leave only for him to hold me back.

Seeing this, I instantly move my hand and slap him right across the face then I freed my arm from him.

"Don't you dare touch me you good for nothing betrayal and douche bag! "I yelled pushing him out of my way while my mom drag me back.

"You just raised your hand and slap our future Alpha? "My mom asked but I know that wasn't a question, it's a fact she just stated.

"You could have save him from these by not inviting him over for breakfast let alone talk to me in that manner. "I said leaving my mom speechless as I freed my arm from her also.

Turning to the refrigerator, I took out some fresh fruit and fruit juice before taking a bottle of water along with it then I close it back.

"It's not his fault that you weren't meant to be with each other, it's the nature and fate also. You aren't fated to be with each other, will you let that skin into your head and stop blaming the boy over it! "Mom shouted after me.

" F**k nature, f**k mate, I don't give a damn about it! "I yelled back packing my things up already. This time around, my brother had joined us in the living room but he is looking like a lost one among us.

But the moment he saw him and my expression, his eyes widened in realization.

"But one thing is that the next time you talk to me or touch me, you might end up being castrated. "With that, I Walk out of my house running to my car.

Once I entered the car, I let the tears I have been holding back stream down my face as I hold my chest in agony.

Feelings of heart break is better than having you ex telling to your face you aren't meant to be even after you already know he is doing well off without you while you have turned to shit and a complete mess already just because he isn't there.

This is just my story, I accepted the fact that I have lost him and am not going to have him again but I don't need him to brag about it right infront of me.

And even tell me twelve good years with him been with me was nothing but a complete mess up. He can just stick to him mate and let me heel up by myself, not coming back to see how am doing even though he knows I have turned to shit already.

That act means he came here to mock me not to talk like he claims he is here to do and even my own parent are now taking side with him.

Still crying my heart out, I felt my phone in my side pocket vibrating against my body.

Wondering who it could be, I brought out my phone to check the caller ID only to find out it's my best friend Sarah.

Clean my face, I drank some water inorder to wet my already dry throat before picking it because I don't want her to be bothered about me.

"Hey girlfriend," I greeted making my voice sounds as cheerful as it could.

" You just finished crying didn't you?" She asked then I smile sadly because I am pathetic when it comes to covering up before someone... TBC
