Chapter 6 THE LADY ASSASSIN {Werewolf Huntress}

I pushed my black hair in frustration.

My Crystal blue eyes darted around the room, looking at all the werewolves gathered in the room.

"We have an important matter to discuss". A deep make voice said.

My eyes snapped to a large figure. My Dad, the Legendary Alpha of our pack.

All of us seated at the table.

My Dad sighed while running a hand through his black hair. His brown eyes met mine and he sent a sympathetic smile at me.

"About an hour ago, Two dead werewolves bodies were reported". My Dad said.

Whispers broke out through the room.

"Hunters are coming for us". Ryan chipped in.

"Ryan you are right, Hunter it is".

My Dad answered.

I looked at my Cousin Ryan who had fear written all over his face.

Calm down Ryan.

"To crown it all, this isn't an ordinary hunter".Dad stated.

"When we found their body, we saw a sign or should I say to letters 'WH' inscribed and craved on their chests.

This only means that the hunter is The Legendary Lady Assassin, The Werewolf Huntress.

Screams and sons broke out through the room.

"She's gonna kill us all". A voice in the room said.

"We have to find her and kill her". A other voice said".

"We are no longer safe".

I clenched my fists in anger. My wolf was growling and snarling at the thoughts of our Pack being in danger.

Alan, Amora, Have, Aden and Ryan walked over to me.

"Dude, what are we gonna do?" Aden asked.

"I'm not letting her touch Amora". Alan said in determination wrapping an arm around her neck and pulling her close to him.

I growled lowly. "I will not let her hurt this pack". I snarled.

My eyes were turning black from anger. "Or My MATE". I snarled loudly this time.

I could see people backing away from me in fear. I was so pissed off. So, I wouldn't blame them.

I pushed my chair back and stormed out of the room. I ran down the hallway from the pack house. I opened the door to the outside and ran out.

I ran into the west side. I continued running before letting my wolf take over.

My bones restructured themselves into a wolf form. My fur sprang up and my canines grew.

My bright blue eyes scanned the surroundings as i ran.

I let back my head and howled loudly.

Howl's followed mine.

The Moonlight reflected down on my fur as I continued running.

Suddenly, Aruda's scent reached my nose.

My wolf howled in joy and decided to follow the scent.

I raced through the woods finally arrived at a decent sped to the house.

The woods was surrounded it a beautiful yet in a haunting way. I worked my ears up to listen to Aruda. "Why the hell is this happening" Aruda muttered.

I tilted my in confusion.

"Why the hell is my heart racing like this". She yelled.

I smirked on the inside.

"Damn you Eric, why do you have to be so hit, charming and sweet". Aruda groaned.

I could hear her heart pounding in her chest.

I was practically howling with joy.

I had this effect on her. ME...

I'm the only one who does that 'cos she belongs to me, and I belong to her.

She's so meant for me. Designed to fit in my arms. My other half.

The one who holds part of my soul.

My Soulmate.

Guess, I should head back. I turned around but stole one last glance at Aruda's house.

Before, I darted off into the woods.

"Alpha, we need you now". Aden said through mind-link

"Why?" I asked

"Rogues, they are attacking." He answered.

I'll be right there Aden, just hold on.

I pushed my feet to the ground and sprang forward. I ran with all I had jumping over logs as I snarled in anger.

When I arrived the scene, I was ready to kill.

My Pack was fighting with another pack of werewolves (The Rogues).

Let's go.

Then I crushed on one of the rogues throat in one snap.

I let out a low snarl before pouncing on them.

I have no idea what happened. But, they were working together and they acted like they were trained.

I smashed a black one with my pants sending him skidding.

He easily caught himself. He was bigger than me and I instantly knew he was an Alpha. Shit.

This was gonna be difficult.

He approached me snarling, challenging me to a fight.

I circled around him snapping my jaws at him. I was just wishing for my death, wasn't I ?.

I could almost see a wolfy smirk on him.

I snarled lowly at him. I waited for him to make his move. I needed to know his strength, skills and speed.

He pushed his feet into the ground and lunged at me. I sides stepped him then slammed into him. But the minutes I did he grabbed my neck and slammed me down to the ground and pinned me down.

What the hell, he has so much power.

I tried pushing him off me but he pressed harder. I saw him leaning in for the kill.

I shrugged with all my might, I let out a howl of pain.

I snapped my jaws at him which did nothing. I was gonna die. No one would protect Aruda. That thought sent me into rage.

Just as he got his teeth around my neck and was about to snap me, a gunshot was heard.

A bullet slammed into his shoulders and it sent him flying off me. I was up the minutes he did. The wolves were still running to help me.

I growled at the Alpha. Smoke was rising off his wound.

The person shot him with a silver bullet, something that can't heal easily.

A tree branch rustled. I snapped my head to the noise. I raised my head and sniffed the air. I couldn't smell the person.

I could see a small handgun on their hand.

They saved Me.

Then the person jumped away with such grace. I know it's not a werewolf because I could've sensed them.

Who the heck was that.?

Could it be the Werewolf Huntress.?

But, why would she save me. I asked myself.

I mean she's a Hunter in line with the devil himself.

But, if she dares to touch Aruda, I'll rio her apart.

I snapped my head back to my Pack.

Now, it's time to deal with these.....
