Chapter 5 I Miss Her

I woke up next day at 7. It was good waking up every day, going to my company, talking with Ryan and doing business. It kept me happy.

I got ready and called Ryan as my daily deal. Even if we are busy all day, we still spare time for each other every once in a while. This is the time we both have decided to be connected daily so that we stay close. Our friendship is amazing and we can't lose it in the shade of business.

"Hey man" I called him.

"Hey Max"

"What's wrong?" I asked, sensing his sadness.

"Well..." he sighed.

"Related to Hannah?"

"Yup"

"Always"

"Nope. This time it is different"

"Oh really? Menas you aren't whining about where she is, and you are not crying your eyes out?"

"Oh I don't do that ever!"

"You do man, just tell me what's up?"

"Well, Hannah washere. She is gonna work in my company"

"WHAT"

I couldn't help but get realoy shocked. As long as I remember, I think Hannah hate him. So why would she work under him?

"Yeah" he replied.

"Why though?"

"Oh actually" I sighed. "I don't know why, Samantha signed the contract papers in the exact copy of her signatures"

"Woah. Why would she do that?"

"I don't know. I think that really hurt Hannah cause she moved out of their house"

"Ah that's too much"

"Yes! But Hannah is gonna come for work here. You should get your girl work for you too"

"Ah no I am fine"

He sighed. "Either get her or move on"

"Leave me like this"

"Always have"

"I appreciate"

He sighed. He is always talking about this topic every day but I always say the same. I just don't know what I should do, okay?

"So uh, she is coming. It is all because of your stupid rules, isn't it?"

"Yeah, pretty much"

"Well, turns out those rules helped you"

"Yeah! I am really like, taken aback. I never expected this all, Max. When I received the signed documents from Hannah's email, I was completely going insane. But i knew there was something wrong and it was confirmed when she denied signing those papers. It has to be Samantha who knows how she signs"

"Yeah. But I wonder why would she do something to piss her off"

"Hm..." he sighed. "Ask her"

"Yeah sure"

Our conversation went for sometime and then I decided to go to my company. I went out. I don't usually see Dove when I go out. Oh yeah, her name is Dove. She is a sleepyhead. She usually sleeps till 9. So, I don't meether in the morning.

I went to my car and then to my company. He is lucky to have Hannah in his company. I am not jealous but it would have been so good if Samantha was in my company too.

I know she might have stopped loving me but I love her and I am gonna propose to her sooner or later. I have decided. I know and now I am stronger because of Ryan.

Hannah

I woke up and yawned. I had a great sleep. I went to the attached bathroom and got fresh. It was a new day and I would have been happy only if she hadn't ruined my life!

I sighed. It is okay, jyst for a year. You don't have to do anything, just go and work and come back.

I got ready and just then I checked my phone. There was an email from Swift's Corporation. There was all the things I needed to bring today plus some personal note at the end.

"Hey Hannah, just bring yourself, that's all you gotta do. This all was formality. Bye, see ya"

I sighed heavily. I literally spent so much tme reading all those rules and the things and what not. He should have written that stupid note at the start!

I threw my phone on the bed and took my handbag. I kept my basic stuff and went down. I greeted the owner. She is a good lady. I feel like maybe I can form a good connection with her. It would be so good if I could!

I went to my car and drove off.

I reached the company. I was scared and I don't know why. There was no reason to be scared!

I took a deep breath and finally entered the company. As I entered I saw him standing there. Do CEOs wander around like this? Huh.

I looked down and went to the receptionist while he was standing beside me right now as I stood near the receptionist table.

"Hey. I am here for the job--"

"Let's go babe" I heard him and he took my hand and went inside.
