Chapter 2 Victoria's pov

''I'm not wearing that.''I told Anna as she threw a short skirt and a crop top at me.we were getting ready for the party as Daniel would soon be here to pick us.

"Don't start now,I told you you'll look amazing in it.''She argued not listening to anything I was saying.

"It's showing a lot of skin,look the top has a spaghetti hand.''

''Trust me my brother won't stop looking at you.''

"Are you sure?I don't want to end up looking like a clown."I said.

I never liked too much revealing clothes as i am insecure about my body but if Daniel is going to like it why not.

"Would I lie to you?"She asked

''This is for you Daniel.'' I said as I started wearing it

"Stop being so dramatic.'' Anna laughed

At six-fifty,we were done and waiting for Daniel to pick us.

''You might want to take your jean jacket with you.'' Anna said as Daniel knocked on the door.'sure'.I said picking the jacket hanging on the hanger in my side of the wardrobe.

''Coming...''Anna yelled as Daniel knocked again

''Go change.''He said immediately he saw us.Anna was wearing a body hug gown which stopped a little bit above her knee and it has tiny hands just like mine.

''We are already late don't make it worse.''she said

''And besides you'll be there with us what can go wrong?'' I asked with a small smile

''She's right.''Anna agreed

"You are not leaving my side tonight.Is that clear?"He asked clearly frustrated with our choice of clothing.

"You look beautiful pumpkin."He complimented

''Thanks.''I said shyly

"Go ahead Anna,I need to talk to Vicky.'' He said and my heart started beating fast

''Sure,just hurry up.''

''So......you were quiet during breakfast,what's going on?''

"I'm always quiet.'' I argued

"Of course you are.'' He said with sarcasm dripping from every word.

"I had them again."I said because I was certain he wouldn't let go till I tell what was wrong.

"Sorry.Come to Daddy."He said with a smile on his face.

He brought me in for a hug which I accepted as he was among the few guys who could hold or touch me without me flinching or becoming uncomfortable.

''Daniel..."A voice called

''Yea.'' He answered still holding me.

''I was waiting for you and why are you hugging her?''The voice which was unmistakenly Tessa's asked

''Because I can.'' He answered.He was definitely trying to get me killed.

''Daniel...uhm maybe you should go to her.'' I said In a shaking voice.

''You'll be fine okay.Do you trust me?'' He asked and I nodded not trusting my voice."We would talk later.'' He said before releasing me.

"Hey Tessa."He greeted

"Daniel,what's going on here?"

"Nothing.Let's go,the guys are waiting."Daniel said as he started to walk forward so he did not see Tessa glare at me.

''You were gone for like forever."Anna whined when she saw us coming.

''Yea.''

''You look great vee.''Jason said

''Thanks.''I smiled lightly

''Wow...vee you look great.'' Gideon who just arrived said when he saw me.

''Hmm...thanks.''

"Since Tessa and Daniel are going together and Jason is going with Anna,why don't we go together." Gideon said

"Sure I answered." I didn't want to be rude.

''She's not going with you and neither is Anna with Jason.We are just a bunch of guys going to a party together now let's go.''Daniel said and we all kept quiet."But he's going with Tessa."I thought.

"What were you discussing with Jason before I came?"I asked as we entered the house.

"Not until you tell me what happened with Daniel and Tessa." She replied.

Tessa was standing close to Daniel and I felt like punching her.But Daniel looks so good tonight not that he doesn't look good everyday in his uniform but damn...

"What are you looking at?"Anna asked sneaking up behind me.

"Don't do that again.''I said."He's so handsome." I said answering her question.

"I know right,his hair cut is simply amazing."She said dreamily.

"Wait,who are you talking about?"I asked confused because no one I know says anything about their brother like that.

"Jason, who do you think I was talking about?"

''Daniel''

''Oh,sorry''

''That's okay and Jason is good looking too.'' I told her which was true.

"I know that's why I have a crush on him."She whispered loudly as the music was getting louder.

"Yea right"

''Let's dance." Anna said throwing her hands in the air.

Daniel was already dancing with Tessa,so why not?I joined Anna in the middle of the room where everyone was dancing.They were playing "so crazy"by Davido and he is one of my favorite artist.

''This is so fun."Anna yelled loudly over the music and I agreed.

Anna and I were probably the only ones in ss2 so no one really paid any attention to us.Taking off the jacket,I tied it on my waist and kept dancing not minding the wolf whistle from the seniors.

''Daniel is gonna flip but it's okay,you look hot."Jason said as he stood behind Anna to dance.

''He's gonna flip alright when he sees you dancing with his sister.''I told him.

''It's going to be worth it.'' Jason said looking at her adorably.It's official,he likes her too.

Excusing myself,I went in search of the kitchen as I was dehydrated but I stopped when I saw Daniel and Tessa kissing......seriously,this is him who promised to stay by my side.Forgetting the reason I was going to the kitchen for,I turned back and went to the sitting room.I met Gideon dancing close to Jason and Anna.Fighting back the tears,I went closer and started dancing with him but not too close so he wouldn't touch me too much.We were so engrossed that we did not notice a frowning Daniel.

DANIEL'S POV

"What the hell is going on here?" I asked as I saw Gideon dancing with Victoria of all people.He knew better than that.

''Dancing,you should try it,it's so much fun.'' Victoria answered and I was surprised as she had never spoken like that to me before.

''Babe she's having fun,let her be.''Tessa said but I wasn't having any of it.

"Why did you take off your jackets and Jason what did I tell you about my sister?" I was getting angry just looking at the way Gideon and Jason were with the two people I told them to stay away from.

''You don't get to ask us questions.'' Victoria said slurring a little.

"Are you drunk?"

''Another question''

''We are leaving now." Holding Vee,I dragged her outside carefully.

''Dude you can't be serious." Jason said

''Watch me,and we have a lot to talk about tomorrow.''

''Babe,you're going to leave me here.'' Tessa said I was supposed to feel bad but I couldn't even think straight the only thing on my mind was how to get my sister and vee to their room.

''What did you do to her?''Anna asked as we waited for the driver.

"What do you mean?And I'm still mad at you."

''She never talks back at you like that."

''She's drunk.'' I answered simply as wasn't sure too.

''I'm not drunk and I can hear you.'' Vee said.

The driver came and before I could say anything she entered the front seat closing the door after her leaving me no choice than to sit at the back.

''Vee come on wait up.'' But she didn't.

"I'll talk to her.Goodnight.'' Anna said hugging me

"Night baby sis.I'll call you later."

I couldn't follow her as guys were not allowed into the gate by 10pm and it was already past 12.I was definitely not having a good night.
