I smirked at Leo as I sat next to him when he tilted his head, "So, who is winning?" I chuckled as he handed me a beer it been a week since the barn, "Looks like I am." I looked over to the board as my hand hover over the pieces as Leo chuckled, "You two are going to drive each other so sexually frustration."

I shrugged my shoulders as I picked up a piece then hover it over a space, "I give it another week then she will be begging me."

He shook his head as Lily came on to the porch as she smirked at me, "You are really playing with fire, Jace. If you want to be with her then just tell her. I mean you two been playing this game for a freaken month"

I saw her go out like ten minutes ago.

I could see her face turn from the moonlight of the full moon, "Why?"

I shrugged my shoulders hard, "I mean if there is something you want to talk about. You can talk to me about it." Her head bowed as she fidgeted with her fingernails, "I was until you came in and did what you did."

I nodded as I took a sigh of relief that she wasn't crying because I surprised her, "Do you want to talk about it?" She shook her head as I cupped her face, "Lexi. Talk to me."

She sighed, "The reason why my father was so afraid of going to jail is because he tried to..." She trailed off as my fingers left her face and curled into a fist as I snarled, "Tried?" She bowed her head, "I fought him off."

I slammed my hand on the counter that made her jump, "You mean he tried to rape you." She nodded as I closed my eyes, "He hasn't tried to contact you at all?" She shook her head, "Not to my knowledge."

I nodded as she jumped off the counter and patted around looking for something, "What are looking for?" She sighed as her voice cracked, "My clothes." I shook my head as I grabbed her by her wrist, "Don't worry about your clothes right now."

She looked up at me as I picked her up into my arms when my lips went to hers. I moved her from the bathroom then on to the bed.
