Chapter 6 Mine Only

Harrison stopped but didn't turn around.

"I... Can I use the phone?" Laura's heart was about to jump out of her chest, but she had to make a call! "Please..."

Harrison looked back at her with a strange smile. Whoosh! He threw his phone to her.

"Thank you very much..." Without raising her head, she thanked him and dialed in a hurry.

The phone was soon connected. Trying to wear an easy look on her face, Laura asked softly, "Mom, are you still awake? Sorry, Dad took me out for fun. I'm late!"

He didn't know what the one on the other end of the phone was talking about. It could be seen that Laura was trying to brace herself up while listening to the phone.

"I see! Mom, don't stay up late and wait for my call. I'm fine! Mom, it's too late. Go to bed early. I'll call you tomorrow!" As Laura spoke, she tried her best to restrain her cough. "Mom, good night..."

After hanging up the phone, she coughed violently. "I'm sorry... Thank you for your phone..."

Expressionless, Harrison took back his phone and said coldly, "If you want to go back, just pray for the dawn!"

After he turned around and left, she collapsed on the bed. She didn't know when it was, but it was still dark outside and she didn't know how long it would take. She warned herself not to sleep, but she had a high fever and felt dizzy. The pain on her forehead, hands and feet kept her awake.

She didn't know how long she had been waiting. When she was in a daze, she seemed to be picked up by someone. She immediately came to her senses and saw the cold eyes of Harrison as soon as she opened her eyes.

"Let me go..." Laura struggled but she was so weak.

Harrison glared at her and said, "If you want to go back, just be good!"

Not daring to say anything or do anything else, she obediently let Laura hold her while he was walking out of the villa. Putting her in the back seat of the Ferrari, Harrison sat next to her.

"Let's go!" Harrison ordered the driver to start the car.

Laura carefully moved to a corner and kept as far away from him as possible. She still felt unsafe and dared not breathe heavily. She had thought that it would be the hardest time for her to go to the banquet with Harrison, but she didn't expect this to happen again. It was even harder for her on the way.

The car arrived at the villa of the Yan family smoothly. It was not warm, but it was fat least her home!

As soon as Harrison got out of the car, Laura was anxious to get rid of him and struggled to get out of the car. The pain on her ankle was still piercing, but she could only move a little.

"Laura..." Harrison's warm voice stopped her action and she was held into Laura's arms again.

"Put me down..." Frowning, she struggled in a hurry. How could she let her father and Aunt Mary see her and Harrison like this? She didn't know that they were so happy to see this.

"Mr. Harrison?" At this moment, Mary's voice with joy rang out, "Laura, what happened to you..."

"Aunt Mary, it's my fault. I didn't take good care of Laura. She sprained her ankle and caught a cold!" Harrison looked so guilty that Laura really wanted to slap him hard.

However, Mary only took a glance at Laura and said to Harrison, "Laura has just arrived here. She doesn't adapt to the cold weather here. It's not Mr. Harrison's fault. Thank you to take care of her! Come on in!"

Hearing this, Laura thought, 'Why do they blame me?'

With a smile on his lips, Harrison glanced at the complicated expression on her face. He carried her and followed Mary into the room, and then directly took to her room.

Finally, Laura returned to the place she was familiar with. She was put on the bed and calmed down a little. But when she saw the face of Harrison, she still couldn't put her heart at rest. She bit her lips and stared at him. Anyway, she was at her own home.

With a smile at the corners of his mouth, Harrison held two more things in his hands. "Laura, I'll compensate you for breaking your phone!"

When she saw then, she was stunned. Two phones were in the big hands of Harrison.

"I only want my original one!"

Harrison's voice was every soft while pointing at one of them and said, "This phone is the same as your original one..."

"I want the original one..." Laura became stubborn. That phone had a special meaning to her!

"Laura!" Mary said with a little anger.

But Harrison didn't get angry. He explained, "Even if I find it back, it is broken and can't work. This one is the same as your original one. Can you use this one?"

Surprised, she raised her head and looked into Harrison's affectionate eyes. Her heart skipped a beat. She reached out for one and said, "So I take this one only..."

However, Harrison put the other one on her hand.

"I don't need..."

"It's an apology gift, okay?" The tenderness in Harrison's eyes made her unable to continue. She didn't know what would happen after such tenderness. "Do you know why I gave it to you?"

Biting her lips, she didn't say anything. How could she know why? It was just a waste of money. She knew Harrison was rich!

"It is only used to call me. You can only dial my number by it. Get it?" Harrison's soft voice was as soft as silk, making her ears soft and numb, and her body trembled slightly.

"Why?" Laura asked before she realized it. Then she regretted asking that and lowered her head and didn't look at his face.

With a playful smile at the corners of his mouth, Harrison didn't say anything more. He turned around and said to Mary, "Aunt Mary, I have something else to do. I'll come to see her later."

"Okay, okay..." Mary kept nodding and sent him away.

When Mary went back to Laura's room again, the latter had already fallen asleep. Jumping into the lake, being pampered, having a high fever, frightened, frozen, sprained her ankle, hitting her head...She had experience too much. The whole night's torture had exhausted her, but Mary didn't want to let her go.

"Laura, Laura..." Mary patted on her face and shouted.

Unable to open her eyes, she vaguely saw the strange expression on Mary's face. "Well... Aunt Mary... "

"How did you do that?" Mary asked anxiously.

Closing her eyes, Laura murmured, "Aunt Mary... I'm so tired. My head hurts... Could you let me have a rest, okay?"

"Don't you tell me?" Mary showed a disdainful expression and said "If it weren't for my idea, how could you have the chance to be with Mr. Harrison so soon..."

But Laura was so tired that she fell asleep already.

After leaving the Yan's villa, Harrison went straight to the Li Group and saw Mandy at the first sight.

"Mr. Harrison..." Mandy's eyes were full of fear, but she still walked up to him.
