Chapter 2 Shadow's secret

Nothing else mattered, not Alexis, not the divorce, he came back for me and that's the only thing that's important right now.

I gulped, staring at his dominating stance, feeling an unexpected surge of excitement that he was here with me.

He brushed his hair back with his fingers as he threw his head backwards

The room was almost completely dark, so I couldn't see his face clearly, but I could still make out his insane God-like features.

I yawned softly and then memories from last night started flooding in.

I couldn't help but smile as I thought of the fact that Dorian came back for me.

I turned to give him a peck, but my breath caught in my throat and I immediately jumped off the bed the moment I spotted him. I gulped, my head spinning out of control.

The man in my bed..... wasn't Dorian.
