I hurriedly walk back to my office, adjusting my pants before I settle into my seat. My bulge is still very much evident because I can't seem to get the image of Emma out of my head.

I lean into my leather seat and loosen my tie slightly, trying to organize my thoughts. Georgina wouldn't forgive if she knew of them. So I try to imagine it's Gina's body instead.

But it only works for a minute. Emma's pretty brown eyes and full lips return to my thoughts when I hear a soft knock on my door.

"Come in."

Emma entered hesitantly, closing the door behind her with the care. She approaches my desk with measured steps, her hands clasped in front of her.

"Please, sit," I say, gesturing to one of the leather chairs across from my desk.

She takes the seat carefully, leaning too forward which gives me a glimpse of her breasts. "Mr. Williams, I want to apologize for-"

I hold up a hand, stopping her mid-sentence. "Emma, we're both adults here. I understand you have your needs."

My gaze moves to her chest. She has a button of her shirt undone letting me have the view of her cleavage and smooth skin. Was it undone this entire time? Or it's just me being a dick?

"There's nothing to apologize for."

I try to distract myself, moving my gaze to the pile of folders on my table.

Why did the thought of watching her touch herself again cross my mind again?

Relief floods her features, but I can still see the lingering embarrassment in the way she can't quite meet my eyes.

"However," I continue, "I do think it's important to maintain proper work-life balance. You can't be doing....what I saw was inappropriate and I wouldn't want it to repeat itself. You're here to learn and I suggest you stick to office operations."

She nodded quickly.

"Of course. I understand. I was just so horny and I needed to help myself since I have no one to do it for me."

"But I won't hesitate to let you go if you leave me no choice. Because you're my step daughter doesn't mean you can get away with anything."

"It won't happen again, step dad" she replies with very little concern.

"Or should I call you daddy?" Her eyes bore into mine in the most sensual way. I can't let this happen.

"Knox is just fine."

I reach for a manila folder on my desk. The very reason I had gone to her office. "I have a proposition for you."

Emma straightens in her chair, flipping her blonde hair to the back. Her cleavage is still in my view with the button still undone. I like the view. Not too much but just enough to make me imagine. My grip gets harder on my dick.

It suddenly doesn't feel right to move ahead with my intial plans for her. But my dick has taken over from my brain so I go along with it.

"My current personal assistant is moving to our London office next month. I need someone detail-oriented, someone to take the job." I slide the folder across the desk toward her. "I'd like you to consider the position."

Emma stares at the folder for a moment before carefully opening it. "Your personal assistant?"

"Yes. You can think about it if you want to."

"What will my job be? Helping you out more around here?"

"Basically, yes," I answer.

Her red painted lips curve into a smile and my dick gets harder again.

"I'll take it Mr Williams. When do I start?"

"You'll start when I ask you to. But for now, you can return to your office and finish up with the campaign I requested," I say. I want her out of my office already. My erection is getting unbearable and I need to ease myself a little.

"Thank you, Mr Williams," Emma says as she stands to her feet. Her pencil skirt hugs her curves. I can't help but notice how similar yet different she is from her mother.
