Chapter 5 The twist

Rose' POV

"Ma'am would you want me to take you back home now?"

The driver asked me slowly after he noticed that i have finished eating.

"Um, i do not feel like going home now, do you know any hotspot around where i can go to?"

"Well, i do know a few places but Mr Lombardi ordered me to drive you straight home after yoh are done,"

"Luther is not my boss, he is not even my boyfriend. (The yet was silent and loud in my head.) Take me to a club or something."

"Okay ma'am. Your wish is my command."

I tidied up and he held my hand into the elevator.

My mind kept wandering to the sexual scene Luther and i created earlier and my clitoris higgled in my undies. I started craving him and my body was starved.

"Is there any restroom around?"

"There should be one downstairs."

"Okay, i want to use it.

I hurried to the restroom and entered a stall, closing it behind me.

"This is your ride? Damn."

Diana started asking as the car started moving.

"I really do not know, he said that his gang needss him and he left."

"Gang" as in his friends?"

"He did not specify, he just left in a hurry."

"That sounds mysterious."

"I know right."

"I honestly thought the night would end in some good way...."

"Yesh, we have made good wild progress, he even did some nasty stuff with me in the elevator today."

"You know, if you have not fully broken up with Vicenzo, you guys are still together and you are cheating on him with Luther,"

"Vicenzo and i are done. Nothing would ever bring us back together anymore."

"Hmm, if you say so, but it is not official yet. You have to sign papers and all that."

"I understand and i would do that tomorrow. We need to keep our head and mind clean and enjoy the night."

"Yess babes! Let us go party . It would take your mind off these men "

"We are ready to go, sir."

I signalled the driver to keep moving and filled Diana on the details of the meeting i had with Luther.

"So your boss trusts you this much? Wow."

"I am also shocked that he does, he has really been a handful for me and let me bot even get into the pressure he puts on me to do well."

T"He probably does all that so buckle you up."

"I guess, but most times, he pisses me off."

"Hmm."

There was a light knock on the door and the door opened.

"We are here."

"Ohkay..."

"Please ma'am i wanna ask for a favour."

"And what would that be?"

"Mr Lombardi requested that you are taken back home but since we are here, i need take you back home early."

"Okay. Maybe like in an hour time."

"Thank you ma'am, i appreciate."

Diana pulled me out of the SUV and we came down from the car into the club party,

It was a masked club party so we purchased two masks and entered the club.

It was a classy club so there was soft hazz in the background, women dressed in closed skimpy sundresses and men putting on interesting looking jorts and shirts.

"This is like a club for the rich rich, how would we even afford a drink here? I am pretty sure the cheapest wine is over a hundred dollars"

Diana whispered in my ears and i nodded in agreement to what she said,

"We can just get sparkling water, i am not a fan of alcohol anyways."

"Not a fan of alcohol or too broke for alcohol?"

"Both, sweetheart."

"I like the masked theme. Everyone is anonymous."

"Yeahhh but i have good facial recognition. I can recognize anyone even with just their eyes open."

"Your royal highness!"

Diana replied me sarcastically.

We got sparkling water and just gisted more on the bar tables, enjoying the music rhythm.

I looked around again and my eyes plastered on a man with a blue mask, I recognized him immediately especially after seeing his outfit.

"Diana! Luther is here?"

"Are you fucking kidding me?"

"No! This was what he wore for our date tonight."

I looked closer and saw another man approaching him, this man was surely recognizeable.

"Diana! Diana! Vicenzo is here!"

"Shiver my timbers! What? Why are they here together?"

"I have no idea but i am going to get a closer range and know what is going on."

"Be careful."

"I would."

I moved towards their side and pushed my way to get closer but i could not hear anything.

"Shit,they are moving."

I followed them from the backside of the club and they met in opposite positions.

It was quiet and i hid behind a waste truck.

"It is a pleasure to finally meet you, Mr Lombardi."

"The pleasure is all mine, Mr Vicenzo."

The shook hands and i gasped, my mouth wide open, why is my ex Vicenzo and Luther here together, I was so lost in thought that I accidentally pushed the waste truck.

"Who is there?" they said turning towards my direction.
